Open World Naruto RPG. Yes If you could create a character much like how you can for elder scrolls online would you buy It. It could be played Online or Offline. It would be on PC, PS4 and the piece of crap called the Xbox 1.

Pick what land you you life In.

Pick level up and gain Chakra natures.

Level up and pick a Kekkei Genkai.

And when you reach a high enough level you can learn Senjutsu.

Pack 1 Dojutsu

Byakugan / Gain XP. You can peep at the girl's In the Bath house's

Sharingan / Gain XP. You can copy Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu.

MS / Kill a friend you made online. You can chose power's you eyes get but only Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi will unlock Susanoo.

EMS / Take another pair of Sharingan from another player. You gain Eternal light.

Rinnegan / Get Senju DNA for your EMS.

Pack 2 Tailed Beast's
Pick your Bijuu.

Pack 3 Juubi & Six Paths
Most have the 9 Bijuu's and the Rinnegan.

Not by anything big.

They'll, sadly, never be a massive RPG Naruto game unless it's fan made or fan supported, I think.

I'd lev one though. Not online MMO, but single player like Skyrim.
