The Mokuton user stood before Sasuke yet again. He did not learn from their encounter at Orochimaru's hideout that Sasuke wasn't coming back to Konoha as his goals lied else where. This time Sasuke would be sure to end the ninja's life. Without notice Sasuke dashed towards Yamato while sending chakra to his eyes, activating his 2 tomoe Sharingan, and pulling out 16 Kunai with flash bombs attached to them, two between each spaces between his fingers on each hand. Once Sasuke moved forward 3m, he would throw his kunai ahead him which would explode 2m away from Yamato blinding him and causing him to hear nothing but a constant ringing in his ears.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.
Just as the explosions go off, Sasuke would weave a hand seal and infiltrate Yamato's brain with his chakra causing him perceive an excessively large amount of hair growing from his body. This would also call Yamato to perceive it is hard to making things as a simple Kai hand seal take a considerable amount of time.

Descriptions: The user of this technique will weave two handseals and clap his hands together, placing his opponent under a genjutsu. In this illusion, the opponent will begin to suffer from the effects of Hypertrichosis, commonly known as Werewolf Syndrome. This will make the opponent start to experience rapid hair growth on the entirety of their body. This can make the opponent struggle to breathe or move due to the binding of the mass of hair they believe they are covered in.
-Used thrice per battle
Still in motion towards Yamato, 5m away, Sasuke would layer on a genjutsu directly after casting his first genjutsu. In this genjutsu Yamato would perceive himself to be in darkness atop of a flower. All while growing hair making it difficult to move and make hand seals. As the flower appears it immediately closes with Yamato in it and explodes. Yamato's brain, being unable to cope with its own demise, causes Yamato to pass out and fall towards the ground. Sasuke with his great speed though reaches Yamato before his body can hit the ground. In one clean motion, Sasuke unsheathes his sword in an upwards slash and decapitates Yamato sending his head flying upward into the air. Sasuke quickly jumps away from Yamato so blood won't get on his cool clothes.

Description: The user will trap the target within an illusion where the opponent appears to be trapped in a large flower bud which then explodes. The opponent is made to believe that an explosion actually occurred and collapses, believing himself to be injured. The resulting stress on his mind causes damage.

Just keep it in mind that activating sharingan affects the time frame the same as it does when you use an attack unless you can use it passively which I don't believe you can.

It was a nice day, nice indeed, it was the fated day I would fight the Uchiha Prodigy again and this time I won't hold back I will finish him off for betraying Konoha, it was my mission and my duty as Co-Sensei of Team Kakashi and friends of Team 7 excluding this traitor, I will put an end to this child and they won't be holded back by this kid, I have seen what they could do, their potential is endless they could become stronger than the Legendary Sannins but they need to focus on other matters and not try to chase this crazy guy who joined Orochimaru to gain power and avenge his criminal brother. Seeing Sasuke activate his sharingan with 2 tomoes and take several kunais, before he gets the chance to throw them at me, I open my mouth and release a hurricane made of wind from my mouth that intercepts the kunais and turn them back to Sasuke while cutting him through the sheer power and slicing abilities of the hurricane and piercing him with his own kunais. "This is what you get for betraying you village and joining an international criminal . . . Filthy traitor !"

Before Sasuke gets a chance to throw his kunai, he could see a build up of chakra in Yamato's mouths. Soon after Yamato spewed out a fuuton twister towards him. This wasnt a threat to Sasuke though. He released a large fireball that would pierce easily force its way through the twister. As it gets within 3m of Yamato, due to it being released in a straight line and its large size, Yamato's vision of Sasuke would be blocked by the fireball. The fireball would also explode into a maelstrom of flames which with further consume Yamato as well as hinder his vision further.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and breath out from their mouth a large fireball that travels at the opponent. As it reaches the opponent it bursts into a maelstrom of fire engulfing them in flames.
Once the fireball is 3m of Yamato and his vision is blocked, Sasuke would raise his hand and send raiton chakra into the air which would then strike back down as the previous fireball erupted into a maelstrom of flames. This jutsu should logically not be visually percieved at the katon used before blocked Yamato's vision of Sasuke.
(Raiton: Ikazuchi no Kiba) - Lightning Release: Fangs of Lightning
