Desmond upon his travels came to a fork in the road and with it a man with red hair sitting on a rock as if waiting for something. Not knowing who he was or if he was connected to his father's clan Desmond activated his byakugan followed by immediately casting a genjutsu upon the man. Who are you? he said as a snake erupted from the ground beneath the man in question binding him in place and beginning to constrict him.

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

The 4th sat on the rock breathing in the fresh air, his eyes closed he fascinated about how his son would react to the view of the ocean from where he was sitting. Opening his eyes to look beside him the sun rays glared towards his direction, the 4th jerked backwards slightly as his mind raced, his emotions array a slight hallucination of his son appeared sitting beside him on the ground in kid form. At this split second he thought to himself as he looked deeply at the hallucination of his kid, ''Was i wrong'' he whispered under his breath, silence stood for a bit till the unknown shinobi arrived forcing him into a tight squeeze around what seemed to be a snake. Turning around to confront the individual as by this time the hallucination had passed from his mind, ''Hyuga... I'm that close to Konoha already?'' He questions before becoming to the realization that there was neither a scroll on the ground, a sign of summoning, nor did he believe the Byakugan was capable of summoning this creature around him. In a swift manner he used the method of Kai to release himself from the illusionary prowess of the snake around his body; squeezing his hands very tightly together to perform the hand seal, although very uncomfortable it might have been.

The Kazekage stood up from this sitting position and walked towards the center of the dirt road, ''fight me... like a man'' he squinted his eyes as he looked deeply into his opponent. Large black rings begin to appear around his eyes, swiftly forming a one knee position the 4th places both his palms upon the ground below him manipulating his Gold Dust ability to form a pool of it around him. With the pool of Gold Dust now upon the surface he utilizes this to transform a large majority into a pillar like structure that would shoot forward at the opponent directly. Using this opening the 4th made for himself he reaches back into his tool pouch placing two upside down kunai between two fingers he throws one towards a darker mountainous structure located to the left of him then the other near the cliff side beside the opponent. Once these kunais connect with the surface of these desired areas they will immediately transform into shadow clones.

''None shall defeat the power of my Gold Dust!'' He yells towards his opponent, a deep voice with attitude.

1) Can't use Kai at S-Jounin rank.
2) You would have to be S-Class to use kai to break B-rank gen.
3) The gen I used immobilizes your body meaning you wouldn't be able to weave the seal for Kai.
Keep that in mind for next time.

Receiving no answer to his question Desmond watched as the man wove a single seal, with his eyes he would see the man's chakra spike and return to normal indicating that he had broken the gen. The man walked to the center of the road and speak Fight me... like a man. hearing this Desmond would smirk reaching into his pockets and dropping several flashbangs. He would then quickly remove his leg weights and charge his opponent whilst utilizing his chakra to erase all sound from his movements.

Upon reaching 4ft from his opponent Desmond would channel wind into his left leg and kick the man's right side rib cage aiming to break them and cause a lung puncture and launching him into the mountainside. Like a man? That's funny coming from a guy with eyeliner. Desmond laughed Maybe I'll treat you after this.

The 4th saw a small gust of dirt from the falling leg weights that would make contact with the ground below his opponent, then suddenly his opponent seemingly teleported to his location, surprised but predicted by the leg weights falling he swiftly activates a intense lightning armor that would wrap around his body seconds before the kick reaches the 4th's rib. The lightning armor was intense enough to protect him from a deadly impact from the kick, however the Kazekage will still absorb the full impact damage of the kick causing him to shoot sideways. Remaining in the crouched stance he turns his body to prevent tripping; manipulating his stance now forcing him to fly backwards instead of sideways, his feet dragging across the dirt floor leaving two long foot trails he swiftly performs a series of hand seals in a swift manner whilst flying across the ground floor.

''That was a nice move, but lets see you counter this '' A quick rebuttal from the Kazekage while he weaved the hand seals.

After the series of hand seals were performed the Kazekage now halted his momentum with his hands placed upon the ground in front of him causing the ground below his opponent to immediately erupt and shift downwards in a backward angle causing his opponent to lose balance and fall backwards due to the sudden change of surface ground. Then immediately after the ground shifts the Kazekage will then perform one hand seal, creating a quick jet of water that would navigate through the ground starting below the 4th then erupting from the walls of the ground crater right in front of the opponent directed at the middle of the chest.

''Speed will not save you from death today, Hyuga '' The Kazekage comments as he stands up from the crouched position.

