A small green toad appears on the water surface from which Jiraiya pops out in his classic attire with a large scroll on his back and several scrolls over his waist region. He also has a single tattoo over his each of his wrist..!

Jiraiya: Ohaider..! Amegakure eh..?? That brings back old memories I spent with Yahiko, Nagato and Konan.. Never mind lets get started..!

As soon as Jiraiya finished his sentence, he immediately spews out a scorching fireball straight at the masked Torune in front of him at close range.

Description: The user exhales a stronger yet shorter version of the Fire Release: Great Fireball technique.

As the fire ball obscures the vision of Torune of Jiraiya's movements, Jiraiya with quick movement makes a tiger hand seal while using the chance and creates 3 water clones behind Torune at close range, and two clones with their swift movement proceed to grab you from behind as soon as they are released while another clone(in middle) quickly performs the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare Hand seals.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

As the two water clones grab you from behind over your chest/abdomen region locking your movements, they immediately transform into water of some density engulfing you into a spherical water orb inside which your movements will be restricted.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

In the meanwhile Jiraiya immediately after performing the Tiger hand seal, proceeds with a kunai in his right hand infused with wind chakra and runs towards the formed water orb not in straight line, but obliquely towards his left side and throws the wind chakra infused kunai at Torune aimed at his chest.

As the orb is formed trapping Torune within, Jiraiya in time reaches the orb and keeps his right hand over the orb to maintain it while Torune becomes hypoxic and unconscious slowly.

(Note: Jiraiya runs towards Torune immediately after he formed clones, so Jiraiya and his clones will be proceeding at you at same time. I guess talking won't affect time frame..)
