Using Suiton chakra she summons water up from deep inside the earth filling the chutes with water, the chutes fill up more or less to the earths surface and the water lays dormant in the earth around the user.

Minato speaks clearly to the young woman in front of him, keeping his cool demeanor as he runs his hand through his blonde bangs pushing them from his eyes.
This motion is to take momentary attention away from his other hand, that has an almost invisible translucent string attached to his forefinger and a S/T kunai in his pouch.
In a flash he uses his off hand as his eyes become stern and challenging to launch the S/T kunai at incredible speed directly towards the young lady aimed for her left shoulder to inflict a painful wound but nothing fatal.

Watching on as her opponent sends the kunai flying towards her Karla without hesitation pulls a kunai of her own out of her pouch and grips it loosely with the fingertips of her right hand. As she pulls the kunai from her pocket she brings her two hands together and upon connection a strong gust of wind is released from her hands, the wind rips the kunai from her fingertips and pushes it toward the man at great speeds. The wind also knocks the kunai he had thrown off course and sends it flying into the air back toward its owner.

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. With her kunai screaming through the air toward her opponents throat Karla smiles once more and addresses her opponents comments.
