Scenario: Sun and Moon, a notorious fugitive carrying a 20,000 Kumi bounty, has drawn multiple shinobi to the outskirts of Himeji, where terrorist rumors place their whereabouts beyond the town famed for its White Castle. Following the same lead, a stranger crosses their path, setting the stage for an unexpected encounter amidst the hunt....
It's cool, I'll go first, nothing fancy, just a clean spar.
Shunsui, with a droopy face, commented on the weather while Ukitake gently walked, taking in the breeze, on their indirect path, in no hurry. It wasn't until Ukitake saw a woman in the distance drawing closer. Ukitake was going to signal to Shunsui, who was in his own world, but decided to act first and fast. Raiton: Chidori Raimei! Ukitake stretched out his dominant hand and unleashed a blast of lightning from his palm that spread outwards at 120º target anyone in range.

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.
Jōnin class fugitive distinguished by a flowered pink kimono, straw hat, and eyepatch. Known for his unusual ability to manifest a second body from his own.
Extremely dangerous. Believed to possess legendary weapons of mass destruction.

Yeah that seems like them. Mid Range away from her was the fugitive with a hefty bounty on their. Hiya criminal!, Laon yelled out. "So uhh," before Laon could even finish her sentence, a large blast of lightning was sent her way. Quickly, her molded chakra within her chest before expelling an equally large blast of Katon that would overpower the lightning technique while a greatly weakened.
(Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku) - Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation

Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.
The Lightning and Fire Release jutsu clashed, as they normally would, before erupting into an explosion. However, the enormous flames whooshed forward, bulldozing through the thunder tendrils and continuing onward. Shunsui and Ukitake were taken aback by the Fire Release jutsu's vast range. Not only that, but Shunsui noticed that it was more powerful than most high-level Fire Release techniques.
Water Style: Water Shock Wave! Shunsui quickly counteracted the fire with water, naturally, hastily shifting his hands together into clasp palms, creating a water vortex that spiral out of nowhere around them, suppressing the intense flames, which continued onward towards the woman as a crushing wave of water.
"Criminal!?" Shunsui snapped into action, stung by her words.
"Nevermind the meat head woman," Ukitake said calmly followed up with adding Lighting Release to the crushing waves, working in congruent with Shunsui's Water Release Jutsu, as the surge of electricity will electrocute her, touching or coming into contact with the devasting waves.
(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-rank.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.
The electrically charged water blew through Laon's katon. She simply raised her arm forward creating a sphere for energy capable of sucking in and absorbing the jutsu.
( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 5 for Custom Cyborgs.
Note: Cyborg can have up to 2 Absorption Arms.
You know... two versus one isn't really that fair. How about we even it up a bit. Laon weaved the Shadow Clone handseal, creating two identical shadow clones, one on each side of herself. The one on the left will be known as Shadow Clone A while the other is known as Shadow Clone B. Ooopsies, looks like I created one too many. You'll understand right?
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
Then she'd weave a single handseal, inserting her chakra into the minds of the two fugitives, and thus afflicting them with a genjutsu. "Now nighty night." The Two fugitives would behind to see feathers fall from the sky. They'd soon fall asleep if they did not break the genjutsu. At the same time the two shadow clones would dash outward before curving inward and closing in the fugitives and throw several shuriken at them(freeform damage which is 5)
( Nehan Shōja no Jutsu ) - Temple of Nirvana Technique

Description: The user makes one handseal, placing all the targets in the area under an illusion where feathers appear to fall from the sky. This slowly puts the opponents to sleep after one turn.
Shunsui raised an eyebrow, intrigued, while Ukitake's expression shifted to surprise as the woman extended her mechanical arm. "A Scientific Ninja Tool," he noted quietly. Suddenly, a massive wave of water twisted inward, creating a whirlpool. VWWWWMMM!!! Hundreds of gallons funneled into a column, vanishing into her palms like a bottomless sink, leaving them both stunned.
"You’re a determined woman," Shunsui said with a nervous smile.
"We can't take it easy..." Ukitake said sternly as he shifted his hands into the Tiger hand sign, preparing himself for the wave of Shadow Clones that emerged from a cloud of smoke. They positioned themselves on either side of the original woman, like sentinels guarding a castle. Having multiple clones won't change the outcome...
“Genjutsu: Infinite Darkness Jutsu!” Ukitake declared coldly, casting an illusion that enveloped the woman and her shadow clones' minds. A profound darkness covered the battlefield instantly, causing their attempts to encircle him to fail as their vision vanished. Ukitake stood motionless, as if he had expected this outcome.
As darkness enveloped the battlefield, Shunsui vanished in a flash of lightning and closed the distance instantly.
"Thunder Lightning Flash Strike."
Reappearing before Laon, he unleashed a series of electrified strikes at point-blank range.
Ukitake completed the final seal, enveloping Laon and her clones in darkness with the Bringer of Darkness. Taking advantage of the confusion, he dashed to her rear and formed twin Rasengan.
( Kokuangyo no Jutsu ) - Bringer-of-Darkness Technique

Description: The user makes one handseal, causing the opponent to believe they have been trapped in a world of infinite darkness, where their sense of sight is useless. It is capable of affecting multiple targets within range. However, it does not negate their other senses.

