I'll take this. Dhalsim in sig.
Dhalsim gazes at his opponent with his blank white eyes. He raises his left hand up, positioning it just below his chin, but about six inches away from his chest; its fist, clenched. His right arm hangs low, just below his ribcage, but it is pushed in front of his torso and its fist is also clenched. With this boxing stance, Dhalsim pushes his right leg forward and then his left, and then suddenly begins a short dash towards the man in front of him.
As he arrives within arms length of his opponent, the Yoga Master plants his right leg on the ground first and then twists his torso towards his right hand side (i.e., your left) whilst dropping low. With his body weight in his right leg, Dhalsim swings his left knee into the man's stomach. The momentum gathered from his short sprint and the resulting collision should cause the man to double over whilst being pushed a few feet backwards.
