[Vex]

Post a bio, and decide who goes first.
We fight in a small dojo which is about 10x10 meters. Outside of the dojo is a forest. A single sakura tree is in a clearing at the forest, although most of the flower petals have fallen off.

A faint creaking could be heard, it seemed someone had entered Vex's dojo. Perhaps they were looking for a fight, perhaps they were simply curious, regardless Vex was bored. It had been a while since he had a good fight.

Vex was seated at the head of the dojo, dressed in his normal battle atire. He sat with his right knee raised, and his katana leaning against his right arm. The tips of his fingers were drumming on the hilt. It was a sim steel blade. The hilt, cross guard, and scabbard had no decoration. There was no point, it would be stained with blood soon anyways . Suddenly, the stranger walked in.

Vex slid the katana upwards from its sheathe, with only his right thumb. It caused a high pitched screech to come from the katana because of friction. The sound would assault the stranger's ears, and a sudden glint of steel would allow the stranger to realize, that Vex was out for blood.

Suddenly, Vex has stood up and his katana is out fully. The sword is pointed at the stranger, and the sheathe hangs at Vex's left side strapped onto a belt. Vex holds the sword with just his right arm, although his left is at his side as well. The blade is pointed at the stranger as Vex speaks.

Give me your name stranger, I would know who it is I'm cutting down.

Vex's voice was light and conversational, although his tone was more commanding. It was not a friendly request for a name, this was an order. Vex's eyes were cruel and merciless, not at all like his usual fun loving and carefree self. Something had thoroughly pissed off Vex, and unluckily for this stranger Vex was about to take it out on him.

 

[Urda]

"Hmp!"

Kazuhiko ambled in the Dojo in nonchalant manner while thoroughly examining the room. He thought to himself how plain. He eyes fell on the man sitting in the room. Observing the mans sword he could tell he was a skilled user of Kenjutsu. Upon looking closely, he sense a bloodthirsty vibe radiating from the man which made a slight tingle in his own blood. He gave off a grin. When the man pointed his weapon to Kazuhiko his facial expression became calm.

"You should be careful who you point your weapon at... I am Kazuhiko... I came far and wide to hone my own skills. In my travels I heard name of your Dojo. I am willing to test my mettle against yours. I would be your opponent!?" Kazuhiko spoke in a firm tone showing no hesitation while glaring at the man.

Kazuhiko - who wears a traditional Shinobi outfit (a flak jacket: with no pockets; two pouches on his back waist storing shuriken, kunia knifes, smoke bombs, and explosive tags; and Shinobi sandals) - grabs a single kunia knife and wields it in his right hand at his side.

 

[Vex]

Grasping his katana with his single hand upon hearing the mans name, Vex delivers an upwards diagonal slash starting from Vex's left side. The slash aims to cut open most of Kazuhiko's stomach, and chest area, and should it land would most likely kill the stranger.

 

[Urda]

Kazuhiko watches Vex wield his sword with form motioning a sweeping stroke with the sword. He takes a few steps back out of range of Vex's attack. He takes a closer look studying the lethal strike and keen on the way Vex handle the sword.

"He is wielding the sword one-handily and flings the sword with physical power. In this particular motion, the weight of his body is drawn into the sword. He has no time to respond. This is my chance...!!!" Kazuhiko thought while taking a quick analysis.

Kazuhiko entered a time perceptive where his mind is unaffected by the outside world - seeming much slower than what others may perceive, which permitted him to make quick judgement and action to attacking Vex. He enter the time perceptive the moment he step back and begin watching Vex's movement. As Vex blade lean farther upward to the right (Kazuhiko's left abdomen and chest) - leaving no leeway to adjust his sword for a proper counter - Kazhiko shift his movements to the left of Vex (placing weight on his left-foot and then transferring the weight to the right); swiftly side-stepping and then charging. Holding his single kunia knife in his right-hand (placing the blade up to shoulder length, crossing-over to his right), he jolts towards Vex's slashing his left shoulder, minor wounding it.

"First Blood!!?"

A gruesome grin shows on Kazuhiko's face.