1) From a RP perspective, your counter would fail as the flashbang would blind you meaning you wouldn't be able to see the dust.
2) Your lightning armor wouldn't actually help you at all in this situation. D-rank futon neutralizes C-rank lightning which means my B-rank wind kick would still basically hit you full force.

Just as his kick would land his opponent would surround himself in what would appear to be lightning armor puzzled by this he continued his attack. Desmond noted that his opponent has extreme control over his body as he manipulated it in a way to prevent him from flying back completely. As he slides his enemy began to weave seals to which Desmond responded by scoffing at him whilst channeling raiton into his mouth and releasing a deadly lightning bolt towards his target's chest.

Immediately after releasing the lightning Desmond would vanish only to reappear behind the man; channeling futon into his right hand he aimed to punch the man in his back damaging his spinal cord. Think fast... he said with a bloodlust tone.

The kazekage weaved hand seals with grace, paying close attention to his opponent he notices a change of attitude from him, ''Hmm '' he mumbled as he paid attention continuing his series of hand seal performance. Suddenly, a burst of lighting in a form of a spear shot outward from the mouth of his opponent obviously directed towards the 4th's chest. A quick thought ran passed as the 4th positioned both hands outward a few inches away from the chest, both fists, one behind the other he swiftly channels lightning chakra towards the first fist positioned in front. As the lightning bolt hit the fist they both cancelled out in a short visible yet nonlethal explosion of lightning chakra between the impact, the explosion was light, but it wasn't concealing of anyone's visual prowess as it was clear, see through of sorts. The kazekage at this point noticed his opponent disappear; predicting his movements he thought his opponent would reappear in front of him again. Right before channeling the earth below him to form a immediate transformation and eruption of 7 earth spikes to shoot outwards in a angle behind of the Kazekage to seemingly pierce his opponent's chest in 3 places, his right arm once, his left shoulder once, and then 2 in front 5 inches away from one another happening before the opponents wind strike. At the same time moving his body outward to medium range although at this point his opponent would be dead if not dodged in time although the Kazekage doubts his opponent has the speed to dodge this attack. The Kazekage thought to himself that just in case his opponent appears behind him he'd reinforce that area more than the front, although he wasn't sure where his opponent would appear he'd just shoot spikes in both directions.

1) I moved immediately after I fired the lightning meaning I would appear behind you mere seconds after the clash.
2) Read the jutsu you posted cause either you posted the wrong one or simply misused it; cause it only creates four spikes coming at me from four different angles.

As his and his opponents jutsu clashed Desmond noticed the pooling of chakra into the ground behind and in front of the man. Upon stopping to attack several spikes emerged from the ground, with no time to physically move Desmond made the best choice possible and released raiton chakra from his body forming a barrier that would slam into the man whilst protecting him from the spikes. He then proceeded to release the barrier into a wave directed at the man which was immediately followed by a gale of wind aimed to blow him off the cliff side into the water below. If successful Desmond would walk to the cliff ledge arms crossed to see if his opponent would resurface.

Amongst the thought of a counter from the opponent he turned around immediately channeling lightning chakra into his left fist, using the momentum of the 180 spin from the turn he strikes with confidence, power, and a strong will to win this fight. The Kazekage yells with gusto as his first strike lands against the heavy electrical wave the opponent shot forward cancelling both of them out simultaneously, the sparks of the lightning flowed from the knuckles of the Kazekage's left fist as it continued its great yet quick momentum forward. Now literally 1 inch away from the opponent's chest he takes this opportunity to force more lightning chakra through the same fist; connecting instantly to the opponent's chest, essentially due to the large impact of the strike it halted the manipulation of the wind chakra the opponent would've channeled and used against the 4th. Immediately after the connection of the second lightning fist he would then manipulate more lightning chakra inside him to create a half shaped dome of sparks in front of him, due to the fact of the length between him and the opponent once the dome appears it instantly connects with the opponent without forcing the Kazekage to shoot it forward. Once the dome is created the opponent swiftly goes into a paralyzed state, leaving the opponent wide open for a lethal strike if the Kazekage so wishes to deliver.

1) If you are countering of the wave I released then that means the initial plasma ball hit which would push you more than an inch away from me.
2) Your 2nd lightning jutsu wouldn't stop my wind as Futon > Raiton.

As Desmond's attack hit and as he released the barrier into the form of a wave his opponent would proceed to channel raiton into his fist, turn, and punch the wave. Though interesting this didn't prevent Desmond's original plan as he proceeded to create a gale blowing his target off the cliff. Cross his arms Desmond would channel chakra into his right foot stomping the ground releasing said chakra so that if his opponent happened to counter effectively he would be immediately paralyzed.

