the rock hits Sasuke in the head with some force, causing a wound on his head making him bleed and his eyes close from the reaction as his head cocks back, it shocks him and so he is unable to counter properly to anything. As Sasuke is struck by the rock multiple sections of rock from all around him rise up and crush him, giving him a little coffin for him to sleep in.

As Sasuke sees the rock coming towards him and the ground beneath him begin to shake, he gathers lightning chakra in his body and releases it outside. He shapes it into a thin shield of lightning, but despite its thickness, the defenses it creates was still strong. The rock and the two sections of rocks were destroyed after making contact with the ball of lightning that protected Sasuke. He then runs towards Skuld and jumps in the air and gathers fire chakra. He exhales out three giant meteor shaped balls of flames that erupt into a geyser of flames after making contact with his opponent. He lands a meter away from where he jumped off of and throws a kunai towards his opponent.

The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
