Vincent was stood across from the hooded figure, his distinct features covered like hair and ears. but his eyes clear and they was blue. Vincent would eye his foe head to toe. He decided to not reveal his eyes as this could bear weight later in the confrontations if one occurred. "What is your business here stranger? very obscene place for anyone to be" Vincent curiously remarked as he planned to strike while asking his questions.

Vincent would gather the wind around him and project it outwards in the form of a large tiger, This would run straight at Alex still being intangible wind. As the tiger formed Vincent would dash to the right of Alex still pushing forwards closing it to short distance but being 5 meters to right of the tiger. The tiger would smash straight through Alex cutting his body and muscle to shreds. The tiger would continue and now be behind Alex 5 meters; 10 from Vincent now.

Vincent would then grow exceptionally massive 30 meters. he would slap Alex with an open handed slap with his massive left hand, his tiger safely away from its radius and strike. this blow would smash Alex bones if left uncountered.

Wind release- Phantom Tiger

Description: The user focuses there wind chakra from around there body in front of them projecting there wind chakra forwards which takes the form of a large tiger running towards the opponent, the tigers head has the height of a common shinobi in proportion with its body giving you an idea of the tigers actual size, the tiger holds the intangible properties of wind, being nearly invisible all except for a faint greenish hue which creates the tigers outline and is able to seperate itself in order to move around solid structures and reform itself on the other side of the technique, additionally the user is able to perform a single hand-seal solidifying the winds at any moment he or she chooses which creates a bludgeoning and cutting force when it strikes the opponent, this makes the tiger appear to be a type of spectre, appearing suddenly and then fading away once again.

The wind tiger whiles intangible can combat intangible elements such as lightning, fire as well as other intangible techniques respecting strengths and weakness and if ramming the opponent in this intangible state causes moderate amount of cuts as it passes through the opponent, if ramming the opponent in its solidified form the tiger deals a massive amount of cuts plus a large bludgeoning ripping force as it rams the opponent and will also effect solid elements such as earth, water and others solid techniques.

The user spends an extra + 10 chakra in order to solidify the winds which only lasts a mere instant before returning to its original intangible state, the tiger is able to act on its own accord using the chakra the user previously spent as a fuel to maintain itself thus allowing it to move around the opponents defence if necessary. Additionally the tiger is able to let off a mighty roar of devastating cutting winds which holds A rank power however can only use this roar a limited number of times in order to maintain its own form.

( Chou Baika No Jutsu ) - Super Multi-size Tehnique

Description: The Super Multi-Size Technique is the height of the Multi-Size Technique, which multiplies the user’s body to a size beyond belief. The attack method depends on the situation and the user’s inventiveness, but massive punches, kicks and body slamming is common. However, the abnormally extreme physical change also places a large burden on the user’s body. The clothes of the user also expand along with the body. Because of his massive size, the user's speed is slowed as well, moving at -1 base speed level though this is hardly significant as the scale of the user's body allows him to travel more distance with fewer strides.
Note: Only Akimichi Clan members can use this jutsu.

( Harite ) - Open Hand Slap

Description: After channeling chakra into their hands, the user's muscles are enhanced with concentrated chakra, and the thickness is also increased. The users hands become tougher and with use of their body weight behind the attack, the user then thrusts their palms into the opponent sending them flying. This technique is strong enough to break through lower ranked physical techniques. This technique is a smaller version of the Super Open Hand Slap that is used whilst performing the Multi-Size Technique.
Note: Can only be used by members of the Akimichi Clan.

Like I said on disc. I now have yy with the x4 tracking. If you want I'll add my tracking into my next post but it's like 80 ish now.


As his foe approached him, under his grey hood, Alex's eyes would flash red as he passively activated his blood eyes. With this he would now slice his hand with a kunai to allow his blood to flow below him as a bird of rot formed below him that would take flight. This would lift him into the air above the tiger that would continue behind him into his foe. The beauty of this bird, though it was made of the rot itself, it would become sentient as yang flowed into the creature allowing it to act on its own. With his YY sensory, Alex knew where his foe was.

Turning his body to face his foe, Alex would now be 15m in the air. This would take him out of range of his foe's attacks while his foe has to deal with his own tiger. Alex wouldn't stop there though. As his foe expanded his arm, he would unleash a mass of blood from his dripping wound releasing a large spear of blood aimed at his foe's hand to pieces it then his foe.

