The Great Naruto Bridge, stretching up to mid range in width and 100m in length, having both participants in the center whilst mid range away from each other. The bridge is 5m high from the water's surface. Although made out of concrete the bridge's structure can still be used for earth release but cautious is advised as it could cause a collapsing chain reaction.

Baraggan observed his opponent from a distance, trying his best to notice any detail which would help him in identifying the powers and abilities of his opponent. If there was one thing Baraggan was sure of however, it was that his adversary was skilled in Kenjutsu, given that he carried an extremely large blade. Unless ofcourse, his opponent carried it simply for aesthetic purposes, which would be quite a disappointment.

"Hmph.."

In an attempt to identify the ability of the opponent, Baraggan repelled the air around him, releasing a shockwave straight at Mangetsu. Depending on how Moofy countered or evaded the technique, Baraggan would then develop a strategy to defeat and slay his opponent.

(Nykyujutsu: Pad Hō) - Paw Paw Arts: Pressure Cannon

The shockwave is extremely fast and can travel directly through the body of the victim and continue into the distance, leaving paw imprints in its wake. Anyone and anything that is in the path of the blast receives Extreme damage. Alternatively, the user can instead of repeling, create a paw bubble upto mid-range from himself and through the use of inverse repel, call it back to his paw at immense speed. The same affects also would occur interms of things standing in its way. However, at the end, it is absorbed back into the users paw.
~ S-rank level can be used 3 times per battle for normal Bartholomews while 4x for Legends
~ When S-rank level is used, the user can not use paw jutsu for the following turn

Mangetsu payed close attention to the target before him. With no warning, he instantly noticed distortions in the air around his target along with dusty debris expanding outwards on the ground around him. This lead Mangetsu to believe that a wind-styled technique had been released. Instinctively he decided to rush and avoid simultaneously and thus entered a hydrified state as he released individual blasts of water from beneath the soles of his feet as he leaned forward. He was then propelled at increased speeds directly towards his target. Within moments of releasing himself forwards, the shockwave hit Mangetsu's body and passed directly through his body, naturally aiding his opponent's technique to pass through him unharmed. With little to no time before physical confrontation with his target, Mangetsu shape manipulated the water from his sword's core and created a spiked shield that extended out in front of him, covering his entire body at an attempt to tackle his target with the spiked shield. The shield extended out 1 meter in front of Mangetsu.

Before his hydrified state ended, Mangetsu completed his technique's combination by stomping his right foot on the surface of the bridge, release a blast of water that would cause a minor quake and create great blunt damage against the surface. This would be used at an attempt not only to throw his target off balance but to also launch himself into the air whilst performing a front flip over his target as he watched the events unfold as he landed 2 meters behind his target facing him.

Description: Through the usage of this technique, the user will momentarily enter a hydrified state or manipulate his already activated state. By taking the concept used in the Hozuki Bullet Technique, the user will release blasts of water from limbs or joints/body parts, augmenting not only striking speed, but also strength. For example, the user can release blasts of water from his elbows, increasing the overall potential of punches. Or even release blasts from the soles of the feet, boosting thrust momentum to that of a traveling arrow or slower. Before or upon physical contact, the user can release another blast from his striking limb, allowing him to deliver great blunt damage.

Description: ZKKK is a blade crafted out of a very rare and indestructible white alloy, however that does not mean it can defend against anything/everything. The sword itself is eight inches wide, consisting of a single sided sharp edge however the dull side of the blade contains two small curved teeth that stick out two inches. The teeth are evenly spaced apart between a hollow opening the blade has near the lower end, the opening is large enough to fit a human head/neck, designed mostly for decapitations with it's inner sharp edges. The sword's blade is five feet in length, having the one foot handle covered in a layer of rubber which is laced by a bandage to disguise it, this would prevent the conduction of electricity. The end of the handle consists of a small rectangle ring big enough to fit two fingers comfortably. A small chain of six inches in length is attached to the rectangular ring, something that could be used to handle the blade in various acrobatic ways by spinning it. At the end of the chain there is a small crest with the symbol of Water, displaying it's origins. The blade's decapitating core/opening can be fueled with chakra and use the sword itself as a water-natured catalyst in order to fill it with a syrup-like substance that could be manipulated to perform special water related abilities;

Syrup/Liquid/Mist Core - The user is able to shape manipulate the source and extend it to create various constructs, up to the user's imagination and within reason, most in the theme of limbs or whips of water that can extend up to mid range and are no thicker than a human's arm. The constructs can be condensed enough to bind targets or even release as projectiles. up to two whips of Syrup/Liquid/Mist-based water that could be used to deal lashing/blunt/piercing damage or bind a target(s) causing them to be trapped within the technique. With the usage of a single hand seal the user can cause the syrup/liquid/mist to expand upon a captured target(s) in order to bind them in place, this ability is B-Rank in strength/cost.

Elastic String - By focusing chakra through the Water crest, the user can materialize a string of elastic water syrup. The string is long enough to reach up to a long distance and can be used to further enhance the manipulation of the blade in combat or bind a target. The string can be further manipulated to create miniature spikes and similar things to increase it's lethality. This ability is classified as B rank in strength/cost.

Inner Mist - By feeding -5 chakra per turn, the sword is able to produce a mist of water vapor in a short range radius around the user, the vapor would escape from the core of the blade. Just like the Hidden Mist technique, this mist can vary in terms of thickness, being able to manipulate it at will with the influx of chakra released, although it will always remain at -5 no matter how thick or thin the mist is. The mist produced by the blade can be treated the same as the Hidden in the Mist technique and be used as a source for possible attacks. Not only can the sword produce a mist but it can also turn itself mist. This ability is in order to avoid certain tangible situations or to retrieve the sword from a distance, using mental commands and chakra manipulation to control the sword in it's mist form. The sword can either turn fully or partially into a mist.

