Curious to whom it was Keji activated his byakugan and zoomed in; as he did he took note of the mans features especially his ears. Having confronting a man with similar ears before Keji approached with caution. Stopping mid range from the stranger Keji spoke

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Drizzt raised his brow to the man that called out to him, he was enjoying the nature and his peace was disturbed by him while being annoyed at first it was very common for humans to bother him when he was relaxing but guess it couldn't be helped the previous reason that he was couldn't be discovered but he also couldn't let this man report back to his elders as it could get the Noldor into trouble and cause tremors between Drizzt and Illuvatar and that's something that Drizzt didn't want also Thandril would be severely disspointed also he couldn't let this kid live or Drizzt honour would be tainted it wasn't like Illuvatar wasn't starting to sense this. Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Seeing as you are still here and going about how if I met one of you I would be dead I have no choice to take you in and report this.
As he was speaking Keji channeled chakra into the man's clothing; this would cause them to gather water over time becoming heavier and heavier as time passed.

Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment
I personally don't want to fight but if I must I will. Also, for reference I'm 25 long past the boy years may friend. Keji would then throw three kunai at the man each connected by a steel thread. Two of which were aimed for his eyes the other his throat.
Now I haven't used this tech yet so I wanted to try it xd
Drizzt heared the mans words and closed his eyes and shook his head "well guess you leave me no choice either then and still your a little boy compared to me and you aint taking me anywhere" As Drizzt said this he sensed the intent of his opponent having his evil intent sensing passive he was very skilled with it, at that moment Drizzt knew exactly what Keji thought when he thought of it as he threw the kunai Drizzt made three quick handseals and had 2 large arms protrude out of his back (so both A rank) each being about 8 meters in size so just falling before mid range, Drizzt uses his wind arms to block the kunai sending them flying back to the ground but seeing they are attached to a metal wire opening his wind palms and begin to suction in the area bringing the dust and kunai into his vortex "how about you have these back" as Drizzt said this he launchs the wind blast at Keji (being A ranked) and sending the kunai flying back at you carrying the dust and a bit of rock from the ground back at you.

Description: The user will perform three handseals to begin with. Then, protruding from their back will emerge multiple of translucent/luminous arms (or just one) that will stretch to any distance and length to reach their opponent. These arms are made out of sharp winds, results of the user manipulating their chakra. The user has complete control over the arms and each arm can take a different path, coming at the enemy from any angle. Also, being formed by sharp winds, the hands can easily pierce straight through the targets skin and body structure. It will also be able to pierce through any Earth/Water technique/defense lower than C-B/A ranking. The translucent arms can be heard by a very low, distinct noise created by the friction of the wind, however, when coming from all sides, it can be hard to distinguish where the arms are coming from. At short ranged, the hands prove to be more lethal and when they are reaching out towards the enemy, they have suction from their palms that pull the enemy towards them, making it harder for them to evade the arms. Or, for situational defense purposes, the palms can reverse the suction and blow out high-powered wind, strong enough to push back a large summoning creature. The user can chose to split 2 of the arms into 4 at any given moment, and so on. Also, the hands/hand can be used as shields to defend off projectiles or certain Lightning techniques.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Chihaya
- The technique can only be used three times in battle, with a one turn cool-down
- The arms last three turns and can be activated whenever the user chooses
- The hands are the same size of the users human hands
- With the arms activated, the user cannot use an S ranked wind jutsu or above
As the kunai traveled Keji watched as his opponent wove 3 seals and how two large masses of chakra protruded from his back stopping the kunai.

said Keji as the chakra arms began to suck in the kunai which Keji responded two by severing his connection to the thread. The man then spoke and launched the kunai along with a blast of wind back at Keji.
Why do you have to be difficult
said Keji as he inhaled and exhaled a torrent of water plowing through the kunai wind and debris in hopes to hit the man and making his clothing significantly heavier.

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.
Drizzt felt his cloths becoming heavier 'what the?' it must of been the rain this would slow Drizzt down a lot if he continued to stay in the rain without interfering As Drizzt thought on this he heard the man speak and sensed his next intentions Drizzt knew what was coming next gathering his doton charka as the keji finished speaking and launched his water justu Drizzt slammed his hands onto the ground for the dramatic effect and then poured his charka into the ground as he did this a massive golem then started to emerge out of the ground with Drizzt stood upon his head "now you could only wish that you could match me in skill boy but not many use the water element though I will admit you will have to either have an amazing powerful justu to overpower me or you must be incredibly subtle" As Drizzt said this and his golem emerged fully standing at 30 meters the water bullet flys into the golem cracking him a little but not doing a huge amount of damage, the rest of the water would spread along the battlefield now making most of the floor water beside the little patch that Keji stood upon.