(Aka Fuhai: Nāguru no shukufuku, Imawashī) Scarlet rot: Blessing of Nurgle, Abomination

Description: This is a technique to create beasts made of Scarlet Rot, much like the Rot Clone Technique. The user can make one creature or multiple with a single use of this technique though the power will be divided equally. The user can create any animal or creature they can imagine, from a swarm of scarabs to a large dragon formed of Scarlet Rot. The largest a creation can be is 10m tall. The user can sustain these creations passively at the cost of 10 chakra per turn for a maximum of three turns. At any point the user can perform an addition handseal causing these creatures to erupt into a storm of Scarlet Rot, where the Scarlet Rot spins rapidly covering anything it comes into contact, covering an area proportionate to their size, though passing over the user harmlessly. This can be done in the same timeframe as creating the beast/beasts. The creations can be released from the user's body or a source of Scarlet Rot on the field. These creations cannot be made within short range of an opponent. These beasts carry the Curse of Rot with them, applying it on contact or if someone comes into contact with the storm they create.

Note: S rank creations require three hand seals, A rank requires two hand seals and B rank requires one hand seal.
Note: Can only be used 4 times. When the S rank version is used, the technique can't be used for 2 turns after and no sand jutsu A rank and above in the following turn.
Note: The Storm of Rot damage is dependant on the rank of the creation.

(Yoton: Jigoku ni henkō) - Yang Release: Change into Hell

Description: The user is able to use their Yang nature too imbue life into an elemental technique, creating a Yang/Element sentient entity that remains on the field to aid them. The only limit is the size of the technique originally used as an elemental source, as the resulting entity will always be half the size. The entity can be interacted with, can act on its own, and is made of the element sourced with all its properties intact. Its strength is based on the original elemental technique used as a source. This doesn’t consume time since it is actually a skill applied to a technique used within the same timeframe. The infused chakra increases the technique by an additional ten chakra, of the thirty it costs in total. Note that the resulting entity created by this technique is bound by logical limitations of its shape and nature; a meteor cannot move on its own, a pillar cannot walk away, and a statue without arms cannot pick things up. Likewise, while it is able to use techniques from the source it is created from it cannot extend into different fields. For instance, if Susano’o is brought to life by this technique it cannot use Blaze Release unless the Susano’o itself is constructed, or partially formed, from Blaze itself (e.g. Sasuke’s Susano’o). It is bound by the literal source it is formed from, rather than the fields it is bound to.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and up to 6 times per event to create one entity with up to 300 chakra points that is able to use jutsu from the source it was created from. Its chakra reserves can be replenished through external means, and because it has a chakra network can fall under the influence of Genjutsu or other Spiritual-based techniques.
Note: Yang Release Specialists and Yin-Yang users can apply this technique to advanced fields and CE and advanced elements.

(Chi no kami no dōgu ) - Blood God Tools

Description: This is the basic application of blood usage through Ketsuryūgan where the user will use their chakra to take control of their blood or create from existing blood sources, anything they can imagine on a basic scale. This can be anything from weapons to walls, to spikes, domes, waves, anything inanimate which they can use as projectiles as well. For example, the user could create a kunai of Blood and launch it at their opponent. The larger the object, the higher the rank. For objects larger, than the user, they will need to be A rank. To use the A rank and above versions of technique the user will need to perform 3 hand seals. This can also be used to manipulate and reshape and redirect existing blood costing a move. This cannot be used on the blood within an opponents body. If the opponent were to have drawn blood, then the user can infuse chakra into that to take control of it.

Note: B rank and below blood creations can be made or a single hand seal. A rank can only be used three times per battle and requires two handseals. S rank can be used twice per battle, with two turns in between uses and no Blood jutsu above B rank in following turn and requires 3 handseals.

"What witchcraft is he up to?" his thoughts would swirl. He would see Alex form a bird and fly upwards, avoiding his tiger altogether. Deciding to play it safe and show his Uchiha heritage, he opted for fire. Vincent would weave two hand seals and form a portal above Alex; this would be ten meters above him and the bird he rode on.

This would begin to instantly pour fire in the form of large snakes and rain down on the bird and Alex. Being solidified, these would wrap around the bird and Alex, scorching them both. The technique had a 15-meter radius. Vincent would be able to control the large snakes with hand gestures, the tiger returning to his side, and him controlling the snakes to avoid the tiger also while attacking his foes.

Vincent would remain still, gathering the nature energy around him. His tiger would be to his left, three meters from him. Vincent would gain toad features and enhanced perception once this was finished.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

(Katon: Moeru hebi no kiba) - Fire Release: Burning Snake Fang

Description: This unique fire technique can be performed in two ways, as a single stand alone technique which requires two handseals, dragon and tiger followed by the clapping of the hands. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest a fiery portal similar to the earth release mud drop. However instead of mud forming in this portal a large torrent of fire shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The fire while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are solid in nature much like the dragon head fireballs making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another fire or wind technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the user merging with the preexisting technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the flaming snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such.

