Yamato waited beneath a tree, casually smoking a cigarette. He took several breaths of the cigarette, as the cool wind kissed his face. His expression, one of a very relaxed one, as he seemed visibly unaffected by anything, except the graceful wind. Indeed, it seemed that he was a nature lover. His adeptness with Wood Release showed his closeness to nature, as he could create anything he wanted, when in the state of depression. It had been a long time since he had time on his own. Most of his time was spent on rebuilding Konoha after Pein's invasion and doing other missions. He was now a member of the Sound Village, tired of the constant wars between Konoha and the other villages. Sometime back, he had joined Amegakure, but hadn't found what he wanted there. Despite seeming calm from outside, he had a terrible agony present deep in his subconscious mind, one which had awakened after coming back to Otogakure, the village, wherein he was tested as a child by the cursed Orochimaru. Despite having the wonderful ability of Wood Release, he had a deep grudge in his mind, he was thirsty to kill this man, one who had experimented on countless children. This thought occured daily, as if it was something routine, an inner voice calling him to take revenge. Immersed deep inside his thoughts, Yamato almost got lost, when suddenly he snapped out of it, and saw a young man walking towards him, someone he recognized. So, he had finally arrived to test his abilities. It was a mere warmup for Yamato, though he thought to test his abilities first.

Before he could react, Yamato saw him forming some handseals, as several petals were released in the air, along with a good amount of wind, which seemed like a cyclone. "This guy doesn't waste time, does he?" Thinking quickly, he performed the Ram handseal and inhaled, focusing his Fuuton chakra in his lungs. As he did that, he exhaled the gathered chakra, elementally recomposing it into a massive amount of Wind, while spatially recomposing it to compress it, until it left his mouth. As it was released, it ran at high speed and formed a massive blast running wild, slowly expanding to destroy everything in it's path, resembling a giant dome. Just as he blew the jutsu, he jumped backwards so as to not get caught in the jutsu, going about mid-range from his opponent, as the massive Wind blast overpowered the weak Wind cyclones and continued on towards him as a medium powered B Rank jutsu, carrying him far away, as well picking up the surrounding dust and blinding him.

as raiden sees his foe prowess a shiver ran down his spine it was a shiver of excitement he has found a strong foe who would easily crush him but he knows he can beat him if he was determined which he was and he thought it wont be a mere warm up prepare to put your life on the line son as im taking you down right now as raiden was thinking this he sees him perform a ram seal as raiden sees this he begins to channel doton charka into his hands and slams them on the ground then uses Earth Release Technique and makes a pillar 10 meters in the sky to avoid the incoming wind as the wind hits his pillar and levels it raiden jumps off before hand and lands to safety he then sees his foe and uses Fire Release: Dragon Flame Blitz and fires 10 fireballs at his foe this obscures his line of sight at raiden as he line of sight is obscured raiden franticly uses Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon to fire a sphere at his torso as the sphere lands it deals tremendous damage to the foes torso crippling that area as this happens it also sends him flying him back

Yamato looked on, as his opponent, evaded the massive Wind blast with a basic Earth technique, however before being crushed, he jumped upwards and performed a Wind-Fire combo. "Seems this guy knows basic combinations", he though to himself, as he spoke loudly, "I'm impressed. Using basic techniques to fight me, is indeed impressive. However, I won't hold back further", he remarked, as he gather Fire based chakra and elementally recomposed it to Fire in his lungs, as he spewed it out his mouth, as a stream of flames. The powerful stream was enough to consume the Wind-Fire combination and continue on weakened toward him, with E-Rank damage.

He was indeed conserving chakra, but not anymore.

As the weak fire hit him, he gathered Earth natured chakra and elementally recomposed it to form actual Earth, spatially recomposing it to form several balls of mud, which he spat at his opponent. It still seemed he was holding back, as he didn't use a finishing move. Indeed. He changed his mind. He wanted to test this young man.
