Minato looks at his opponent from across the field, taking a measure of the man that stood before him, he was a large man clad in what appeared to be fighting gear, Minato judged from this that he would be a close range fighter.
Deciding that this of course could hold ramifications in terms of the opponents speed Minato chooses to cover the field in his unique FTG kunai.
Drawing and throwing a single one from his pouch at the opponent he makes a string of handseals causing the single kunai to multiply in to one thousand all flying at the opponent, playing it cool he waits to see the reaction.

As the multiplied kunias began to reach Chun, he crouches down and strikes the earth, overturning the earth in the process, the earth in front of Chun rises, blocking the kunias that were to hit him, the earth that Minato stood on would also rise, causing Minato to loose balance and fall forwards towards the ground.
The earth continued to move towards each other, it connected at the top, forming a dome, as the dome is formed Minato's chakra begins to get drained due to Chun doing so through placing his hand in the dome.
Chun observed his surrounding, he noted that the kunia had a seal of some sorts on them, he raised his brow in suspicion.

Minato watches as his kunai advance on the opponent, as this happens the ground begins to tremble around him, as a large dome of earth forms around his body, thinking quickly he draws a kunai running lightning chakra through the kunai and slashes through the dome in an x shape leaping to freedom and dashing towards his opponent as his kunai are trapped in the earth and the opponents view of him is blocked momentarily.

Chun noted that his chakra wasn't increasing, and deduced that the opponent had somehow stopped the technique. Chun knew that his view was blocked so he swiftly jumps atop the dome, once there he sees the yellow haired man moving towards him, so he expels mud from his mouth, the mud forms into a golem that smashes into the man, it would begin to pound on him after smashing into him.
