Deidara start by gathering a portion of his water chakra and starts to focus the gathered water chakra beneath Minato, he then releases the water chakra and creates a flow of water which gushes forth and traps him in a sphere of dense water, the sphere of water would naturally make it hard for Minato to breath as well as restrict his movements.

Minato watches the opponent as he begins his attack, as he does so and Minato feels his feet get wet he reacts using his wind chakra by wave his hand as the orb begins to form sending a slicing blast of wind that tears through the orb releasing him and continuing on towards his opponent.

Minato looks on as the opponent launches himself skywards as he does so Minato throws a single S/T kunai at high speeds above his opponents head, then drops one by his own feet, making a single handseal causing a mass of caramel to shoot from the earth below his opponent as he created his bird, the caramel would engulf the bird and the opponent, binding them in mid air, leaving only the opponents head exposed.

Description: The user will perform one handseal creating giant strings of caramel that shoot up stretching around the target/targets like a spiders web. This web can be created from any angle on the battle feild, and can be made very stretchy by the user. This caramel shoots up very fast binding the target making them unable to perform handseals. After the target is bound the user can perform one handseal causing the caramel to heat up at great speeds burning the target/targets causing greate damage.

Note: The use can make this web any size they like
Note: Webs can be made from anywhere in the earth.

The binding has captured the opponent by the time the FTG kunai is passing over his head, and as it does so Minato teleports to the kunai surrounded on wind chakra dropping from above and delivering a brutal axe kick to his opponents skull slicing it wide open.

Description: This technique is specialised for those who have great control over their wind chakra. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their wind chakra around a part of their body covering them in wind. This wind is rotating around their body like a rasengan wrapped around a limb. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by this wind created be the user, it will great a burst of wind on impact from the user, creating seveal wind slashes forwards which can cause 2 inch cuts on an opponent.

Note: can stay active for 2 turns at a time