As the Kazekage began to fly backwards he manipulated the earth behind him, thrusting forth a earth pillar from below him now as he flew back. Preparing his body he bent his knees to absorb the sudden impact of the rising earth pillar and as his feet connected with the pillar he used the momentum of the rising pillar to propel upwards essentially dodging the paralyzing wave. Discreetly leaving behind a kunai seconds before he jumped into the air a clone would appear on top of the earth pillar; the wave at this point already fazed through both the singular kunai and earth pillar to eventually fade off towards the distance. This clone would immediately begin to manipulate gold dust from the earth pillar he was standing on to immediately transform the whole structure into a gold dust pillar that he would then shoot forwards directed at the opponent and simultaneously ride on top of it with a one knee, both palms planted firmly on the surface top of the pillar pose. During the process of the clone transforming the pillar he was standing on the original Kazekage still high in mid air prepares for a attack in secrecy.

As the man flew back Desmond noticed pooling of chakra on the ground again and as the earth pillar began to rise Desmond would sprint full speed towards it which upon arriving at it would release chakra from all tenketsu and begin rotating. This would create a chakra barrier that would expand mid-range from Desmond's body in all directions destroying the pillar hitting his target and if he continued to create the clone hitting it as well dispersing it. Once done Desmond would then thrust his right palm towards his opponent releasing a blast of chakra which would slam into his abdomen blowing him off the cliff if the rotation hadn't already pushed him off.

The kazekage, suddenly surprised by the immediate movement of his opponent desperately attempts to track the movement of his opponent however was unable to do so. As his opponent stops to rotate his body the 4th prepares a evasive move then utilizes it swiftly as the eight trigrams begun, initiating a substitution jutsu swiftly with a simple small log in his place. As the kazekage reappears he stands now a few inches away from the opponent, slight to the right as he quickly shifts his head upwards locking eyes with his opponent. His killing intent rushes through the mind of the Hyuga, paralyzing him long enough for the Kazekage to swiftly reach into his pouch for a kunai to hold firmly against the throat of his opponent.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

1) Log substitution is tricky as it is based on your bios movement speed so I'm unsure if you'd be able to pull it off in time. Also, make sure you post the jutsu used.

As he rotates Desmond watches as his opponent moves to substitute himself with a log; once his rotation had subsided The man reappeared locking eyes with Desmond. During this time Desmond felt the mans chakra but was unimpressed as he grabbed the man's arm that went to draw for a kunai with his left hand draining his chakra whilst simultaneously placing right on the man's chest releasing dark waves into it damaging his lungs, heart, and stomach.

Don't get carried away. said, Desmond, as he released chakra from all over once more holding tight to his opponent Desmond rotated viciously forcing his opponent to endure severe cuts, broke bones, and burns from the rotation.

You used the other hand grasping my arm to absorb at the same time trying to attack my chest, therefore the hand already grasping my arm couldn't utilize the second jutsu in time.

As the opponent reaches towards the chest of the Kazekage he swiftly counters with his other hand not tied down with a firm grasp, waving his hand from his stomach to the shoulder carrying the wrist of the opponent's hand with his wrist. Extending the arm outwards the arm of the opponent would fall slightly as the 4th quickly continues his counter motion with the same arm wrapping around the said arm of the opponent; locking the forearm of the opponent between his left waist. This gave the Kazekage the opportunity to swiftly headbutt the opponent's face, causing a nose bleed immediately upon impact. The shock of the headbutt to the face and therefore the brain caused the Hyuga to release his tight grasp from the right hand of the 4th, instantly as the grasp was loosened he took this time to immediately continue his previous action of attempting to grab the kunai from his back ninja pouch, simultaneously keeping the opponent's forearm locked tight between the inner elbow and left waist of the 4th. Now holding the kunai in a straight horizontal pose positioning it directly between both bodies of the 4th and his opponent; the elbow bent, the forearm and hand grasping the kunai perfectly aligned horizontally from the chest. This pose allowed the Kazekage to grasp this battle with complete advantage, forcing the opponent to either give up or attempt a counter and die immediately.

Alternate version of this where i use this technique to strike the wrist then continue my move as i describe it.

As Desmond placed his hand on the man's chest his opponent would attempt to knock it away but as his hand was knocked down he continued to release the wave only instead of his lungs, heart, and stomach taking the damage it would be his small and large intestine that would be damaged. After this happened Desmond released his chakra and continued as planned viciously rotating forcing his opponent to endure severe cuts, broken bones, and burns from it; especially to the head as his opponent seemed to attempt a headbutt.

