Out of the dense forest Saito walked into a clearing before a cliff with a view of his castle and the rest of the land of iron in the distance. Something he cherished and swearing into being shogun, it was something he swore to protect with his life and his swords.

He stood still between two frozen trees, appearing relaxed with his glaring eyes fixed on Saito. Then quietly, he slowly reached for his katana from its sword sheath (on his back), retracting from its holder. He firmly gripped the blade, wielding it with two hands. Without warning, he charged forward onwards to Saito's front. His feet were muffled of any noise as he fluidly moves with incredible speed, swerving in a zig-zag formation. As he closed in within short-range, he would leap into the air, delivering an overhead strike. His blade would be swung down - in a vertical motion - cutting into Saito's head, fatally wounding him.

As the opponent was coming down from the air, Saito noticed their was a shadow below that seemed to be increasing in size which meant something was falling upon him. With great speed and accuracy Saito has his right thumb on the guard of the right katana. with his left hand he grips his right katana. during the gripping of his right Katana he causes chakra to flow thru the blade while his right thumb pushes against the guard unlocking it the katana from the scabbard. With precision timing, Saito quickdraws and slashes rising to the sky, allowing him to block his opponent's falling slash and pushing the opponent back due to the power of the swing and the powerful chakra coating the blade. He quickly resheath his blade keeping his grip on the katana as he speaks to his opponent.
Good thing I thought you were a falling rock off of one of the nearby mountains. Otherwise i would have struck you with my full power and you wouldn't be hearing my words right now. Now that you are here, the day can get much more interesting!
His bushido, his way of the samurai was push to the forfront of his mind. This was to make sure he would be able to protect his land from any ninja that dared to invade his empire. With his chakra not infused in his armor he was now ready to face anything that the ninja had to throw at him.

By releasing their spirit into their armor (400 chakra), Samurai infuse their armor with special properties, dropping all energy based damage by 25% and all physical damage by 50%. This works by creating an invisible overshield of chakra around the Samurai’s body - specifically fortifying their armor-to help protect them. Due to the spiritual nature of this technique, harmonizing the Samurai’s life energies with their armor, and bringing the user’s Bushido to the forefront of their mind, it also boost the prowess of the Samurai in battle.
*This technique only last for so long, regarding this formula: [400 – x], where “x” is the chakra cost of the jutsu that hits the user. The resulting value will continue to have (x) subtracted from it every time the user is hit. When the value being deducted is greater than or equal to the amount of remaining chakra, the jutsu will end.

Quickly parried with a quick draw of his sword had Dodai in awe because Saito's swordsmanship as a samurai was remarkable, despite, his calm, expressionless face being unmoved to hide this deep admiration inside. However, as much as he praised Saito's swordsmanship, he could not be outstage. Unfortunately, as a ninja, underhand tactics are what they are known for, unlike Samurai who play fair. He quickly unrolled the scrolls underneath Saito's feet before he could react and summoned different weapons that would propel him into the air. Afterwards, he would grab from his pouch a steel chain to wrap around Saito's legs and send him crashing back to the ground, causing ache all over his body. To end Saito, he would take out another scroll and spin it around in the air to summon a huge metal ball that smashes Saito's entire body into the ground, killing him.

Before Dodai could execute his move, he was interrupted by Saito who was about to deliver a smooth, quick draw of a sudden sword attack. He was shocked; Saito's speed was surprising. He knew avoiding it was impossible, so he took the attack head-on - albeit sidestepping the blow to cause minimal damage; moreover, he pressed forward (in a short burst of speed) seeing as there was an opening to attack Saito from the rear. He reached out his closest arm to Saito - holding the scroll in his hand - and as Saito's passed, he partially unrolled the scroll while waving it to summon several different weapons to slash Saito, which created a small, long horizontal cut on his upper back. He knew the wound was not deep, but he was satisfied to return the pain that Saito's inflicted on him.
He kneels on the ground, taking heavy breaths while cauterizing his wound with Fire Release.
"Either I'm undervaluing your swordsmanship as a Samurai or you're pressuring me to see the full extent of my powers. I presume it is neither."
He taunted while steady rising to stand on his two feet to face Saito with a grim look.
"My eyes are 'slightly opened' if you haven't noticed already, whereas there were instances where you could have been killed on the spot," he sighed.
"I'm disappointed in you Samurai. You are supposed to school me, but it is I who is putting you to shame. And to think I was going to 'fully open' my eyes. You might as well sever your own neck, or do you wish to show me what you truly made of?!"
He rummages through his pouch (sitting on his waist) and took out a single kunai, wielding it in his right hand.

he thought to himself that he should never go easy on an opponent. From blocking the opponent of his attack he waited for his opponent to make the next move but in the meantime he made sure to make a statement that the ninja would never forget.
While the ninja have deception and trickery as their allies, samurai has strength and honor as theirs. There is no way that you would win.
Saito then wait for the opponent to make his offensive move towards Saito.