Note: May be used two times per battle overall.
Note: If combined with a wind technique in it's second form it will be considered a fire/wind combo. Combined with a fire technique just creates a stronger fire.
Note: No fire jutsu above A rank in the following turn.
Note: The portal is made in the sky like the mud drop technique atleast 10m above the opponent

( Fukanzen Gama Sennin Modo) - Imperfect Toad Sage Mode

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. Upon entering, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 20 damage from all techniques for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced by x2. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +20. Additionally, Genjutsu cast by the user are empowered requiring the opponent to use Genjutsu release, of one rank higher than what is normally required (Effective on Genjutsu up to B rank). Lastly, the user gains access to toad anatomy and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable twice per battle instantly by Imperfect Sages only, starting with 250 chakra. Additional usages require meditation to enter, gathering 60 chakra per turn meditated for a max reserve of 360.

Description: This unique fire technique can be performed in two ways, as a single stand alone technique which requires two handseals, dragon and tiger followed by the clapping of the hands. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest a fiery portal similar to the earth release mud drop. However instead of mud forming in this portal a large torrent of fire shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The fire while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are solid in nature much like the dragon head fireballs making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another fire or wind technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the user merging with the preexisting technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the flaming snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such.

Note: If combined with a wind technique in it's second form it will be considered a fire/wind combo. Combined with a fire technique just creates a stronger fire.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. Upon entering, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 20 damage from all techniques for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced by x2. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +20. Additionally, Genjutsu cast by the user are empowered requiring the opponent to use Genjutsu release, of one rank higher than what is normally required (Effective on Genjutsu up to B rank). Lastly, the user gains access to toad anatomy and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable twice per battle instantly by Imperfect Sages only, starting with 250 chakra. Additional usages require meditation to enter, gathering 60 chakra per turn meditated for a max reserve of 360.

Alex would take control of the dripping blood from his hand causing it to expand into a massive defensive dragon that surrounds him and easily counters the fire technique. Once it has taken the hit from the fire technique, it would reform as it wasn't fully destroyed. At the same time as surrounding Axel, it would strike out at their foe leaving them with no chance go remain still.

At the same time, his creation would act in unison (same tf) releasing a massive wave of rot from its own body to cover the field below. The rot would mix with the blood dragon which would carry the effects of the curse of rot down onto their foe.

( Ketsuryū Shōten ) - Blood Dragon Ascension

Description: Blood Dragon Ascension is a technique that involves the ability of manipulating blood, exclusive of the members of the Chinoike Clan. Through this ability, the user forms a massive dragon of blood comparable in size to Complete-Body Susano’o. This massive eight headed dragon is capable of surviving up to 100 damage, regrowing the heads fully if anything less than that much damage impacts the dragon. In addition to the regeneration, the body of the dragon can be used as a source for future Blood jutsu and the heads of the dragon also have the capability to release steam as a projectile, dealing immense damage when used. These 5 meter blasts travel at 35 speed and deal 100 damage each.
Note: Can only be used by Chinoike clan members. Can only be used twice times, each use lasting 6 turns each.
Note: To regenerate a head, the user must expend a move per turn.

Description: Will of the Rot Goddess is a basic Scarlet Rot technique available to all its users. This technique always carries the Curse of Scarlet Rot, inflicting the base damage provided by it up to a mid-range reach as well as it's additional damage per turn.
Note: A and S-Rank applications can be used three times per battle, once every two turns.

Vincent's tiger would cease to exist, coming to the end of the Jutsu duration. Seeing his dragon form with multiple heads, it would eat his fire like it was nothing and reform. "Hmm, peculiar technique," Vincent's eyes would widen. His other creation, the bird, would shoot a wave of the substance down from the sky above Vincent. He would retreat backwards 10 meters from Alex (Freeform dodge), now being safe from the range of the attack.

Not needing hand seals, Vincent would gather his chakra, sprint back a further five meters to put the range between Alex and Vincent to 15 meters. Releasing his chakra into the ground, he would cause a caramel dragon to burst from the ground below him. He would be atop the dragon's neck; this dragon would be 15 meters long and have a wingspan of 20 meters. Being away from the range of the rot, the dragon would begin to fly upwards, keeping the distance long range.

