Lucifer drops out of the sky landing in a crouching position fully cloaked so you can't see any of his body, his face hidden in the shadow of his hood as he stands up straight.
While looking at the sky Keji see's a black dot appear, this dot would eventually take the shape of a person as it grew closer. Jumping back a few feet to ensure that he clear of the pending impact watched as the man landed and stood up.

But those white eyes of his, he must be one of the Hyuuga, that mutant scum that are nothing compared to the Uchiha. But how good were those eyes of his, they weren't even active. Lucifer was a master of deceit and mental torture so he was going to have some fun with this. He begins with 3 handseals and from then you're in his illusion. Though you have no way of knowing.
As he continues the 3rd handseal and you're in the illusion he makes it seem that the first 3 handseals were part of a summoning jutsu so that in the illusion you see him do two more handseals and slamming his hand down like a summoning jutsu creating a puff of smoke. As he does this their is litteraly a blur of motion like a shadow that passes by you faster that you could hope to track, as it does you feel two sharp stabs in your neck. As you do a cloud passes by overhead. As you feel the stab marks in your neck you'd also feel the blood running down your neck slowly but your body starts to hurt like their is acid in your veins for 3 seconds it burns like agony making you feel like you want to rip out your own veins. This passes by and you feel fine again. Just as you do the cloud finishes passing by overhead to reveal the sun. As it does you feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, but in an instant it hurts more than you can imagine, you skin begins to burn and flake away like ash as you're entire body burns away in a burst of flames causing excruciating pain leaving you mentally damaged.
This entire genjutsu gave the illusion i summoned a vampire, you were bit and turned, then destroyed in the sun. It all happens pretty fast and all your 5 senses are bent to make it feel as real as possible.

The man gives no response and begins weaving hand seals Keji draws his blade but as the blade finishes being drawn the man slams his hand on the ground creating a puff of smoke. As the smoke appeared Keji caught the glimpse of a shadow passing him out of the peripheral of his eye, but before his mind could even register that he soon felt two small stab wounds in his neck and the flow of blood. Keji would then experience severe pain and would drop to a knee while he planted his sword into the ground and gripped it tightly. After about 3 secs the pain would subside but Keji's sword hand would then begin burn and flake as the sunlight hits it. Keji notices that the sunlight was only burning his face and hands and so creates a dome around him blocking the sun but keeping a few slots open to watch the mysterious man.

The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

The pain from the cut and severe burn snapped Keji out of the gen, he would then throw his blade into the ground in front of him and weave a single seal. channeling raiton chakra underneath the man Keji slams his hand on the ground causing a pillar of lightning to erupt from underneath the man in hopes of electrocuting him. Keji would keep an eye on the man through the slots in his dome in case something went array.

Description: Ōkami is a shifting katana that feeds off the users chakra. It was acquired through weeks of meditation and forged from the soul of its owner and bound by three creeds. Ōkami is inhabited by 3 spirits Kirā(Killer) the black wolf, Byōtō(Ward) the white wolf, and Chi(Blood) the red wolf.
Abilities: Its base form is a black titanium katana(Kira) and a white osmium sheath(Byoto) connected by a 6ft blood red tungsten chain(Chi). It's base form it can be infused with fire chakra heating the blade to 2,192°F if given the command "Burn". When given the command "Hide" it shifts into a light weight hidden blade with vambrace that attaches to the users dominant wrist(Assassins creed style). When given the command "Defend" both Kira and Byoto fuse to form a giant two handed osmium sword with 6ft chain wrapped around users arm and body. In this form the sword has no edge and so cannot cut but can defend against A rank attacks (Ration B rank+ bypass this) within reason once per turn When given the command "Reach" Kira and Byoto turn into sickle while Chi extends into a 12ft chain with a circle in the center. This circle allows the weapon to extend to mid range and retract at the will of the user. If this blade is in any way, shape, or form separated from each another they become ordinary katana and lose their ability to transform for the rest of the match. If Keji dies without passing off Okami the sword vanishes from the existence.

Lucifer watched as his genjutsu took effect and the ninja infront of him starts to create the dome over himself, he really felt the effects of becomming a vampire, it seemed lucifer's skills were getting better with genjutsu. He passively activates his 3t sharingan as the dome rises and points his finger forwards using his mastery of lightning shooting a beam of lightning forwards with intense speed aimed at where you're heart is, it tears through the earth dome like bullet and through your chest as you go to cut yourself to break the genjutsu. The beam would leave nothing but a hole where your heart was killing you before you knew it.

This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. They then begin to compress the stored chakra in their finger. Then, by releasing the chakra from their index finger, into a dense spherical shaped beam of lightning, roughly 3x the size of chidori sharp spear. It can reach up to long-range, wrecking and piercing through many objects, however, the user is unable to control the trajectory, the direction, like Chidori Sharp Spear. The beam simply goes in one direct manner, and thus, the lack of flexibility. The technique is forbidden due to the fact that because of the huge amount of chakra built in your puny index finger, and releasing it all at once, quickly, at the same time, it is lightning chakra, it would cause your index finger to be numb for one full turn, unable to move it, remaining limp. The finger will also look slightly burnt and black during this time, causing some stinging pain to the user. This makes it impossible to perform hand seals during this duration

Seeing the man hold up his finger Keji pauses before he cuts himself. He would then see a flash of light and begin to feel the hairs on his body stand on end meaning he had but seconds before he was struck. Quickly creating a pillar diagonally under his left foot tilting his upper body so that the beam hits his left bicep grazing it and causing severe burns snapping him out of the gen.

Keji gives a slight scream of pain but begins weaving a sequence of seals and focusing chakra into his eyes, this causes his brown eyes to white as the veins around them begin to become more prominent. Keji drops the dome around him and looks at the man but when he does he notices the chakra flow around the man's eyes, "Uchiha?" Keji diverts his eyes slightly.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. Seeing the man hold up his finger Keji pauses before he cuts himself. He would then see a flash of light and begin to feel the hairs on his body stand on end meaning he had but seconds before he was struck. Quickly creating a pillar diagonally under his left foot tilting his upper body so that the beam hits his left bicep grazing it and causing severe burns snapping him out of the gen.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. With his sharingan Lucifer can see you moving your body, perceiving and predicting it, as you do this, lifting up you leg as the beam passes by your right arm grazing it using his mastery of lightning he adds more chakra into it expanding it, this sudden added burst of charka would cause it to take you're right arm off completely. It simply just increased in size as you tried to avoid it without you expecting it:

While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

He proppels forwards avoiding your volcano, and as he does he creates caramel all around you binding your legs and your one arm all to your body in a ball of solid caramel before you can escape, and punches you in the face knocking you out.

As the ground opens Keji see's the man launch himself towards him. Before Keji could move his legs and arm become encased in some weird material
Well dam... the man prepares to punch Keji but a massive arm shoots out of the ground grabbing the man as a golem emerges with Keji on its head. The golem proceeds to clench its fist tight in hopes of crushing the man's bones.It then slams both hands onto the ground creating a massive volcano underneath its hands which would erupt melting the man and the golems hand.

The user will slam his hand on the ground, manipulating it and shaping it into a large warrior of stone which he can control as long as he keeps his hand in contact with it or with the ground and keeps fueling the technique with chakra. The golem can reach heights of 30 meters and is quite massive but seems to also be capable of moving quite fast as well.
