Well, he's almost 3 years old but regarding skills, you can reference my pending Barney biography in sig, if so need be. First come first serve, I don't mind. Description: Quick fingers and an eye for detail were the Dollmaster's trademarks. But only once did he use his skills to create a weapon. This was the result, as colossal as his dolls were delicate. In a small town once known as "Arashi" lived a man known as the Dollmaster, he was well known for his craftsmanship, building and designing anything from furniture to houses but nothing compared to his Dolls, every single doll different in detail from it's previous. ranging in sizes and styles. Over the years he made thousands of Dolls, all made for his private collection. Every year during the week long "Festival of Lights". The Dollmaster placed is Dolls out on display to shine under the fireworks. After seeing the delicate Dolls, the Leader of the town admired his craftsmanship and asked the Dollmaster to make a Sword for him. Although the Dollmaster had never made a sword, he was excited to take on the challenge. Over the fallowing weeks, the Dollmaster spent most of his time on the sword, he crafted an unique blade. Upon finishing it's final details. the Dollmaster was killed by having his neck slit, his blood spilling out over the blade, his body lied bleeding out over the blade for weeks until he was found in his workshop under his home. it is unknown why the Dollmaster was assassinated. Later, after the creation of the Ninja Villages, the remaining Dollmaster's Dolls where collected and put on display in a museum located in the Land of Waves. his sword was placed as his most regarded piece of work and held as his homesteads most prize treasure. After seeing the Blade and unknown Ninja stole it for himself, only then did he learn the blade's Dominic past. Hearing the Dollmaster's voice echo throughout his mind.
Abilities Notes:
-Because of the Blood absorbed from the Dollmaster, this blade gained his chakra and soul, allowing for the sword to contaminated with it's user as if it was the Dollmaster himself. This allows the Dollmaster's Blade to alert it's wielder of anyone up to a Mid-range area.
-Once per battle the Dollmaster is able to Infuse his Chakra into it's wielder. by using this foreign Chakra the Dollmaster is able to dispelled any Genjutsu up to A-rank, giving it's wielder a clean slate.
-The Style of it's blade, is unique as it is a chain blade, allowing it's wielder to extend it's reach and un-extend it's reach up to a Mid Range area.
-Because of the Dollmaster's eye for detail, this blade is razor sharp and made out of an unknown metal that and never dulls, it is as sharp as it was the day it was forged.

Description: One of the ten Akatsuki Rings worn on the left little finger. This Ring is made out of an Indestructible light-green stone that increases the Ninjutsu ( Basic, Advanced + Elemental ) abilities of the user decreasing the amount of chakra needed by 10, with the exception of E and D rank technique, without altering the damage output. All Ninjutsu technique's Handseals are decreased by 1/3. This ring produces a hidden frequency received by other rings providing a hidden form of communication among ring bearers. Five times per battle, it can be used to create S ranked constructs of chakra attached to the ring that is able to drain chakra on contact, gaining up to 50 chakra each strike. However, after using, the user's ring backfires from chakra overload and cause all ninjutsu to require an additional 10 chakra for the next turn.
Note:
-Can only be worn by a Member of Akatsuki


As Hei see's his opponent, He will begin to run to his right in an arc, keeping a mid-ranged distance from his opponent. Hei will begin focusing chakra into his breathing creating another perception of the battlefield as he throws a senbon and makes a few handseals. This will turn the senbon into hundreds as they rain upon Hiruko.

Description: The user will enhance their hearing by infusing his ears with sound chakra. Then, by utilizing chakra and enfacing his lungs, the user will be able to control the frequency and intensity of the sound emitted from his simple breathing. This low frequency, inaudible sound is passively emitted and has no effect other than emerging from him and bouncing off of objects. Using the enhanced hearing, the user is able to know where everything is around them, effectively creating a sonar effect through the rebound and reflection of sound waves. The hearing and the sonar effect is precise enough so that one can effectively use it to substitute one's vision in battle if needed. Despite being very effective, specially if the user has any of his other senses hindered, it also leaves the user vulnerable to sound genjutsu or sound attacks which will be much more drastic in its effects.

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram β†’ Rat β†’ Bird β†’ Boar β†’ Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

As the opponent launches at Hiruko, he anticipates his actions. With his eyes, he follows the arc that the man is running and decides to do the same, but in the opposite direction. As they're running, it seems as if they're running counter clockwise, shifting their positions on the battlefield. Since the man started running towards his right, Hiruko's left, Hiruko started running towards his right. Now the river ended up being about mid range to Hiruko's left. Suddenly, the man threw an object and the sunlight reflected on it, allowing Hiruko to see that it was very thin and it appeared to be deadly. Within a blink of an eye, it multiplied into hundreds and now it was easily distinguishable that it was a senbon. With an imminent threat on its way, Hiruko decided to get rid of it with a simple handseal. Suddenly, a furious dragon burst forth from the river. It came across the battlefield from Hiruko's left and his opponents right. Hiruko manipulated the dragon in order to crash with the countless senbon and in order to wash them away. As they collided, the senbon lost their momentum and got carried away by the momentum of the dragon and the mass that the water has. As they were falling towards the ground, Hiruko further manipulated the dragon into his next technique and he used the advantage of the countless senbon hiding within the water to create an even more lethal attack. With the dragon in between them, and them being at mid range from each other, it was easy for Hiruko to swiftly execute his next technique. Hiruko manipulated all the water and sent it directly at the opponent. He was sure of his location because he saw him right before the water fell onto the ground, giving him the exact location and it was irrelevant if he continued running because the technique was massive and it would've caught up with him, either way. He watched eagerly as the water mixed with sharp senbon flew at his opponent.

How about an introduction first, stranger? I'd like to know how to address you. Seems to me like you're some kind of criminal with those red robes. I knew a man that wore those, once. His name was Barney, but I haven't heard a word about him in a very long time. You wouldn't happen to know anything?

Not bad.

Hiruko watches as his previous technique splashes against Hei only to realize that a protective dome was used to defend. It seemed as if some kind of repulsive energy split his technique in half as the water and senbon spread across the field behind Hei, flooding the woods. Suddenly the bubble burst forward and what seemed like sharp water needles were shot.

This again? You seem to like needles, junkie.

As the needles were shoot, they had some kind of sparkle to them. It seemed as if they were infused with lightning, making this a powerful combination. At first he thought about using an earth technique to stop the water, but then he realized that might not be the best idea. So he opted for something more to his liking. Although a bit dangerous, he liked to live on the edge. With a simple handseal and a deep exhale from his lungs, he released a powerful raging blast of wind at the thin sparkly needles. Without waiting around this time, although unusual for him, Hiruko created earthen spikes beneath his opponent. They were aimed to strike and impale him, simple as that.
