But do to his length and strength his speed is not that good. His tail is the source of his strength and can knock a grown man out cold when it is swung. He has an affinity to the lightning element and can preform Lightning C-rank and below if the user creates the hand seals needed.
Once every two turns Raikou can Fire a lightning bolt from his tail that is equivilant to a B-rank Lightning attack.

Plah thats an ugly otter.As the pillars rise I launch alot of bugs and make them spin around me and whhen your lighning hits them I reenforce the gap with more then my otter jumps and destroys C2,C3 with it's tail.Then I say Earth style and you sink into the ground and then I throw a seal onto your faces because I still don't know who the real one is(that was an instant genjutsu.)I then perform a few handseal and launch a fireball that erupts into a huge amount of fire wich destroys the area around me.

As I fall to the ground I see the bolt coming towards me and I shoot a rely strong fireball wich cancels your bolt.
While I was perfroming the last technique I was diging beneath me and I go quickly undergroun ad seal up the spot were I entered and go 50m deep into the ground.Even with your rain you can't sence something in tha ground and then I come under you and start climbing as the ground is turning into sand you wouldn't be able to feel me underground then barely two fingers come out of the ground so you probably wouldn't see them and I touch your clothing barely so you wouldn't sence that as I'm beneath you ant you are shelding me from the rain and as I touched you like that poisonuos bugs go into your sistem kiling you in a few seconds.
