Angel was residing near the Amegakure ocean, standing on top of the water. He would be meditating until the shifting wind began to howl, an almost ominous feeling. Peering onward, a figure would emerge, walking on top of the water. The figure, who appeared female, was hard to tell with her weird hat and large jacket covering her mouth. It was very convenient that she showed up here.

Angel was cautious. "What's your business here, stranger? Not many would willingly wander this far out on the ocean bed," he would retort quizzically. In tandem, Angel would form four sharks made of water behind Saint, five meters away. These would knock Saint upwards into the air, the sharks causing Saint's bones to break.

Angel would dash left, arcing five meters to the left of Saint. He would gather his chakra and make a steel missile that was one meter in diameter, and fire it from his hand. This would lock onto Saint's chakra signature, making dodging next to impossible. As it closed the distance to Saint, Angel would clench his fist, causing it to explode into steel blades, no bigger than grains of sand.

Description: The user will release from their hands a missile of steel. It's about 1 diameter fired at high high speeds at it's chosen target. Though as stated there is more to it than that. This missile locks onto the chakra signature of what it was fired at, be it an opponent, a summon, or just a structure itself like the earth golem jutsu. The second part of this jutsu, is with the user closing their fist, the missile will explode outwards in short range around it into steel razor blades not much bigger than sand, that almost looks like a puff of dust/smoke. Due to the sudden burst it has a pushing force going outwards with the blades, much like when a grenade goes off and the shrapnel goes all around and there is the pushing force, though without the fire. No burns, just impaling.

Gunko, while walking, had come across a man that would immediately start to question her. "This land will be claimed in the name of the Hidden Sound. Are you its protector?" she asked nonchalantly, trying to propose a bargain as she did not come here to directly steal or kill. However, that question was quickly answered as the man would start his offense before Gunko could barely get a word out.

"I guess it is so..." she concluded. She did not have any problems resorting to violence and the likes. Just one more body on the books. She activated her rinnegan and glowed beautifully in the direction of the man as she eyed him down like a hawk.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.

Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for other Rinnegan bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. In the case of Madara, user needs to have activated EMS before and had it active for 1 full turn before activating.

Seeing his flow of chakra, she knew he was gathering chakra for the offensive and saw the line of chakra going straight past Gunko. She thought "a rear attack"... The man was smart. But not smart enough. Gunko formed wings of bone that protruded through her back, leading her several meters into the air, clearing her of the initial assault.

Description: The user grows large bone wings from their back which can be used to fly or to defend. The user can also flap these wings and release bone spikes once per turn. The wings last for 3 turns.

After this, the man then shot what appeared to be a missile that followed Gunko into the air. She would shape her hands into a triangle and focus her chakra, releasing a small cube of Dakuiton forward towards the missile that would grow in size the further it strayed from Gunko and the closer it got to her opponent. The result being that the cube would start to eat the steel missile while entering its vicinity and then eventually making contact with it and having the missile collapse in on itself rendering it useless completely. This technique, although weaker, would continue to the man's location as he moved to the right during this. The technique Saint Gunko sent his way would have dire effects on the man's health as it grew to around the size of his body overall... It was something out of a horror film... The closer the technique got, it would start to eat away at the man's flesh, and eventually bone and organ's shall he not think quickly. The top layer of the water would sizzle and evaporate and the technique got closer, meaning time was ticking.

(Dakuiton: Sakusei no Mukou ) Dark Vacuity Release: Void of Creation

Description: Void of Creation encompasses the basic formations of the element. Exploiting the ionized ash particles, the wielder is capable of forming it into its standardized cubic form or in any form he/she desires. This includes, but not limited to, basic constructs such as tools, body surges, waves, weaponry, spikes etc. It is only limited to the imagination of the user, as the formation can begin/manipulated from anywhere in the terrain (though must be spawned at least five meters away from the intended human), directly from the body and or through direct contact with solid material. The structures forged imitate their realistic counterpart with an array of coloring detail, thus making the creation made from the ionized-ash quite realistic.

