Let me Start with some tips.
As of Right now,Your Roleplaying is bad.
Like,Really bad.
You put no Effort into it.
When you perform That jutsu you just did.
Don't do: "And I use this jutsu".
You should use:"As I Mold my Chakra Into wind,As i Focus it into my Lungs.
I Then Release it,As the Wind Blows away the Incoming Shuriken."
Also,The Way you just Performed that jutsu is Unclear.
Since its a Defensive/offensive Jutsu.
It can be Used in almost all ways.
Be More Descriptive.
Or you might Get killed.
In any Way,Il Let it go this time.

As The Sun Shines,Mark Decides to Make his next move.
Mark Molds his Chakra.
As he Uses Nature Transformation to Change its Affinity to Lightning.
He Directs the Chakra Towards his hands.
As He Puts his palms on the Ground,A lightning Surge Travels Trough it Towards my Opponent.

A Short Time after release the Jutsu,Mark molds his Chakra again.
As he Changes its Affinity To lightning Once more,He Directs the Chakra Towards his Skin in thin amounts.
His Skin Slowly Starts to Shock,As a Lightning armor appears on his skin.
he immidiatly dashes forwards.
as he focuses his Right Fist,he Punches The Opponent Once,Hard.
Causing the Lightning armor to Dissapear and his Opponent to Get Electrocuted.

as raiden sees the lighting surge approach he gathers charka and moulds the charka into wind charka as raiden focuses it into his lungs he uses wind release gale palm and aims it downwards to push himself into the air to dodge the lighting surge as he is in the air he sees mark approach and then uses wind release wind stream to move 10 m to the right as he dodges mark he grabs a kunai and then uses wind release rotating shruiken as mark is still in the air he cant move to dodge the attack the shrukien may hit him in his chest shredding his body in half