Description: The user creates a even larger and stronger version of Earth Release: Stone Golem Technique. However, unlike the smaller version, the user creates this stone golem from the ground solely. The user will slam his hand on the ground, manipulating it and shaping it into a large warrior of stone which he can control as long as he keeps his hand in contact with it or with the ground and keeps fueling the technique with chakra. The golem can reach heights of 30 meters and is quite massive but seems to also be capable of moving quite fast as well.
"Now then lets see about ending your existence how should I do it?" Drizzt knew he needed to hurry this fight up before Illuvatar caught wind of what happened, Drizzt ordered the golem to charge at Keji moving at quick speeds just as they entered short range Drizzt channelled his Holy fire and gathered a large mass of it and then clapping his hands together spreading it throughout the sky "begone scum your end draws near" As Drizzt said this bits of Holy fire began to drop like rain and in as much abundance of it this would cancel out the rain stopping it forming and burning it out and now rained Holy fire and since Keji had negative intentions then when the rain touched him it would burn his skin severely making it very hard for him to focus such things as a simple hand sign would now be overwhelming for him to produce without him focusing all of his energy into it making things as string handsels near impossible for him; Drizzt moved onto the golem forearm as he did this he made the golem slam its fists down at Keji smashing into him crushing him underneath while he stood on its forearms watching.
Ame no Junsei Seisen | Rain of the Holy Crusade

Description: This is unique jutsu that gives of a holy feel in itself. The user will clap their hands together gathering a mass of chakra over the field releasing this jutsu. From that point on the chakra will fall bit by bit, similar to that of the hidden rain jutsu, but have it’s own unique properties. The energy is that of the Silmarilis or Holy fire as it has come to be known. It would fall down gently like snowflakes of energy dropping onto the field which as they touch the ground they will dissipate from the basic use of this. As it is with most of the holy fire jutsu this has the ability to react to dark chakras and negative intents. In this if it were to rain on those flowing with bijuu chakra it would act like a fiery acid on their skin burning them severely. Not only this but it will react to those not pure of their intentions. For example, if this were to fall on a ninja who made it rain or created a clone, it would have no effect. But if a person was intent on causes something negative like harm or death, the holy rain would burn through their skin like fire itself, making it a lot harder for them to perform jutsu and concentrate causing it to take twice as long for them to perform a jutsu, so what would normally be as easy as making a single handseal, due to the constant burning it would take twice as long for them to focus. Not only this, but for sensors and doujutsu uses it will make it very difficult for them to locate the user. This won’t affect the Byakugan as the byakugan can see through chakra, like how it can see through the hidden mist. Where as sharingan and the rinnegan will just see chakra all around them blocking their vision. The use can perform an addition handseal at any point while this is active, releasing more chakra into the falling energy in any given area to increase the power of the holy rain to burn any and all it touches as it gives off an even brighter glow, allowing one to notice this, starting ateast 5 meters above the target. This can have a 5m radius, and can only be used on one location per use of the overall jutsu. In doing this it will increase the power of the holy fire to S rank, taking up 1 of the three jutsu per turn.
Note: Useable 3 times, lasting 3 turns, 2 turns between uses
Note: Making it burn and increasing it to S rank can be done once per use lasting for that single turn, ending the usage of the full jutsu.
Note: Will not harm the user as the holy fire just becomes one with them once more
Seeing chakra begin to form underneath his opponent Keji would release the water torrent as the golems head began to emerge Keji created chidori's around both of his hands and clapped them together releasing a lightning bolt that would hit seconds after his previous jutsu collided with the golem. After the lightning was launched Keji began to jump back because upon contact the lightning would explode creating a massive crater on the battlefield.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.
Drizzt not stopping his golems advance he simply holds up his futon arms and begins to reverse suction the wind around them as he senses Keji intent to fire the lighting at them golem trying to destroy it while still fuelling the golem through his leg he fires a massive blast of wind at the lighting causing them both to disperse and as this the golem is now 1-2 meters away from Keji still following his plan to slam his fist down on keji as the justu finish clashing. "So is that all you got boy?" the rain would begin to tear through Keji skin burning all the outside layers badly having third degree burns stumbling his movement as the golem is striking down with both his fists.
As the golem fully formed and made his advance Keji noticed the man's chakra arms begin to suction once more. Those arms then fire out another blast of wind neutralizing his lightning. Dam forgot about those... said Keji as the golem fire rained down and golems fist began to slam down. At the last minute, Keji would vanish into the ground making it look like he was crushed. He then traveled behind his opponent stopping at long range.