As outlined in the element however, should the ash come into contact with solid material/water etc, the ionized ash will cause it to collapse upon itself. Should the ash be stronger – it’s capable of ionizing the target before assimilating it within itself and returning back into its compact form, although a bit weaker. The user can control the implosion not to trigger, remaining inert if he or she chooses too. During a process of implosion there’s two types of interactions that occur under certain circumstances; A) when this jutsu physically interacts with a solid object, the ionizing of the targeted object of aim happens in a process of it being ionized (short-range subjects will be pulled into the wind drafts created by this implosion) before it’s broken down into energy becoming ionized ash altogether, B) when this jutsu interactions with a non-solid element, unlike regular interactions this will cause ionized particles fumes which are able to change the area’s illumination to the user’s choice (perceivable to the human eye), upon overcoming the interaction as it assimilated it within itself. If this jutsu was countered/ if that interaction results in this jutsu becoming overwhelmed, segments of ionized ash will succumb and remain mundane in the area of effect and with no inherit chakra. It should be noted that these effects are outlined for all Dark Vacuity based techniques, requiring the user to post this technique as a reference each time or simply mentioning it at the start of the battle.

Note: This technique needs one handseal to form the B rank version, two for the A rank and three for the S ranks. In the case of the S ranks being used, the user is unable to use Dark Vacuity Release techniques A rank and above for the same and next turn, while A rank use causes them from using above S rank for the same amount of time. A rank may be used thrice per battle, while the S ranks twice per battle with each use having a cool down of two turns. Fumes utilized to creating an area illumination are hazards to the opponent, if they so much so in inhale them, it would result in -10 dmg to their health per turn, for each turn they're inhaling them. The user may create multiple constructs, however the power is divided evenly among them based on the rank used.

Description: Abyssal Corridor is a not a traditional technique in the sense of manipulation of an element. It’s rather a basic outline of what occurs when the human body or other sentient creatures such as animals make contact with the ionized ash of Dark Vacuity Release. This is always active in battle, simply posted in the beginning or whenever a Dark Vacuity Release technique is used, being completely passive and not costing a move slot. The outline of exposure to the element follows as such:

D Rank: This is considered the weakest level of exposure, which due to how insignificant the damage is, the technique in question doesn't cause any residual damage and simply deals its intended damage to the opposing human/sentient being. They however due to the hazy like nature of the ash, can cause blindness if exposed to his eyes. As long as exposure is remained with the source, the target won't be able to see up beyond mid range.

C Rank: This is considered the second weakest level of exposure; thus has the least effect on the skin. However, despite this; the ionizing process does in fact still cause irritation to the skin – akin to a constant need to itch at the area. This in turn causes the opponent a bit of difficulty in attempting to perform hand seals without the need to scratch at the zone, causing them to be unable to perform a technique if it possesses more four or more hand seals. It should be noted however that exposure will still also cause damage to the skin, which in turn causes the opponent to suffer -5 DMG per turn. Due to this being the weakest level of ionizing on the skin, it only lasts for two turns if separated from the technique though constant exposure to the initial technique will cause these effects to persist.

B Rank: Similar to the previous exposure level, B rank exposure causes more irritation to the skin as more layers of it is removed. This causes other to be unable to make more than three hand seals for a technique without wanting to completely scratch at the area of exposure, due to the immense irritation. This also causes -5 per turn as well, akin to the C Rank Usage, while also causing the same blinding affect if exposed to the eyes.

A Rank: This is fourth stage of exposure; which causes the effects to be far worse than beforehand. Of course; at this level of exposure the ionizing process is far more severe as layers of the target’s flesh will start to become more ionized as well. These levels the upper layers of flesh to be eaten away – capable of exposing bones should the ionizing process persist. Much like before, this causes high level of irritation and pain to the skin, preventing those exposed to unable to utilize techniques with two or more hand seals without wanting to scratch or deal with the pain from the ionizing skin. It’s the same for when the user is afflicted with a technique that reduces the damage; including after clashes with other techniques will cause the effects if contact is made to lessen.

Angel would see his foe activate a peculiar visual prowess but not something he hasn't come across before, the strange being that nearly killed him in his journey in the ninja world, that being was one of pure power and chaos and yet this little girl would appear to possess it also, Angel would activate his visual prowess in response . Cautious now as Saint grew wings to avoid his shark attack. Though he was the aggressor he had good reason nobody would be admist this far into the ocean, Saint would fire a dark cube that would eat his missle.

Angel would weave a single handseal gathering his charka and expelling a large flame upwards at Saint, it would expand wide quickly and would scorch the weaker cube technique. continuing onwards to Saint "The only one who will be perishing will be you, foolish lass though them eyes..." Angel would stop intrigued from his past interactions "those are some peculiar eyes indeed..." He would decide to take advantage of Saint vision being obscured by the massive flames.

