While gradually wandering this Barren wasteland in the middle of nowhere, Iori comes to notice an unfamiliar figure in the distance and approaches him, once within mid range Iori notices that its a fellow ex village mate, Law, a friend he once held dear to the heart, when use to reside in the village hidden in the clouds, Iori says to Law...

"Trafalgar Law, how are you old friend? And How is the village doing?

By the way, what are you doing here at a time like this?"

 

[Punk Hazard]

*Law stood in the field. He was looking for a certain man and was wearing a disguise consisting of a hood, fake mustache and sunglasses to keep a low profile. As he was scanning the area, he saw an old friend approach. The man was Iori, a former member of Kumo.*

"Oi, Iori-ya. The village was a bit boring lately, so I'm just looking for someone to fight."

 

[Yashiro]

"Well you came to the right man, prepare to die..."

Iori then focused his chakra to the mind of Law in order to disturb the flow of his chakra and make him see whatever Iori wants him to see, Law would then see Iori disappearing and several bean vines growing from the ground, the vines would then wrap around Law and bind him before Law sees Iori rise from a bean pod and ready to attack him as he is trapped, In reality Law is just paralyzed and open to an incoming attack.

Description: Similar to Illusion Technique: Tree Binding Death, where the user first disappears, while the target sees several bean vines growing from the ground. These vines bind the target body, lifting them into the air. Then a bean pod rises from the ground to reveal the user, ready to strike. In reality, the opponent is immobilized by the illusion, allowing the user to strike.

Iori then manifests a torrent of snakes which he releases from his right sleeve as he faces his right hand and arm in the direction of Law, as the snakes shoot forward at Law, Iori manipulates them to wrap around Law and bite into him to hold and bind him.

Description: Senei Jashu is a Ninjutsu technique that manifests a torrent of snakes, which extend from the sleeve. The ninja can extend these snakes to attack a target. Once extended the snake can bite into the target to hold and bind them.
Note:Must be able to summon snakes

With Law trapped and bind, Iori starts to gather his ice release chakra and begins focusing it into the ground just beneath Law, he then releases the ice chakra and forms it into several large spikes of ice which protude from the ground and attempt to skew Law where he stands.

The spikes were shown to have been about the size, taller even, than a small house. *As Iori casts the Genjutsu, Law notices that he is starting to fade away and several bean pods growing around him. Knowing Iori from Kumo and knowing that he doesn't know Wood Style or Space-Time Ninjutsu to teleport, he establishes that he must be in a Genjutsu. Around the time that Iori is creating the snakes, Law uses his chakra to create several spikes of Earth from the ground. He has three spikes form from beneath where Law last saw Iori. Since Iori didn't bother moving at all, the spikes would be coming at him from high speeds. Due to creating the snakes at the same time as the spikes come at him, he would have a hard time countering as he lacks Yin-Yang release, meaning, since the snakes are already in creation, he won't be able to perform another jutsu to defend from the spikes and must rely on physical ability. At the same time as the spikes come at him, Law has another, much smaller spike come at and jab him in the thigh, causing enough pain for the Genjutsu to break, but not enough damage to hinder his ability to walk. As Iori deals with the spikes, Law moves his thigh so the spike isn't piercing it anymore and releases several needles of lightning that pierce into his body, numbing it.*

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it’s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.

As Iori starts to shoot out the torrent of snakes from his right sleeve, he notices the ground beneath his feet starting to give off a slight vibration before looking down swiftly and seeing the tips of spikes starting to emerge from the ground, he then sacrifices his torrent of snakes by swinging his right arm downwards to the ground, causing the snakes to be caught by the spikes as the lift him upwards and a short distance into the sky but high enough for him to successfully evade the earth spikes, while drifting in the air Iori gathers his wind release chakra after performing the bird hand seal and creates a stream of high velocity wind combined with scouring dust which he then releases through over lapping hands to counter the lightning senbon as well as continue towards Law at a weakened state.

Description: After performing the Bird hand seal the user creates a stream of high velocity wind combined with scouring dust. The completed technique is directed through overlapping hands.

Iori then follows up by performing a single hand seal before compressing a large amount of fire chakra inside of his body, he then creates 5 dragon-head shaped projectiles of fire which he manipulates all differently, he manipulates 3 of them into attacking Law, 1 from the left, 1 from the right and one directly from before and slightly above him, and he has the other go directly upwards into the sky.

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.
