Quite funny, that I'm using my own custom for the first time, while others have used it before lol.
These grasslands were a familiar terrain. It was Kusagakure, on the outskirts of Konoha, and a place which served as one of the hideouts of the treacherous Orochimaru. Ulquoirra Cifer. This man's look reminded him heavily of Orochimaru. It was quite obvious why this shinobi was on this land. He had the Amegakure forehead protector. He was here for eliminating him, for betraying that dreaded village, where it poured on all day.
The weather being dry is quite a change isn't it, Cifer? After all the rain you've got used to, in your dear village, he said, as he took a battle stance. Gathering Lightning in his hands, he weaved 2 handseals, and slammed them on the ground, channeling Lightning through the ground below him, as a pillar of Lightning emerged from underneath where Cifer stood that it immediately shocked him upon contact. As his body was paralyzed due to the heavy amount of sudden Lightning entering his body, Yamato manipulated the form of the pillar to give it the form and shape of a torture chair. After clapping his hands together, a belt emerged from the chair within the blink of an eye and held him, electrocuting his body, producing holes in his cell membranes and damaging his nerves and muscles.
As he fell towards the ground, the lightning all around, Yamato gathered Water in his gullet and spat it out as a rotating sphere of powerful Water that would come in contact with the surrounding Lightning and electrocute him once more, thereby killing him.
Pfft. Amegakure ninjas are pathetic.
(Raiton: Jigoku No Hakobi-Te) - Lightning Release: Bringer Of Hell

Description: The user gathers lightning in both hands and performs the Ram → Boar handseals. He then slams his hands on the ground, and a lightning pillar emerges from the ground. He shape manipulates the pillar to form a torture chair made up of lightning. Now, the torture chair looks like a normal torture chair, and the spikes in the chair are made up of lightning, basically the chair is completely made up of lightning. He then outstretches his both hands and claps them, due to which a belt of lightning extends from the chair up to short range and binds the opponent to drag him onto the chair and instantly electrocutes him, inflicting very heavy damage to his body, damaging the nerves and muscles producing holes in his cell membranes.
Notes:
- Can be only used thrice per battle
- The user cannot use any Raiton move after this in the same turn
- The user needs to maintain focus over the technique for its entirety.
- Can be only taught by Nāruto
(Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Release: Gunshot