Angel would decided to test the opponents reactive and defensive capabilities before he decided to engage in CQC, weaving 2 quick handseals and clapping his hands together. He would manifest a portal above Saint 10 meters that would drop countless large muddy snakes upon her. Angel could direct them with his hand gestures; his vision not obscured due to his Byakugan. These would wrap up Saint face, body and wings whole causing her to drop out the sky and suffocate from her face being covered. "Lets see how you fare against my snakes"

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye(Passive)

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.

Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

(Doton: Doro hebi no kiba) - Earth Release: Mud Snake Fang

Description: This unique earth technique can be performed in two ways, as a single stand alone technique which requires two handseals, Snake and Ram followed by the clapping of the hands. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest a portal similar to the earth release mud drop. However instead of normal mud forming in this portal a large torrent of mud shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The mud while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are dense mud in nature much like the swamp of the underworld making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another earth or water technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the ground for water techniques or forming from the preexisting earth technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the muddy snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such.


Note: May be used two times per battle overall.
Note: If combined with a water technique in it's second form it will be considered a earth/water combo. Combined with a earth technique just creates a stronger Earth.

However instead of normal mud forming in this portal a large torrent of mud shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The mud while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are dense mud in nature much like the swamp of the underworld making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another earth or water technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the ground for water techniques or forming from the preexisting earth technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the muddy snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such.

She almost instantly doubled back on what she said about enslaving the man as anyone with any doujutsu or shikotsumyaku she considered very close family. Perhaps she would take it easy on this hardy warrior. She was impressed. However, now wasn't the time to get all heartfelt. Business was to take place and get handled. She manifested her chakra all around her and it turned into a form of black water while flying towards the man. Using this, she would fly through the man's flames unscathed. As her armor upheld through the flames due to its superiority.

After gathering a large amount of Stygian Water chakra, the user releases it throughout his entire body, emanating in the form of a blackish chakra shroud of Water though this is not all; in addition to this, the user would simultaneously compresses the water at incredible levels, turning it hard and almost crystalline in nature to form a black armor that protects him. This is very similar to the "Hidden Waterfall Style: Water Slicing Blade" technique used by normal water users, and comes with high amounts of durability. The armor resembles that of a black knight (see depiction below) with a light Stygian Water mist pouring off of its backside. Though the armor is dark in color, it is also transparent due to its crystalline form that it has taken on. Though the armor is mainly used as a defensive mechanism, it can also be used similar to the earth release hardening technique in order to create spikes, blades and other tools that protrude from the armor as an offensive mechanism. These protrusions would cost a move to do and would be S rank (80 dmg) in strength overall, being able to extend into the edges of short range (5m). Due it being made of compressed Stygian Water, it can also be used as a source for other Stygian water techniques, thus making it that much more versatile in its usages. The user will also have full control over the armor to the point where he/she is able to create openings on portions of his/her body so that they can release attacks from there. I.e. retracting the armor from the hand in order to do a rasengan etc. This control in itself comes as a passive ability.

The steel charka surging through the ground to intercept Gunko path, not being able to shift directions cause of her momentum Angel would jump back 10 meters (Free Form Dodge) to ensure not to be caught in the admist of own technique.

The steel would burst up out the ground as a massive hurricane with thousands and thousands of steel razor blades with Gunko caught at the epicentre, her armour already weakened from the fire wouldn't withstand the sheer ferocity of the blades slashing her entire body to ribbons. "Come now my dear please try to take this land from the people we have enough tyrants and dictators in the ninja world already we don't need you becoming the next one.." His voice went cold as he dealt with people who was power crazed before in their own deluded head they doing it for the good of everyone.

Several times it states the earth or the ground. Especially "leaving a giant footprint" and "1ft deep" which would not be possible on water. I would not personally accept this as permissible. But I will leave this up to the checker.



Starting to get annoyed at her opponent's sheer resilience, although admirable, Gunko decided to take it up a notch. And if it took destroying an entire country to do so, so be it. She unleashed her inner Yang chakra, going above and beyond physical limits and restraints, flying expeditiously past the man's offense before it could coordinate within itself. Even if it did land, between her leftover Stygian Water armor and her now resilient yang-coated body, the results would be uninspiring and negligible in terms of being able to stop her. Her sheer radiant aura sizzling the water it grazed. This would ultimately cause her bone whip to snare his neck as originally planned as she landed back onto the water with her wings receding back into her body.

Now face-to-face with the man, her Rinnegan now reflecting off of his Byakugan and his Byakugan off of her Rinnegan in a short-lived stare down.

