Also, in case you wanna do some RP, feel free to set the stage in your post. I am bad with starting a story but I would step to your level in my next post if need be.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Standing before his opponent, Obito's gaze shifts to her outstanding bosom..."How they hanging?" A slight grin crosses his face as Obito proceeds to raise his line of sight and make direct eye contact with his opponent. Obito then raises his right leg slightly off of the ground before stomping it back upon the surface of the earth. Along with the stomp, Obito manipulates his chakra and causes an underground tunnel to form from his position to beneath Lexi. Obito proceeds to breath fire into the tunnel forming molten rock as the flames travel towards Lexi's position. By then performing a single hand seal, Obito causes the molten rock to erupt from beneath Lexi in attempt to engulf her within it and completely incinerate her entire body.

As a male entity, the Witchblade will only connect itself to female host bodies.
Once activated, the Witchblade will spread across its wielders body, covering their skin with a silver and gold metal, highly durable against slashing and piercing weapons, protecting its user from weapons of equal and lower rank (at the expense of their clothing). As well as the armor, the user will be able to extend arms from the metal, these arms can be completed with either a hooked end or bladed edge and will stretch short range from the user. These arms can be controlled at will. Number of arms created will vary depending on the blades rank. This will be explained in the next section.
The Witchblades use is not entirely free however, it's restrictions lie within its love of a fight, it likes to see its wielders true power and will therefore only give them enough of its own power for the enemy they are facing. Creating a clone as the man changed his gaze, she met his eyes with hers and waited for a move.

The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
As the dude stamps and creates his hole, her clone preps itself to counter, the real Lexi still staring the man down, watching him intently, trying to discover his secrets. The clone waits long enough before it begins to counter that it sees the man spitting the fire and can react to said motion. It quickly performs a single handseal and grabs Lexi as it takes off toward Obito, stopping right in front of his face and dropping Lexi on his left side. As the pair arrive, the clone sweeps as his feet and the Witchblade arms swing around the real Lexi's body and aim to stab the man, one through his heart from the front, the other through his heart from the back. Lexi's body remains entirely still through all this, concentrating only on the mans eyes.

As the clone grabs hold of the original and dashes towards him, Obito remains stationary as he would be staring directly into Lexi's eyes. Having made eye contact with the woman, Obito casts her within an illusion produced only by the darkness he had staining his heart and the hatred he had clouding his mind. Upon being caught within the genjutsu, Lexi immediately becomes shrouded in darkness, cries of despair would be heard within the vicinity and what she saw before, dreadfully alters itself into a world of madness. The clone whom she once saw holding her - transformed into a beast of prey standing as if a human with no other intention but that of devouring Lexi. Her surroundings drastically changes as if she had been dragged into the underworld itself. The once bright white ice instantly assumes the appearance of scorching sand. Black flames appear everywhere, overwhelming the mind of Lexi to the point where concentration would be relatively tough. The eternal flames of darkness seen all over the place quickly spreads as literal wildfire and engulfs Lexi along with the beast, the beast, however, goes unphased by the flames and instead clasps its jaws across Lexi's abdominal area. The pain felt is unimaginable and unbearable, thus leaving Lexi no control over her own body. Lexi is compelled to yell out in despair as she becomes consumed within the world of the devil.
In reality, however, nothing has changed and Obito proceeds immediately after the illusion has been cast - by swiftly burrowing underground and planting six mines in total equally spaced around Lexi and her clone, the mines would just about border the outside of short range all around her and the clone. Obito then just appears randomly at a mid ranged distance to the left of his opponent. Watching her closely and studying her chakra flow.
"You know, someday that speed of yours won't allow you to stop and protect yourself in time. I'd be more careful If I were you."
