In the center of Iwagakure, on a random somewhat crowded street, Byakuran walks, looking for a place to eat lunch. Out of the corner of his eye, he sees his comrade Inchato approaching, smiling and waving in a friendly manner. As Byakuran turns his head to greet Inchato properly, he notices a needle of ice heading towards him at great speed.

Description: The user touches his index finger to his thumb and focuses their ice chakra between them, and creates a needle made of ice. The user then focuses a great surge of ice chakra into the needle, and manipulates the shape of the needle to rapidly elongate in a straight direction at a high speed. The tip of the needle is extremely pointy and sharp, thus allowing it to pierce skin/objects quite easily. Because it is a needle and is very thin, if the needle were to be pointed at someone since it was created, it would be very difficult to see;however, if it is slightly dark outside, this needle will be impossible to see. However, if a target possesses a doujutsu, they will be able to see the needle quite easily whether it be night or day. Because the needle is very thin and made out of ice, it is very brittle. As a result of this, it is weaker when attacked from the side, and thus, when an object of B-Rank or above that has shattering capabilities (IE taijutsu, earth jutsu, anything that can shatter ice, really) hits it from the side, although this does not hold true if the object hits the needle head on.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.

A perplexed Byakuran hastily responded by forming the ram hand seal. Once the needle reached short-range, Byakuran slammed his hands on the ground, summoning forth a surge of lightning that shoots upwards and very easily shatters the needle because of its brittle nature.

The masses scurried from left to right, scrambling to escape. Amidst the chaos, a hero stood, cloaked with the Nekura cape. He kept a sharp eye out for any attacks. Was this, perhaps, an act of defiance? Was a coup d'etat planned by one of Iwagakure's figures? Questions rushed through the flustered Byakuran. Whatever the motives, he felt an obligation to defend the village for the sake of everyone.

(Raiton: Joushou tsuchi) - Lightning Release: Ascending Earth

Description: A stronger version of Lightning release: roaring earth. The user forms the ram handseal and concentrates their lightning chakra all throughout their body. Once the target is within close range, the user slams one hand on the ground, releasing a significant amount electricity along the ground and is shot upward below the targets feet in the form of a much larger vertical column of electricity. The lightning upon impact, lifts the target into the air before dropping them down. Furthermore, instead of slamming one hand on the ground, the user can choose to focus the technique into a weapon and throw them into the ground near the target and release it from there. The weapon is not usable for close-combat and is best suited once the target is distracted or restrained. The column has a 3 meter radius and when formed into a weapon it is shaped like how Sasuke forms chidori into a spear or a blade.

Restriction:
-Physical contact with the ground must be made
-The user cannot use both methods on the same turn
-Can be used up to 3 times
-Can only be taught by fang

Byakuran knew Inchato as a leader, an inspiration, and above all, a skilled shinobi. However, his malice intent towards Byakuran tarnished that image. He now viewed Inchato as a scum, not for his attempt to killing Byakuran, but for doing so in public, thus exposing the innocent to the dangers of battle. As a way of displaying his own resolve, Byakuran performed a single hand seal and materialized a solid whip of water. With one fluid motion, he wrapped the whip around Inchato, immobilizing him, but only that; he did not want to harm Inchato... yet.

He confronted the disloyal, backstabbing, Iwagakurian. "Of all the people... It's hard to imagine that you'd be the one causing mayhem within the village. What is it that made you do this? Or, is this just your own feud... against me?"

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

As Byakuran materializes a whip which attempts to bind Inchato. As it moves towards him, Inchato lazily flicks his wrist and right arm upward, releasing a wave of wind which intercepts and destroys the whip of water before it is able to reach him.

Description: The user unleashes a wave of wind that slashes at the opponent by swinging their hand or hands.

As the jutsu clash, passersby continue to back away, a panic rising in the streets as people begin to realize the cause of the commotion. Meanwhile, the Yuki could do little but guffaw at Byakuran's words, completely impassive to the crowd around him. "Me of all people? Who exactly do you think I am, Byakuran?" As Inchato spoke the words, the temperature dropped substantially, a strong chill now in the air as snowflakes begin to drift lazily downward from the sky.
(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique

Description: The user can use this jutsu to make it begin to snow down on the terrain, or, much like the “Earth Style Technique” the user can make small pillars or shields of pre-existing ice or make it materialize. If this is used to make snow, then after 3 to 4 turns most of the terrain will be covered.

"I'm sorry, it's just so funny, you know? I've literally only ever been in this village to gain power. And now, look where we stand. Dawan and Erzo are nowhere to be found. The village is ripe for the taking. All I'm going to have to do is snuff out a few loyal people here and there, and voila! Iwagakure will be in my control." As Inchato utters the last words of his villainous monologue, he stomps on the ground and makes a single hand seal, causing an immense wave of ice to erupt from the ground before him. The wave of ice shards rolls forward quickly with great force towards Byakuran, crushing and impaling all which stand before it. Though the wave is aimed at Byakuran, several innocent bystanders will yet get caught in the crossfire should Byakuran not destroy the entirety of the wave.

Description: The user makes four hand seals and stomps there foot on the ground. As they do so, they make a large 'wave' of icicles appear out of the ground, which are in turn directed at a target. The icicles are positioned so that the tips are pointed directly at the target. The icicles are extremely sharp and dense. The wave measures to be around 3 meters tall and 8 meters wide.

The ring of the frost giant king of the north. Its made of a special metal that can channel Water, Wind and Ice chakra. Wielding the ring gives the user greater power for his Water, Wind and Ice jutsu and gives him the unique ability to materialize a weapon made of either one of these elements in the hand the ring is. For example, the user can materialize a hammer, a sword, a whip, a glove, a bow, etc. User must choose which weapon is materialized, and only one weapon may be used per turn.

+10 damage to Ice
The elemental weapons that can be created are equal to S-Rank elemental jutsu
Restrictions:
Creating the weapons counts as a turn
Weapons maintain themselves until destroyed or released
