-She has grown quite mature from her Part1 self. from thinking that Naruto is nothing but an annoyance, to caring for him deeply as a friend while willing to protect him & his dream to become Hokage at all costs, her Fangirlism for Sasuke in the beginning turned into something deeper as time went on as well. But, she sometimes regress to her part1 personality tbh, mostly when around Sasuke.
-Yeah, her determination and will to master the medical Ninjutsu are remarkable.
- I agree that she developed in the abilities department, as she started from bottom to reach mid-kage level or above.
And no, Sakura isn't useless, she did her part. She doesn't compare to the big boys, but she's definitely not useless (She almost figured Kamui and Zetsu's ability, She healed the whole alliance, She kept Naruto's heart beating, she contributed into saving Sasuke from the desert dimension...etc).

Sakura is type of character that I don't like to talk about, her attitude is definitely an insult to all the women around the world.........
Her failing as a main character and not having any self respect is exactly what I hate about her....

1/ i vomit her personality 100% plain and simple:
i cannot chose the best reason why between: liar/manipulator/abusive mentally and physically/bully/traitor/passive-aggressive/selfish/unreliable/immature/unfaithful/her attitude in general with other characters (as a woman myself i can say she's a shame for females, also, she's the kind of girl i would punch irl just like Sasuke did and this is what i feel about her since day 1 because Naruto is my fav and that jerk shemale treated him like shit and she did the same with everybody like Ino, Sai, Rock Lee) etc
2/ only 1 quality: she's persistent (in love and training).
3/ no she didn't mature at all, she just lost her second personality inner Sakura which was the most funny thing about her but maybe Kishi created Karin for this main reason Lol

she's a medic aka a tool not a fighter aka a shinobi/ninja, she was used as a tool by others shinobi too (Chiyo, Obito for ex)
Kishimoto made a huge mistake by turning her into a bad copy of Tsunade and it was the biggest asspull possible just to make her more popular because fans didn't liked her from day 1 and to fit the new densetsu no sannin idea.
it didn't worked and Tsunade is still way better than her.
1/ she didn't grew at all, in fact she became more irrelevant since her most important potential from day 1 was wasted and trashed (very good genjutsu user? poof not important anymore!!!)
2/ no impressive feat alone, Sakura is a tool for others or a filler for the plot (the puppet master fight with Chiyo for ex shown how Sakura alone is useless as a fighter)
3/ the seal is part of the bad copy Tsunade asspull, nothing to explain here
4/ she's useless yes, Kishi had to create heavy useless situations for her basically (the Kaguya punch is probably the most pathetic one).
5/ because it's a lie, Tsunade is an half alien monster with Senju and Uzumaki dna, she's not only a medic but a really good shinobi.
if you believe Sakura is better than her master because she managed to generate the seal at a more younger age than her well, that's ridiculous knowing how Tsunade's youth was different (how their personalities have nothing in common too) and not peaceful as hers, this is just one of many reasons!!!
Sakura is a human nobody just like Rock Lee except he's interesting and a good genuine character with some nice background unlike her...

I don't dislike her, but her whining and crying over Sasuke gets to be as annoying as Hinata's constant "Naruto Kun". I think she has likeable qualities. She's smart and a quick learner. She might not have surpassed Tsunade but she did surpass Shizune in some aspects. She did mature when she decided to become Tsunade's student to become stronger.
With Tsunade as her teacher she grew a lot in strength as a shinobi. She was always good with chakra control but got much better a directing it under Tsunade. Her biggest feat was her fight with Sasori with both her and Lady Chiyo having been poisoned she was still able to defeat him. Also she helped to defeat Kaguya and she helped Obito rescue Sasuke from Kaguya's dimension by using her chakra. If she did not have such good chakra control rescuing Sasuke would not have been possible because changing dimensions requires a lot of chakra.
Her Yin seal is not an asspull. She was able to master it because she had such good chakra control. Shizune who was taught by Tsunade also was never able to master it. Her Yin seal might even be stronger than Tsunade's because she doesn't use hers to hide her age. It took 3 years to store the chakra, but she was finally able to master it.
She is far from useless she kept Naruto and Sasuke alive during the Chunin exams and saved their lives after that also.