Description: A technique inspired by a form of southern style Chinese martial arts. The user charges their body with chakra and discharges it through their feet to give them a speed boost towards the enemy. Then the user charges their fists with lightning chakra, hitting the enemy eight times around the shoulders, chest, and stomach while discharging the electrical chakra to numb the points of contact. This causes temporary paralysis and makes the enemy's movements slow from the electrical currents retracting the muscles. This effect lasts for one turn.
( Rasenrengan ) - Spiraling Serial Sphere

Description: The user creates two Rasengan, one in each of their hands. The user can then either attack two targets at once, or attack the same target with both Rasengan. These Rasengan, much like the parent technique, can range in size and potency and due to using multiple Rasengan at one time, this technique is comparatively stronger than the aforementioned technique, gaining an additional 20 base damage for each additional Rasengan, raising the base damage and size. Increasing the size, and likewise potency, of the Rasengan requires one to spend proportionately more chakra. While the normal Rasengan can only affect an area of 2 meters, every additional rank this technique gains grants an additional 3 meters. Both of these methods are difficult to actually accomplish, making non Standard Rasengan usage truly rare.
Note: Only Naruto, Boruto, Minato, Jiraiya, Koji, Konohamaru or those with Rasengan Specialty can create a Rasengan with more than 100 damage. Only Naruto bios can use Chakra Arms for Rasengan usage, creating up to 4 at a time.
Note: Use of 100 damage or higher can only be done once per turn and a total of 4 times, requiring a break of one turn in between usage.
After Laon created her Shadow Clones, her foe weaved a seal. Soon after, her and her shadow clones would perceive a world of darkness. Laon spoke to her clones, "Don't fret. Its an illusion. I heard them say it was the Genjutsu known as the Infinite Darkness Jutsu." In her mind Laon spoke to her sealed bijuu prisoner. "Hey, I could use a burst of chakra right about now to help with the genjutsu." "Never you human scum!", the bijuu yelled back in response. "Why did I even bother? Well I guess I'll have to do this on my own." Laon and her clones began to passively draw in natural energy from the world and mix it with their own chakra to create senjutsu chakra. Instantly, they all entered Sage Mode which broke them free of the genjutsu granting them their vision again.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. Upon entering, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 15 damage per turn), for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +40. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to monkey anatomy, gaining fur skin and a functional tail.
Note: Usable once per battle instantly by Perfect Sages only, starting with 400 chakra. Additional usages require meditation to enter, gathering 75 chakra per turn meditated for a max reserve of 600.
The two fugitives had attempted to capitalize on Laon’s momentary confusion, launching a coordinated assault against her. Unfortunately for them, their opportunity had already passed. “Let’s dance!” Laon exclaimed. Shadow Clone A immediately dashed toward the electrically charged fugitive, meeting his advance head on. As Shunsui attempted to strike, the clone skillfully sidestepped his incoming punch before raising its knee beneath the attacking arm and simultaneously driving its elbow downward with tremendous force, trapping the limb between the two and shattering it at the elbow joint.
At the same time, Shadow Clone B rushed toward the second fugitive, who was approaching with two dense spheres of swirling chakra in his hands. As Ukitake attempted to drive the Rasengans into her, the clone swiftly ducked beneath the incoming attack before twisting its body into a powerful spinning kick aimed at his torso. The force of the kick would launch Ukitake into the air, where the clone would immediately pursue him, appearing behind the airborne fugitive and unleashing a rapid succession of spinning kicks. The final strike would send him crashing violently into the ground below, potentially ending his life.
(Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method

Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone.
( Taba Ryuu Roppou Ashige ) - Coiling Dragon Kick

Description: The user appears below their target in a burst of speed, having assumed a low stance, and then uses their hands to twist their body into a spinning motion in order to deliver a powerful kick meant to send the opponent airborne. Description: By charging their legs with chakra the user enables themselves to jump high into the air, appearing behind an airborne target in a burst of speed. Utilizing the momentum of their jump the user then delivers a number of spinning kicks, sending the target crashing into the ground.
From her original position, Laon watched her clones overwhelm the two fugitives. “That’s one down!” she called out, her voice carrying across the battlefield. “How about you come with me quietly so you can face justice?”
"They're not fighting like people who are being pushed back."
Ukitake kept his gaze fixed on the three figures the bringer of darkness genjutsu had captured, forcing them to perceive a pitch-black world devoid of all senses except smell. There was no hesitation in their movements, no rushed decisions, and no signs of panic. Each response was delivered with practiced certainty, as if they had already accepted the situation and were operating within expected parameters. That composure concerned him more than any display of aggression.
"That stillness, Senjutsu...!? The Honored Sage Mode!!?" Shunsui narrowed his eyes; the weight of her presence had changed drastically, and the air around her and her shadow clones felt denser somehow. "Heh," a faint smile tugged at the corner of his mouth.
This is bad, they both thought, cancelling their jutsu to respond to the danger. However, Loan's Sage Mode proved a greater threat than they imagined, and her 2 Shadow Clones had swiftly placed themselves at an advantage with boosted speed.
Raiton: Chidori Nagashi!!
Shunsui converted the lightning already in his body into a stream of electrical currents that poured outward wildly. As soon as the shadow clone got into position to intercept with the cross-block taijutsu, it would be electrified and paralyzed within range.
Doton: Yochi no Douyou!!
On the other side of the field, Ukitake was engaged in combat with a shadow clone that was using taijutsu. The clone took a low stance, preparing to launch an upward kick. In response, Ukitake caused the ground beneath both the clone and the original to shake uncontrollably, leading all combatants to lose their balance. This disruption allowed Ukitake to evade the clone's attack, as it miscalculated its strike due to the sudden instability. Seizing the opportunity created by the shifting ground, Ukitake swiftly moved to regain the upper hand. Forming the sheep handseal, he gathered water chakra within his body and expelled a large volume of water.
"No!!"

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.