OOC: Okay so boom. I think one of us broke T/F here but alas, not too worried about it. I will let the sensei say what's up because I, myself, am still learning. Also, all good. I know you're probably not used to fighting on water like this so that is an easy mistake. I would have probably made the same mistake quite honestly.



As Gunko landed, she noticed a change in pace as the warrior stopped what he was doing to adjust to her strategy. How this was possible, she did not know. She had never looked-down on such an opponent and end up admiring every essential movement and pattern before. No wasted time, no wasted effort. He was a master with his kekkei genkai. And that deserved true respect...

As Gunko was establishing her counter, she asked... "What is your name?.. You shall be knighted and well-known through these lands as its savior..." she spoke strongly to him. Meaning every word. If this battle ended in his death, she had made the decision to leave this land be. The man had proven its will to survive.

She once again formed bone wings, as she took off upwards, she focused her chakra into her feet and transformed the entire ocean into Stygian Water, making it black like it was a touch of death to the water itself...

Description: Designed as a way to increase the user's ability to utilize Stygian Water, this technique is treated as an infusion type ability which is to be used side by side with a regular suiton technique. When the user uses a Suiton technique up to and including A ranks, they can perform this in the same timeframe in order to coat said technique with a thick layer of Stygian water by adding Stygian Water chakra into it and giving it heated, corrosive properties. Alternatively, When a water source is around within range, whether it be a small river or an large pond, the user is able to send his chakra into the source and transform it into Stygian water to create a source for his techniques. Similar to Mei Terumi and her corrosive/Burning elements, the user is immune to being burned by his creations, thus enabling him to physically touch the element whenever his chakra is present, but isn't immune to bluntly being hit by it. This not only provides a source of Stygian Water, but also prevents others from using the Water source unless they somehow over power the user's chakra to cleanse the corrosive water and use it as their own.

As she was now in the air again, which is not where she wanted to be, she weaved three seals at an incredible speed, showing her prowess in seals, helped by the rinnegan. She formed a stallion composed of the water vapor in the air. Due to the ocean feeding the vapor in the air, they took the form of black horses of death made of Stygian water. The stallion dove into the water and duplicated itself into four which would surround the opponent from underneath (15m away). One in front, one in the back, one to his left and one to his right. The one behind him sought to come from out of the water and jump into the air and crash down on the opponent while the two to his side surfaced and sought to crush him. The one in front dove further into the water and then sought to come from underneath and attack him from down under.

Description: Weaving three handseals, the user will quickly summon the surrounding water vapor in the air. This will result in a water stallion to be summoned by the user's chosen side. This water stallion has the speed of a Kage ranked shinobi, so rather fast and can be ridden. This stallion will not only provide a sustainable water source for the user, but is able to jump in front of the user and expand themselves into a wall of water to defend them. Sort of like a moving shield without having to be carried. Other than this, the stallion is capable of splitting into duplicates of itself up to four and can charge at the opponent to blatantly and brutally bash them head on (short-long range), causing massive trauma. With the massive size that they are and the mass they hold, they can serve the purpose of knocking down and causing damage to rather big structures and summons. Up to four of these stallions can be summoned at a time and their water source capabilities last indefinitely and can only be used by the conjurer of the jutsu being that they derive from the user's chakra.

Angel would see his foe counter flawless and begin to shout words complimenting him while also trying to run away, though this was folly he could run but the massive tornado would quickly expand and the ferocious wind dragging back within the storm getting Gunko all slashed up and would hinder him from releasing the stygian water. If it did it would only whirl around the tornado sticking to Gunko as he was slashed.

Angel would follow this up with shoot a missile 1meter in diameter which when fired from his palm would lock onto Gunko charka signature, So if he tried to evade the missile would follow to wherever he went unless he distinguished he charka.

Due to the sudden burst it has a pushing force going outwards with the blades, much like when a grenade goes off and the shrapnel goes all around and there is the pushing force, though without the fire. No burns, just impaling.

Remaining un-phased by his efforts, Gunko would stop the nonsense and unleash her true and full power among the man by perfectly balancing all five chakra natures as well as balancing her Yin and Yang energy. She then forced her Yang energy to heavily outweigh her Yin energy. This effect would take effect instantly due to her mastery of the mode and Yang nature. She was then endowed with a blue and black chakra shroud. Her sclera: bright white, her hands glew a white energy with fingerless gloves and black magatama along her back. Her eyes glowed, her hair grew and blew flawlessly in the winds, while a devastating aura unleashed itself around her. She had fully encompassed and was utilizing her yang energy. "Witness the divine." she said nonchalantly.

