Standing, ten or so meters away from his cloaked adversary, Sasuke would initiate his offense by running towards him in a slight arc to his left and Hidan's right at a moderate speed. He wouldn't stray too far off, however, just enough to be on the flowing river itself. Sasuke would continue to run until he's directly to his opponent's right side before picking up his right leg and quickly sliding his foot across the water, towards the river bank. As a result, a rather large splash of water would soar through the air towards Hidan; somewhat blocking his vision of Sasuke at least. As Hidan would be dealing with the water in his face, Sasuke charges at full speed towards his opponent and maneuvers his way around, as to position himself behind him. Getting where he wants to be, still running of course, Sasuke promptly equips himself with two kunai and hurls it towards the back of Hidan's neck and left shoulder blade (assuming that's his dominant arm). While he'd throw the kunai, he quickly repositions himself to his opponent's left. With Hidan preoccupied with two hindrances, Sasuke moves in a delivers a quick, but strong jab to the kidney; enough for him to feel like having explosive jalapeno-induced diarrhea, only instead of shooting out of his ass it is shooting up into his guts.