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above

Keji would re-emerge from the ground minus his jacket, hat, and gloves as they were previously burned away. He would then smile as the chakra arms vanished

said Keji as he wove a single seal causing 16 pillars to rise up around the man and his golem forming what would appear to be an oven. Once completed this oven would begin to send out electrical current in hopes to disintegrate the golem and electrocute the man.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.
The Holy fire that is falling would of probably fused your cloths into your skin seeing how they constantly burn and upon impact gives you third degree burns and your still constantly taking this since you didn't actually counter It in your move you just shot the lighting and then after I countered then took your cloths off by this point I reckon your skin would be covered completely in third degree burns making it hard to move if even possible to. I'm only here to have some fun but you gotta factor this into your moves o-o you kinda just left it like it never happened xd
Drizzt succeeding into crushing Keji or so he thought all of a sudden he senses Keji intent to harm him and knew of his location as well as sensing where the pillars was coming out from and what lied within them. Sensing this Drizzt made two quick handseals and caused the wind to form an armour over his body and at the same time a dome to be but over Keji as this happens the armour expands causing a massive dome of wind to expand and the dome compresses crushing keji within while at the same time cancelling the lighting out.

Description: The user begins by forming two quick handseals and initiates the technique. The user then manipulates the air around him (very close range) to form an armor around his body. He can also do this by releasing the wind chakra from his body. In quick succession (the same timeframe), a dome of wind is created far away from him (such that the opponent is between the dome walls and the user). The armor and the dome, both are A-Ranked in strength, although their thickness (and size of the dome) vary according to the user's requirements. In a quick movement, the armor expands and the dome compresses. They both change at a very high pace, carrying dust and debris and all sort of obstacles with them, to meet the target at the center, where they collide and cause a huge blast. Should the collision happen in the short-range to the user, he will get affected too. So it is best to be used against an opponent standing mid-range from him. The technique explodes similar to two electrons colliding with each other and releasing a large amount of energy. Anyone caught inside will have their bones broken and smashed internal organs. The dome has to be created at least five meters away from the opponent.

]). We also have to take into account that it had been raining for about 8 turns combine between us meaning that we both are pretty wet not much but some resistance to insta burn. You also place the golems massive fist directly above me which would shield me from the holy fire as it was coming down. (this is just how it went down in my head)
As the pillars formed Keji saw chakra form around both the man and him

Now in mid range Keji released his kaiten and wove a single seal expelling water from his mouth and trapping both him(far left boundary) and his opponent(middle) in a giant orb of water. Keji would begin to swim backward whilst keeping eyes on his opponent.

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Drizzt noticed that the man used some weird sort of defence almost like he used his own technique rather then wind, he rotated at high speeds to counter his wind a very nice defense indeed but with the golem being gone from the last justu Drizzted wondered what to do and then Drizzt sensed his intent knowing that he was intending to expel water and then trying to form it into a sphere to trap him, knowing this and gathering his doton charka and slamming his hand onto the ground raising the ground up 60 meters so that the water would jusy hit the wall and form as a lot of water that you are drenched within. Drizzt then wanted to finish this pathetic ninja here and there he gathered his ration charka and emits an lighting spear that hits the water, causing all of it to conduct and fry Keji to his death.

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

Yo, I apologize that I only got like two posts in today... it was hectic for me. Also just figured out how to do the line thing xD As he released his water Keji's opponent slammed his hand raising the earth beneath him. As the water formed into an orb his opponent would be safe on top the raised earth whilst Keji and the are around him was submerged in water. Keji however, noticed chakra being channeled into the man's and being a raiton specialist knew what was coming and that his situation wasn't good. As his opponent was about to fire his jutsu Keji dispersed the water orb causing the lightning bolt to travel directly into the ground below whilst causing water to jet up from underneath his opponent attempting to trap him in it.
