As this strange looking crazy person comes flying toward Obito with his foot aiming toward Obito's face. He simply does a 90 degree turn to his left, rotating the left side of his body whilst performing a right palm thrust to his left as he rotates in order to deflect his opponent's leg and foot away from himself. Following up in quick sucession, Obito performs a left swing kick aimed to hit his opponent on his backside, sending him flying back to where he came from.