I liked her back in Part I because she was only 12-13, so it wasn't that disturbing that she is crying and back then she used intelligence instead of Marry Sue powers.
Did part 1 Sakura's frame of mind mature in part 2?
Part 1 Sakura is much better, because unlike her Part 2 counterpart, she used intelligence + she was much more determined then now (please, save Sasuke... no, I'll save him.... please, save him.... no, I must save him.... I'll leave it to you please save him).
Sakura As A Shinobi
WRONG! Shinobi is the term of MALE ninjas, Kunoichi is the term of female ninjas.
What do I think about her as a ninja/kunoichi? Just the same as about every other female characters who are not above 30+: lame as hell! Any kunoichi from Basilisk would easily solo her + the rest of the Naruto kunoichis, even Oboro whose only skill is to nullify the opponent's passive and active skills.
Can you acknowledge that Sakura grew tremendously not only in strength but as an overall Shinobi?
After all of those stupidity that she has committed not only againts her opponents, but also againts her teammates and others (Kiba, Lee, Sai)? No.
Does Sakura have an umdeniable impressive feats?
None. Well, if I want to be kind to her, she was usefull to Chiyo in the Chiyo VS Sasori fight... as a NUNS style "support summon" character (before anything, the facts: Chiyo defeated Sasori + killed him too, while Sakura was smashing some puppets in the background).
How is Sakura's Yin Seal an asspull?
Because we never saw her training in real time like Naruto and Sasuke (Rasenshuriken and Sage Mode training, Orochimaru's lair ect) and there was no foreshadowing nor hints that she may ever will have it. Also, it's quiet funny that the Yin Seal awakened just in the right time and not sooner or latter. It should have awakened at the Pain arc already to save us from her "somebody save me the princess" crying. And the same goes to her slug summoning, why didn't she used it sooner if she already had it?
People call Sakura useless, is Sakura useless in your opinion?

-Chapter 3 was her first appearance and her personality was horrid. She's loud, completely shallow, selfish of everyone else, but what she wants, becoming of stupid reasons for wanting to be a ninja, insensitive of Naruto's character, and all around annoying. Probably the most annoying anime character I have ever witnessed with the exception of Chopper from One Piece. Shippuden didn't change. The only thing that changed about Sakura in Shippuden was that she got stronger and she became closer to Naruto, but this is obvious because of Sasuke's absence, which again , makes Sakura's care for Naruto very forced and cheesy.
She likes to hit Naruto on occasion, Sai or any other guy that says something stupid that she doesn't like, which makes her look very lame and childish. I never understood the appeal to Tsunderes. It's just a way to make boys look like b!tches in front of a female and make the girl look scary, which doesn't even work.
Her constant depression, crying, moaning, pleading, and begging when it came to Sasuke was the worst of it all, and this is what makes up 99.9% of her character which in all, makes her into a pile of shit and a nuisance, when she tries to make promises to herself and say that she wants to catch up to Naruto and Sasuke, but can only cry at Sasuke's darkness makes her look like a joke and just like to talk without actually trying to get stronger.

At the end of the manga she accomplished her dream. She got Sasuke.

Besides healing, which even Tsuande has showed her up in countless times, she doesn't have anything impressive, especially being a main heroine, her feats are shit. She has more embarrasing moments than good, which isn't saying much because her moments are never good.
Her punch against Kaguya? Yeah, don't make me laugh. She was irrelevant during that time. It's not Kaguya's fault that she had her hands full with the main stars and didn't notice her measly presence.
Her battle with Sasori. Again, another laugh. I account Chiyo as the MVP for that match and without her aid at all in that fight, Sakura wouldn't even have made it to the second arc of Shippuden. Please.
I did enjoy her getting kick blitzed by Omoi though. That was amusing and a sight to see.