Description: Based on Hagoromo’s Six Paths Sage Mode, those who have completed and specialized in Yang Release can enter this mode to elevate their prowess, but only in their spiritual or physical capabilities. The lack of the Juubi’s monstrous chakra and natural energy makes it impossible for proper balance of both Yin and Yang natures simultaneously at such a high level. When entering this mode, users first gather their five basic nature chakras and their Yin and Yang natures. They then manipulate the ratio of their Yin to Yang chakra such that one nature almost completely overshadows the other, done almost instantly and effortlessly. The result causes the user to enter one Yang State. Yang State is the state entered by users when they emphasize their Yang chakra over their Yin chakra. In this state the user is endowed with a white and black chakra shroud that the user can alter cosmetically. Their hair and sclera become white, and their hands glow a white energy with fingerless gloves and black magatama along their back. The user gains two main attributes in this state: Tian and Onibi. Tian refers to physical power beyond the scope of earthly mortals. While in Yang State the user’s ability to track and react to movement and actions becomes limitless. The user’s speed increases by 6x their base speed. Likewise, their physical durability reaches its apex, capable of reducing damage from all physical clashes by 80 damage. Note that this physical reduction goes beyond simply physical elements; it applies to anything within the ‘physical’ realm – meaning any physical interaction, be it from Fire Release, Earth, or Lightning are reduced while in Yang State. The opposite, the Spiritual, is not mitigated. Though important to note the user is still suspectable to techniques that apply physically debilitating debuffs, such as paralysis, fatigue, etc. The other trait the user gains, Onibi, activates when the user enters Yang State. The drawback to this technique is that, due to the massive imbalance of Yang chakra, Yin Release and other spiritual techniques are impossible to use whilst in this state.
Note: Use of Yang State requires the user to have completed Yang Release training and stated on their biography that this is their chosen state. Once one has completed Yin-Yang Release training they are able to use these states interchangeably, respecting restrictions.
Note: This technique only last 6 turns and can be used only once per battle.
Note: Once the technique ends the user’s spiritual or physical chakra is drained to the barest minimum for their survival, thus making them incapable of using Yin, Yang, or Yin-Yang Release techniques for 10 turns and incapable of using taijutsu for 5 turns (this includes releasing leg weights and physically augmenting techniques).

She was able to still release her water technique and fly upwards, unhindered by the blades. And although they would cut and slash her, the damage, again, was negligible. Description: Said to be ghosts of light in ancient lore, these are the spirits of the dead that can be roughly translated as Will-o’-Wisps. Within the field of Yang Release it is the pinnacle manifestation of the field’s core concept: governing vitality and life, the ultimate display of a Yang Master as the giver of life. Onibi is activated simultaneously as Yang Mode, initiated passively once the Mode has been entered. Much like how Kuninotokotachi augments all of the user’s Illusionary techniques, Onibi augments all of the user’s specialized physical techniques; for the duration of Yang State all of the aforementioned techniques are enhanced by passively infusing them with Change into Hell. Each creation is endowed with 300 chakra points, 100 health, sharing their creator’s base speed, and their own form of sentience. Like with Change into Hell, creations through this technique are able to use techniques from the source they are produced from. As life is ever changing and mutating in each permutation, Onibi also grants two random mutations to each creation. These are to be rolled on each time a sentient creation is formed with Onibi. When Yang State expires the user’s techniques that are augmented with Onibi’s sentience and mutations also expire. The random mutations are as follows:
  1. Empowered Vitality: The user’s sentient entity’s vitality is empowered further, increasing its health pool by 80 additional points.
  2. Clear Casting: The user’s sentient entity has its ability to perform techniques augmented, allowing it to perform its techniques without the need for hand seals.
  3. Empowered Speed: The user’s sentient entity has its ability to move enhanced, increasing its speed by 8 base levels.
  4. Thickened Hide: Improved durability reduces all physical damage taken by 40.
  5. Empowered Reserves: The user’s reserves are empowered, increasing its base chakra reserves to 250.
  6. Black Blood: Infuses a deadly vitality-based mutagen within the sentient creation. When the Creation dies or expires its blood will burst in a mid-range radius from its position, afflicting any within with Black Blood. Black Blood inflicts 10 damage per turn indefinitely on any, other than the user, until the end of the battle. Can only be cured by Yin-Yang Release or Senjutsu.
  7. Debilitating Aura: The user’s sentient creation radiates physical energy, destabilizing any living target within a five-meter zone around it. Reduces movement speed by 8 base levels, inflicts 10 damage per turn, and drains 10% of the targets chakra per turn. Can be resisted with a Yin Release technique of equal rank or Senjutsu that persists through this mutation’s duration.
  8. Acidic Spikes: The user’s sentient creation is empowered with the Acidic Spines mutation, causing it to periodically unleash a volley of vitality-based spikes at all enemy targets on the battlefield. Each spike inflicts 80 damage and contains 40 chakra. Its damage is inflicted at a rate of 40 per turn to living targets, but clashing with other techniques counts as 80 damage. Only a single spike can be released at a single target, with each additional target counting as an additional spike. This does not count toward one of the user’s three moves, and it has a 25% chance of occurring every other turn after the creation is formed.
  9. Overwhelming Vitality: The user’s sentient creation is empowered with Overwhelming Vitality, causing it to explode upon death in a mid-range radius explosion of violent energy. Anything caught within it suffers 100 damage.
  10. Prismatic Mutation: A mutation that takes on the combined effects of two random mutations, allowing for three total mutations on a creation. When this occurs, the user is to roll for the first mutation as normal, and then roll for one additional mutation and select one of the first four mutations. This allows for a total of three.