Vincent would gather a massive amount of chakra and clapped his hands together, and lightning shaped like Raijin's drums behind his back. A massive column of lightning would be directly brought down on the dragon. In tandem with this, and in the same timeframe, the caramel dragon would spew a mass liquid of caramel at the dragon, causing it enough damage to not reform.

(karumera Doragon) - Caramel Dragon

Description: After performing three hand seals the user will release their chakra into the ground causing it to crack apart s shaking as a dragon made of solid caramel rises out of the ground. This dragon is 15m long from it's head to the end of it's tail, standing 10m tall with a wing span of 20m. Using their chakra the user can allow this giant dragon to fly. The body is made of solid caramel that would shine allowing it to have a solid defence while making it's attacks strong too. The user can also form this by performing the three handseals and spitting out the caramel dragon allowing it to take form. This dragon has another unique trait in that it can spew out a mass of liquid hot caramel, large enough to cover a 15m radius area or for attack/defence. This will be A rank in power counting towards one of the users 3 moves per turn.

Note: Useable twice. Must wait 2 turns after the first one is destroyed to be able to use it again.
Note: The blast of liquid caramel is A rank, counts as a jutsu and requires 30 chakra

The User Forms a Lightning in the Shape of Raijin's Drums behind their back and stretch their arms and hands in front of themselves as if about to clap vertically, calling forth a giant column of energy about 5 meters in diameter down upon the Battlefield to smash into the earth/water surface or directly onto their target. This would easily tear the earth apart, however the technique does not finish here, once it hits the ground, it spreads out while conducting lightning through the battlefield up to a 15 meter radius rapidly due to its nature. The Lightning that branches outwards, through the ground, will rise up as lightning walls that look like flames. The lightning walls do not necessarily spread out omnidirectionally, there will just be many of them scattering around, so the user can have the walls of lightning miss their mark. However, what those within the area of effect cannot evade is the omnidirectional paralysis caused by the harmless lightning travelling through the ground which spreads out at the same pace as the lightning walls the moment this giant column of energy touches the ground. This also effects those within range once the giant column hits the ground, causing their body to be paralyzed. It is only the lightning with paralysis effect traveling through the ground that causes no actual harm beside the paralysis. The giant column of energy and the rising walls of lightning do cause actual harm.

Just note the blood technique is as large as susanoo so trying to avoid it isn't that easy. Not only that, but with 5 in agil, your speed is 10 and you'd only be dodging 5m. Mix that with my dragon being 12 speed and rot being the same....

As his foe jumped back creating the dragon make of caramel, Alex would move towards him as the bird of rot flies forwards following his movement keeping the same distance. The blood dragon would lash out with one two heads, aiming to strike his foe from either side, while the middle head opens it's mouth and spews out a mass of steam that moves at 35 speed.

The blood dragons would crash into the caramel dragon destroying it with ease and the steam would hit his foe head on should they not defend.

Vincent would see the blood dragon and bird on the move, progressing forwards towards him. Alex would make the dragon spew a breath of the weird substance, Vincent kneading his charka and weaving an handseal letting out a massive intense wave of flames to block the rot, As soon as he expelled the flames. Vincent would jump off the dragon heading towards the ground being 10 meters off the ground, landing downwards as the flames and caramel dragon clashing together.

Vincent would slam down on the ground and cause Gamahiro a massive toad warrior to be summoned above Alex and his creations, the sheer size would smashed down causing Alex to fall to the ground from the impact.

His foe seemed to have nothing but fleeting power. He was simply worn out and too weak to put up any form of fight. With that Alex knew his victory was closing in. With that, the rot bird flew to the right side looping around to go behind their foe (ff dodge I guess) as Alex dropped down on his foe with the blood dragon. The entire mass of the blood dragon would bring all its heads onto their foe with all heads striking from every direction to give no escape. What was left of the fire wouldn't stand a chance against the heads. His foe would have no room to escape. Should they continue with the summon, they would die.

Vincent being able to predict the nature of the foes assuaslt theorised that he had no time to escape, He would send a surge of charka and cause his skin to gain massive stone. this would asborb some of damage until his defense crumbled this would send Vincent reeling backwards. his inner thoughts swirled he kept getting defeated... he decided it was time to retreat.

If Alex didnt slaughter him first. Vincent would regain his composure and await his fate, standing his ground. majory wounded from the dragon heads smashing into him.

With the hit you would have taken earlier on in the fight, your lack of speed and the last hit you took, I'd say this is GG.

I mean I could post to have the dragon hit you again but seems pointless, would you agree?
