After recieving no reply Arthur starts to get fustrated, and he takes precautions to kick the kids ass. After another second of decision making, he takes the first approach and preforms the ram handseak and releases a great blast of wind that levels the ground long range form Arthur.

Be careful when you use techs like you did not to get them the wrong way around.

the wind would go ahead of the fire.meaning 2 seperate attacks. no combo.
used fire than wind means you have an s rank combo for your opponent to deal with.Renember to take the properties of each element into aspect fire is hot and lives of oxygen.wind is fast. use wind first then fire means no combo as the wind cant empower the fire.fire than wind you can.
You migh want to edit your move big time, I was using the jutsu as seperate attacks, not a combo. And also, If I did try to use it as a combo, you didn't even block my wind technique. You blocked my fire tech even though you said my wind technique was released first. If you were trying to block my fire technique you would be off balance from the tremor that I used. So you just skrewed up the timeframe 10 fold.