As the round about of the opponent's wrist followed the 4th's a gust of dark chakra shot outward from the hand of the opponent, crashing off towards the distance hitting the far edges of the mountain from a upwards angle. The attention of the Kazekage drew towards the blast, his eyes shifted towards the direction of the opponent's hand, then swiftly shifting back to the eyes of the Hyuga, staring deeply into his white eyes he predicted another counter attack would soon fall suit, preparing for a defense the Kazekage took heed, preparing his chakra just in time for the rotation. A burst of lightning erupted from the body of the 4th as the 8 trigrams activated the rotation, sending him backwards amongst a predictable pathway to medium almost long range of his opponent. Whilst being pushed back the Kazekage spun clockwise in a upside down position doing so he reached back into his pouch taking out irregular visual of kunai maxing with about four firmly resting in between his fingers to which he would throw without hesitation directly upwards into the sky. The four kunai flew against the wind then suddenly halted its momentum as four individual cloth like parachutes flopped outwards from the bottom of each kunai; casting a small shadow overlapping the sun. These kunai now positioned as high in the sky as possible having them discreetly float above the Hyuga unless he saw them get thrown he would otherwise be unaware of these floating above him. Once these kunai were released from the fingers the 4th suddenly began spinning the other direction then turning his body downward, landing perfectly on his feet his body would naturally continue the left over momentum carrying him just a few inches away of medium range as his feet left a small straight track in the dirt below.

''You're a exceptional fighter, Hyuga. I'd never imagined in my life time that i'd have difficulty dispatching some random shinobi, especially from konoha origin. '' Straightening his backside he stood upright, look off to the side and reaching back for a singular kunai he spun it between his fingers before finally displaying its full glory, holding it firm with a backward grip. Both arms to the side and his eyes quickly shifting his attention back to the eyes of the Hyuga he began by taking a step back with his right foot before taking on a full spring pursuit against the Hyuga headon.

As his rotation activated Desmond saw his opponent had activated his own defensive measure and in the same process threw four kunai into the air. He then listened to the mans rambling and as the man dashed towards Desmond would also dash forward once again as if he vanished only to reappear directly in front of the slamming his right palm into his face I hail from the Land of Water... said, Desmond, as he released a wave of lightning aimed in attempt to disintegrate the man's head.

His opponent played right into the Kazekage's plan, he knew by running forward the opponent would also try a frontal attack utilizing his movement speed to his advantage, although the palm strike wasn't naturally planned it was however predictable knowing prier that Hyuga tend to have a unique fighting style but always keep their movement exclusive to palm strikes. Once the palm strike was initiated the 4th swiftly moved to his right positioning him beside the shoulder of the opponent, now quickly thrusting his left elbow and knee at the same time against the Hyuga's elbow officially breaking the full arm instantly upon impact. Once the arm was broke the Kazekage thrusted his body forward in a angle twisting his hips he reached over the face of the Hyuga with his right leg simultaneously holding a grip on the now broken arm he uses his body weight for a downward momentum to bring the both of them backwards eventually leaving them both on their backs. During this counter the Kazekage unnoticeably dropped the kunai he was holding during the initial impact of his counter move having a clone appear just before both of them reached the ground, as they were falling the clone swiftly reached back grabbing a singular kunai and released it immediately without hesitation towards the opponents chest. If the kunai connects with the chest of the Hyuga the clone will then initiate a swift palm strike against the backward hilt causing the kunai to sink further into the chest essentially killing the opponent instantly.

''I thought Hyuga were suppose to be taijutsu specialists... even if they're from a foreign land. ''

As his hand reached outward Desmond watched as his opponent tactfully evaded; though unknown to him as he went to strike Desmond place him under a genjutsu causing him to believe Desmond had remained in a compromising position when in truth Desmond had moved behind him and jumped. As the man's elbow and knee met the illusion would turn into a flash of lightning whilst Desmond channeled futon into his leg once more as his leg hit the kunai the man was holding forcing it into his spine, then he'd appear in front of the man kicking him again blasting him into the air where Desmond would appear above him to kick him on last time sending him flying back into the ground.

Desmond then drew his sword blade facing downward left hand on the hilt with right hand on the pommel allowing gravity to carry him down as he thrust the blade into the torso of his opponent. Learn this. Though Hyuga blood runs through my veins it does not make me one of them.