Mist Manipulation - The mist lingering around the user or the sword itself can be manipulated to form anything within reason that can be imagined by the user, excluding projectile based objects. The manipulated forms can extend up to mid range and are B rank in strength/cost. If fully compressed/manipulated the mist rivals that of a large size bear.

With Mangetsu already being a 'hydrified' state, the paralyzing effect would make it further difficult for the Houzuki to sustain his form and properly control his body. Once Baraggan had performed his technique, he weaved a single handseal, placing the Houzuki under an illusion. In the illusion, Baraggan would expel smoke from his mouth which would then materialize into a shadow figure before disappearing entirely from view.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

Description: The technique is a simple and straightforward illusionary technique that affects the opponents senses. The technique works with the user weaving a single handseal and expelling smoke from his mouth which instantly materializes into a 'shadow figure', with the shadows face being that of whoever the user chooses. The shadow-figure is completely capable of manifesting weaponry from its body and the user can choose to have the original one divide into two or more shadow-figures. Alternatively however, the user can choose to 'give birth' to the shadow figure; more or less for aesthetic purposes. It depends entirely upon the user how he chooses to expel the shadow figure, with the size of the shadow being slightly larger than that of the user. Once this has been done, the shadow figure disperses and disappears from the field. This begins the second stage of the Genjutsu which continues for a specific period. It allows the user to materialize the shadow figure at any place on the field for any purpose at all, such as to stab the opponent or to bind the target in place before the shadow disappears once more. Any damage dealt by the shadow figure is felt and experienced by the target, for example the loss of limbs would incapitate the target, rendering them incapable from using that particular limb. However, in reality, no damage is actually dealt upon the target and it is completely mental stress that forces the body to assume that it has been injured.
Note: Activation costs a move slot, and to maintain the technique, it costs a move each turn. The manipulation of the shadows can easily be made part of the same timeframe as another technique. When the form appears it takes a couple of seconds to take it's form before it can strike.
Note: The effects of the illusion disparate when/if the illusion is broken.

Luffy's attention was drawn upon seeing his opponent waving his hand across him whilst lightning crackled around it. Instinctively he smiled as he entered a special hydrified state in an adhesive mist form, completely covering a two meter radius around his target. The misty state would allow Luffy to come out unscathed as the focused lightning traveled through the loose water particles around (The mist) not creating a great medium for conduction (As opposed to actual liquid). Luffy simply maintained that state as he fed his chakra and attempted to contain his opponent in place with the adhesion.

Description: This technique follows the very same concept as it's parent technique, "Water Release: Hydrification Technique" as a basis. The user can either infuse his already active Hydrification State, or simply activate and use this technique instead. The user will change the compounds of the liquid that make up his body, ranging from one to two at maximum simultaneously. Unlike it's parent technique, these conversions need to be sustained with chakra for prolonged usage. Specific body parts can be converted or even combined with two states within reason. (ie: Adhesive Mist.) Techniques released from the user's body acting as the source, will contain the same properties so long as the conditions logically allow it. In Crystalline form, the water is compressed to such a level that it appears to be almost crystallized in nature, increasing both defensive and offensive penetrating/cutting potential. Another variation will spread out molecules in the water, turning into a mist state. It can also be turned into a viscous and adhesive state, used to bind targets by sticking them or even an elastic-like functionality for more versatile usage in battle. Lastly, the absorption ability that takes advantage of both water's special traits as well as a Hozuki's natural talent for manipulating water. The user will absorb a source of water either naturally, or chakra-based in order to grow in size, equivalent to the technique/source absorbed (Up to the same rank). The user can choose to contain the water inside in order to maintain his enlarged form, or utilize it as a source for his next water-release technique. The user is free to create constructs out of his converted body, within reason. (ie: Turning his arm into a spear, extending a spike from his back, etc.)

Immediately afterwards, Luffy releases compressed bullets of water that carry the special properties of his current state (adhesive) in the form of powerful shotgun blast. This is done directly above his opponent at point blank (Inches away) raining down at an attempt to pierce into and through his target. The adhesion now present on the bullet's properties would possibly cause greater damage as the bullets exit outwards, sticking to the flesh/tissue inside the opponent, if successful.


( Suiton: Sandan no Jutsu ) - Water Style: Scattering Bullet jutsu

Baraggan waved his arm, and released the barrage of lightning senbons, only to watch his opponent disperse into mist. This was not what Baraggan had expected, or possibly thought of. He could do nothing but silently watch, as the mist spread through the terrain, enveloping him in the process. Baraggan was left completely dumbstruck as he had no idea how exactly he could fight an opponent he could not touch, or one he could not even see... An opponent that was everywhere and yet no where... but Baraggan could not afford to lose. He would not be defeated by a lowly shinobi, one that chose to fight, one that was too afraid to fight directly.

"You vermin!" He shouted

Simultaneously, Baraggan released a powerful field of electrical energy from his body, encompassing a region with a 10m radius. It would engulf Mangetsu's Mist, constantly shocking him for having dared to challenge Baraggan.

"Your words will disappear
Your clan will disappear
Your name will disappear
All memory of you will disappear"

(Raiton: Hiraishin no Jintai) - Lightning Release: Human Lightning Rod

This jutsu also does a great job of disrupting electrical jutsu aimed at the user.

I was reckless and charged without setting somethings up before hand, haha and I paid for it! There is no valid counter at my disposal that wouldn't be questionable so I accept defeat. Or I should say, I accept the fact that the lightning would shock me, thus leaving it up to you to finish me off the next turn if you'd like. Thank you for the fight^^
