Shen Woo was out patrolling the borderlands when he saw a weird figure approaching him. From far the figure was dark and mysterious, hiding multiple choices on who this person might be. As the figure came into mid.range it became clearer and clearer to see. "State your name and your business here!"
"Akatsuki!? What reason brings you here?"
Shen Woo says as he grabs two kunai and throws them towards Deidera. On kunai had an explosive tag on it rigged to blow once in close range of the opponent. After releasing the Kunai Shen then starts an arc like run to your right while keeping mid.range.
As the shurikken comes within short range from Deidara, he quickly releases his earth chakra before him and manipulates a section of the ground to lift up in the form of a shield, both kunai then hits the shield and explodes leaving a cloud of dust in its wake.

As Shen woo starts running in a circular formation around Deidara at mid range, Deidara takes out 6 shuriken, 3 in each hand and throws it towards Shen woo in such a way that all of them should hit him simultaneously.
As the 6 shuriken are thrown Shen Woo stops and claps his hands, creating a spiralling vortex of water in front of me, which explodes from the top as a wave that I direct towards you. On its way the wave engulfs the shuriken and continues towards you. I then release a horizontal wave of wind that should slash your chest open if contact is made. "I need no valid reason to attack you once you were that robe!"

As the wave of water makes its way towards Deidara, he gathers his earth chakra and channels it into the ground before him, by doing this he manipulates a section of the earth infront of him to form into a half-dome of earth, as the half-dome is formed Deidara ducks behind it and waits for the wave to make contact, the wave then collides with the dome breaking the impact of the wave, the water then simply just flows by on the sides of the dome and majority of the water gets sucked away by the earth of the dome,

As the lightning needles are released I perform 2 hand seals and exhale a large wind sphere that overpowers the lightning needles and continues towards you at a A Rank level. Shen Woo then generates lightning chakra from his feet which allows him to move at blinding speeds to a position short range to your left where it seems as he just appears, and he expands his right hand and punches you in the face.

Description: By harnessing the earth's electrical fields to generate electricity, this works as long as the user's legs are connected to the earth. If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. C-4 makes Garuda.This jutsu makes a huge copy of the original that explodes sending out millions of microscopic bombs.Also This level makes (Kyuukyoyu Geijutsu)-Ultimate Art where the user detonates them self win and the blast covers 10 kilometers.This will kill the user if done.(Chakra= 40,Damage= 90)

Hmmm. Well due to the way you countered, you would be dead. >_<
When I said short range I didn't mean exactly next to you because partial expansion extends the range of my fists allowing me to keep my distance but bcz I didn't state it we go by your way. I get shocked and you kick me 2-3m backwards, BUT, you neglected to defend against the oncoming wind sphere properly. Even though you was suppose to defend it with your 1st move, I would allow you to defend it with your second move if you had only made a C-2 dragon. Wind is weak to blast but an A rank wind would overpower a C Rank Blast move.
