The kazekage was strolling through a fine field, filled with cows and strawberrys as far the eye can see, beside him was his favorite snake, jeffrey. Ilove you jeffrey ;__; Mee too sandaime, babe u sexii. jeffrey was highly allergic to ugly people, they strolled and walked for 3 hours, until they saw a man before them, the snake looked up and as his eye met that of the mans, Jeffrey violently exploded.

Forming a single handseal, he placed ace in a genjutsu where everything went pich black, then in an instant the kazekage slammed his hands on the ground releasing geyser of ironsand from underneath him.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground, manipulating iron sand present deep underground to rise upwards right below the opponent. The iron sand emerges violently in a similar fashion to a geyser pushing anything above it upwards. The iron sand travels to a height of 15 meters above ground and covers a 5 meter radius. The force the iron sand erupts with is capable of doing damage as the sand is sent airborne and from the initial shock when bursting through the ground. The iron sand left by this jutsu can be used to form other techniques.

Description: The goggles were created by the combined effort of the Third Kazekage and his council. In an effort to control and mimic the power of the shukaku, they created weapons and accessories. These goggles were one of those items, they were crafted from a strange dense yet light metal found in a mine near sungakure and from the denses most strongest glass in the village. The third Kazekage had some of his chakra and a councilmen's aswell sealed within the glasses. The glasses however were a failure they did nothing to help control a jinchuriki, however the glasses gained a strange new power due to the what was sealed within them. The third kazekage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and the covered his eyes from being blinded by the constant sand in sunagakure or accidentally by his own iron sand.

As a result the goggles have magnetic properties. They emit a magnetic chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The object, item or person must consist of physical matter. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.

Note: Goggles are very durable and can take one S ranked technique before disabling, but remain unbroken on the user, any further attack D rank and above will break them.

Kuzan looks at the Kage before him, acting so foolishly. It was so weird, and so unlike how a Kage should act, but nonetheless, humorous. He continued to ignore the Kazekage's foolish remarks, and shifted his focus on the battle. After seeing the enemy perform the handseal, Kuzan concluded that the pitch black that soon fell upon the battlefield was more or less a mere illusion, for a distraction perhaps. Creating a small vortex in his hands, he would punch the ground after feeling small tremors and assumed a technique was going to appear from it, to take advantage of his visually-impaired state. It would be angled to launch him slightly to the back of his original position, a few meters from where he stood, while being somewhere around mid-long range. As he is launched upwards, he releases a ton of fire chakra mid-air, creating a heatwave around that area that would greatly strengthen the power of fire techniques, while at the same time, effectively release himself from the illusion, gaining his vision back. He then searches for his opponent and replies, "Ah, kazekage? It's an honor battling you... Hehe." while releasing a large dragon from a scroll, slightly to the side in a small arc to maintain vision of the enemy. This would clash with the kazekage in an attempt to completely destroy him.

Description: Sending out chakra from their body, the user will perform nature transformation to change the nature of their chakra into the properties of fire, and manipulate it to mix in with the air to create a heatwave around them. The heatwave will resemble the shape of an orb and cover everything short range from the creator. This technique is used in multiple ways. Firstly, because the air is heated from the user's chakra, any fire techniques created by the user and shot out by the user, or anyone that has compatible chakra with the users like summonings will be strengthened by infusing the heatwave's heat into the fire technique. When the heatwave fuses with the fire chakra from a fire technique, it would greatly increase in temperature, and thus, become more powerful (next rank). Secondly, any wind technique coming from the user to outside of the orb and from the opponent coming inside of the orb will be weakened, due to the heat gradually weakening the wind technique as it travels within the orb and when the wind clashes with the fire chakra, it would lose power and momentum, because fire is superior to wind. Lastly, with a single handseal, you can manipulate the heat from the heatwave with shape manipulation to a more intangible form of the heatwave that can be released from all directions, counting as an A-rank and reaching up to mid range. Once the heatwave expands out, and once making contact with the target, it would cause 3rd degree, painful burns throughout the body or body parts touched by the heatwave.

