Description: Water Bearers(WB) are hilts that can be used for two certain ways. This weapon was created by some Kaguya members to use their bone abilities via the weapons but they were founded and modified to be used with raw chakra and water. Kaguya's can still use them but they became to be used by nearly any with chakra. Hilts sits in a pack on the user's back that has no abilities beside the hilts sitting in them. The hilts when used by a Kaguya can extend the hilt(s) out into a long sword(passive) and when used with the two abilities they coat the sword in chakra or water and whatever shape the user see fits with said ability.
The WB are made of a material so the user can channel their chakra and manipulate water sources or even the moister in the air for varies objects such as weapons and shields on top of them as its main ability. These two hilts are the perfect weapon for a weapon user and water user. The user channels their chakra and absorbs some water or moister in the air. The highest the rank of the object that is made of water is A rank or lower.
WB secondary ability is to use the user's chakra to produce the same weapons and shields as if they were to use it with a water source described before. The highest rank of the object is A rank or lower.
-Only one ability is able to be used a turn
-Water ability is only used when the air has enough moister to make the weapon of chose of the user or a some type of water source is in the area of short range of the user to use to use to make the weapon of chose of the user and must have the user chakra in it or no chakra at all.
-The weapons made from water/chakra still go by the elemental advantages and disadvantages
-The weapons also feel like the real weapon when used
-Cost a jutsu slot every time to defend or attack
-Making weapons doesn't cost a move slot but still does use chakra for whatever rank the weapon is created for
-Ranges of a weapon can only be short range of the wielder.
-Water users that can use water without source can make the weapons without a source also
-Techniques cost chakra equivalent to the rank that they are
And so he arrives. The next to fall to Laxus. If only he knew what was about to happen to him he'd leave immediately. Laxus didn't budge or show emotion with the man. He simply stared at him with a blank expression on his face. Instead Laxus would go for the first strike immediately. Without warning mud from below the man would erupt in a short range radius around the enemy from all sides around. The mud would reach heights of up to 8meters so evading by air would be near impossible. If successful the mud would easily squeeze and bind the man in place for the next attack to deal with fatal blow. Laxus would string together the needed hand seals and have 4 pillars rise 5.1m away from you with heights up to . All 4 would surround you to form a square and shoot off several Lightning bolt all around the inside of the inner square to hit you.

Description: The user will release their chakra into the ground, then by manipulating their chakra, they cause an abundance of adhesive sticky mud to burst up from the ground around and beneath the opponent(s). The mass of mud quickly forming into a tombstone-like shape while clinging to the target, then quickly hardens and encases the whole of the opponent in solid rock. The rock quickly continues to constrict around the opponent, growing tighter and tighter until it eventually crushes them with immense force. Multiple tombstones can be created to encase and destroy multiple enemies, or a single large tombstone can be created to destroy a group of enemies, or one large enemy. The Tombstone created can be no larger than Gamakichi and if multiple Tombstones are created, their total size combined cannot exceed that of Gamakichi.

Raiton: Shichu Shibari) - Lightning Release: Four-Pillar Bind

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals, he releases his lightning chakra into the ground, using it to forcefully shape the earth into 4 big pillars (proportionate to the target area) around the target. Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.
Hisoka stands in front of Laxus and can feel how strong he is so he gets a weird facial expression. His head tilts towards the sky a little bit with his tongue out.

He looks back down at Laxus and the ground starts to move and there mud explodes from the ground around him. The mud doesn't even get a chance to even get close to surrounding his body. He creates jet-like appendages on his back which also rips his clothes on his back. His other side is trying to take over and cause chaos at this point. With the jets he burst towards Laxus. This would evade the jutsu before it continues any further and also since he is a moving target doubt Laxus would do his lightning/earth jutsu since he is a moving target now.

Description: The user creates many jet-like appendages on his back to create a powerful blast which he can use to dash forward at great speed. If used mid air, the user can sustain some control over his "flight". The technique however is only good for a burst of speed and cannot be sustained for flight for example.
With getting closer to Laxus, Hisoka position himself with his right elbow pointing forward with his left hand as a support. He aims to hit the middle area of where the chest and chin area meets(neck duh).
