Izumo notices the man pointing in such a dramatic way. He looks like the monkey from Family Guy. He laughs putting his right hand over his mouth. He slides his hand across his mouth biting his right thumb making it bleed.
"Come On Out, Kojack"
He performs a few hand seals but before he marks his left palm. The hand seals are quick and he slams his hands on the ground. Exploding sound is heard throughout the area appearing right under Izumo is Kojack. Standing at Gamabunta height with Izumo on his head.
(Kuchiyose no jutsu- Kojack Gurizuri) Summoning- Kojack the Grizzly*

Description: the user will summon Kojack, cousin of Odin, by performing the necessary hand seals and smearing his blood on his palm and clapping his hands together. Kojack has an elemental affinity of earth allowing him to harden his fur as hard as a rock and cause small tremors by slamming his front paws down on the ground. He is the same size of Gamabunta. He is also able to use B-rank earth jutsus and gives them (+10 damage points) when performing a user/summon combo.
*Note: can only be used once per battle.
*Note: can only stay in play for a total of 5 turns.
*Note: Fur armor is S-ranked(like earth hardening tech.) and counts as one of the jutsus of a turn.
Izumo specialty of his clan is him using his sensing abilities. He is sensing and watching for any signs of an attack or jutsu usage from his opponent.
Lancer slams his hands on the ground releasing earth chakra all around you and your summoning, aiming at the ground, he causes it to quickly lowering it dramatically and in a hurry. Reaching its maximum depth, and size just large enough to fit your animal summon, you and your summon would be trapped together in that pit. Right after Lancer has lowered the ground, he stays kneel and performs a set of hand seal while then channeling a stream of paper tags that travel through the ground, continuing to hold the stream of paper tags, they would appear around the walls of the pit, Lancer makes sure to hold the stream to create more tags to cover the walls of the pit. Lancer then causes them to detonate, the walls of the pit collapsing all around you and your summon, now burying you in rubble.

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.
Note: Can only be used twice.
(Himitsu Kibaku Fuda no Jutsu) Hidden Explosive Tags Technique

Description:
The user does a sequence of 4 hand seals (Tiger → Rat → Bird → Snake) or slams his hand on the ground or surface. Using his chakra, he is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the ground and use his chakra to keep them hidden from sight. As they stream towards the target, they are undistinguishable from the ground, seamlessly merged with it. Nearing the target, they rise from the ground, "crawling" up the target. As they wrap themselves in lairs around the target, the user can choose when to detonate them, making a quicker, weaker detonation or waiting for more paper tags to pile in the target and adding more damage.
OOC: I didn't really use the tag jutsu the generic way everyone else uses, I want to try something new, I'm not even sure if I can use it this way, but I plan on showing some of these combos to senseis/mods to see if they work. The ground drops but Izumo and his summon doesn't. They float on a cloud of grey and yellow energy. Izumo sense the energy when it was inserted into the ground and once it started thats when Izumo used his energy to create this platform into a cloud.

The amount of energy and the power of the energy depends on the user’s rank in the Kiyoshi Clan (Novices will have extremely weak energy while Sages will have extremely powerful energy). The color of the energy can change with the user’s mood, but only when they have learned to become in tune with the energy. Color is insignificant for this technique; it just gives everyone’s own technique its uniqueness.

Izumo looks at you igniting your body of energy with the burning effects of fire as he say these words. The energy stay pure and burns at your clothing and skin all over the torso and neck area.

Description: The user focuses elemental chakra into their energy and pure chakra, while at the same time keeping it pure. This causes their energy to be stronger and also have an effect based on the 5 elements (fire, water, earth, lightning, wind). The user can only focus one chakra at a time and needs a 1 turn period in-between without using energy related attacks to shift energy elements. Fire- Energy will be able to burn things
Water- Energy will be able to douse out fires as well as possibly drown (if one can)
Earth- Energy will have a tough, solid composition.
Lightning- Energy will be able to shock and electrocute
Wind- Energy can slice/cut or blow away