She expelled a chakra rod from her palm and held it in the same hand, pointing at the soon dead man. She focused her fire chakra into the chakra rod and shot several bombs of fire at the man but the bombs of fire took the appearance of panthers. They were sentient and hunted down the man, seeking to explode on him on contact, but only after they grabbed a hold of him and bit down on him. Due to their debilitating aura, it slowed the opponent down exponentially... He had nowhere to go. The panthers of flame wouldn't stop until they caught him... No mere mortal technique would be able to destroy the vitalized and vicious beings...

Description: The user forms three handseals and accumulates fire and/or lava chakra in his hand and triggers a series of large fiery flame projectiles. After colliding against the target, it will explode in red flame blasts. This technique is powerful enough to demolish an entire area, causing a massive mid ranged explosion. The more blasts the user makes, the smaller the ensuing explosions become.

Will o’ Wisps: The user's flames have become superheated, creating lingering flames after use that deal great damage via burns. These burns cause an additional 5 damage per turn until healed, bypassing durability. Medjutsu and other sources of Active Healing will heal these burns, however. [Reference]

After this, she then threw the chakra rod into the air and weaved three seals at blinding speeds, it would look like one to the naked eye. She caught the chakra rod in the same hand it was made, without effort. Everything, fluid. A ghastly construct of an angel (of death) would rise from the black water and holding a scythe, fifteen meters in front of the man as the panthers exploded and demolished him. But just in case he also weaseled his way out of this one... She had something else for him. She wanted him reduced to ash. Dust. Nothing.

Description:

This technique is simple in nature, yet proves to be a very useful asset to the Stygian water element. The user, by the proper amount of Chakra sacrifice, is able to create and maintain creatures of all sorts that hold a form of sentience to them. These creatures can vary In shape, size and form, which are limited only by the user's imagination and knowledge on animals. All the creations would still hold their usual anatomical features such as flight if they had wings etc. Of course, these creations would be capable of being brought to life from either the user directly, a body of water (regular or Stygian) or any other source that is high on water. Any B rank or higher usages will require 3 hand seals. Once a creature/creatures is created, it can maintain itself with limited sentience (attacking/differentiating friends foes, defending etc) and can stay active either untill destroyed or the user doesnt have enough chakra to sustain them.

Note: S rank variant can only be used 3 times and A-rank only 4
Note: Using A-rank variant will require a one turn cool down after the creation is gone, and S rank will require 2 turns.
Note: Multiple creatures can be made with a single use, but power will be split accordingly.

The angel would charge the warrior and aim to decapitate him at a speed that he simply wouldn't be able to keep up, between his enhanced speed and his reduced speed. The stygian water scythe would melt him from the inside out once his neck would be penetrated. This would be a vital and critical strike. This battle... Was over...

Was asked to check this. Now normally I'd go through each move play-by-play, but I think this one was more straightforward than most. Some mistakes in a couple jutsu usages, namely Python's Metallica technique that requires solid ground, but I could still follow the overall flow. Troi's moves were more situational and threatening and thus they're declared the winner.