As, the man before him launched him self back, sandiame leaped forward a couple meters, with they geyser rising upwards now, blocking vision, sandaime had cut himself and performed the summoning technique bringing manda onto the field, coiled up and also hidden behind the geyser, AS he had been summoned, the sandaime's goggles pick up an entity forming behind the geyser which now had begin falling to the ground, trying to take action immediately, manda goes under ground, beneath the opponent while simultaneously the sandaime raised 3 huge spikes from the ground to impale the man who he located with sensory, one spike from beneath him one from his left and from behind. Manda's gong udnerground is masked by the geysers noice and spikes.

Description:
Manda is a gigantic, 100 meter long snake who serves as the "leader" of all snakes. Fierce and aggressive, Manda is a shrewd warrior. To summon Manda, the user takes a big gamble, as he can easily turn on its summoner if he so deems it. Not only that, but the sacrifice and the amount of chakra needed damages the user, making summoning Manda a forbidden act. Manda has some unique abilities. Extremely fast and strong, his tail acts as a sharp mace that he can fling at the enemies with ease, speed and tremendous power (capable of overcoming even A-Rank defenses). Manda is also capable of using his chakra for 2 unique techniques: he can borrow underground (even if its affected by up to A-Rank techniques), tunneling through the earth at enormous speed or shed his skin, using a sort of substitution technique, where he trades places with his shed skin. While underground, Manda can sense the vibrations through the earth and pinpoint the location of his enemy. While completely immune to techniques A-Rank and below, Manda can take one S-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once.

As Kuzan is released from the illusion, and after the heatwave has been materialized in the battlefield, he would notice the ground shaking below, while still in mid air. He thought that it would be a technique similar to the last one, and in response to the tremors and vibrations of the ground, he claps his hands together to summon a Hooded Pitohui. The spikes appeared outwards, and Arwin appeared immediately after the first sign of the spikes emerged. Without much thought, Arwin was able to realize the predicament Kuzan was at and flew towards the target, at an increasingly fast speed, and her ability to fly throughout the battlefield with great maneuverability allowed her to effectively evade the spikes. While in mid-air, Kuzan creates a single handseal to force the heatwave to expand outwards, creating an omnidirectional burst of hot, hot air to burn the enemy as it makes contact. On an aerial attack, Arwin spews out an enormous amount of water from his mouth and shapes it into a tornado, in an attempt to crush the Kazekage. This all happens as one attack (the heatwave and water exploding wave), and the assault begins once the two enters short-range. (Basically, the heatwave expands to attempt to fry you like shinra tensei, while a large amount of water in the shape of a tornado is coming from above to crush you. Oh, and you will have a tingly and kinda painful feeling once arwin enters short-range because of the odor she secretes. It's quite distracting xD)

Description: The user smears blood on their palm, makes the neccesary handseals then presses their palm on the ground or clap both hands together to summon Arwin in a cloud of white smoke. Arwin is a large Hooded Pitohui(as large as Sasuke's hawk), elegant and beautiful but she still remains one of the most foulest among her specie. She is fast and has fluid and excellent maneuverability in mid-air and is able to navigate through dense clouds and fogy condition. She is with inteligence and she is as smart as Minato being able to access every battle situation with ease and come up with a counter very quickly. She can communicate with her summoner through Pitohuian Language which
only the summoner or any body who signed the contract can understand.
Abilities: -Arwin even as she is of moderate size compared to other hooded Pitohuis, posseses a very high content of neurotoxin in which a single scratch from her claws, beak, tail and wings would cause brief localized paralysis.
-She secretes odours to which anyone apart from the summoner that gets into short range of her would begin to feel tingling sensation all over themselves which is quite distracting and somewhat painful.
-She is able to mold chakra and she is good at it where she can use "Suiton" techniques upto A-ranks. This, she can spew directly from her mouth or form by flapping her wings.(she needs no water source as she can produce a
voluminous water from her mouth, except in extreme cases where a very large water source is needed) -She can also use Pitohui Arts, A set of arts that are taught to every capable pitohuis in the training mangroves of Modakeke by the elder sage of the Hooded pitohuis "Majele". (Pitohui arts would be submited separately)

Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source
