Lucifer watched as his mysterious adversary entered the field, using the opportunity to prepare for combat he sends a small amount of the sea of life out striking a fly behind him, creating a copy of Belzebuth. The fly began to grow exponentionally, it's body became so large it was human sized, it's legs had become actual legs, giving it a humanoid ability to stand, additionally it grew hands allowing it to grasp things, it's wings became bulkier and more powerful and it's carapace was a hardened crismson. The most dramatic change was it's brain and the chakra system, Lucifer granted it a powerful chakra system and a brain that allowed it to think and feel exactly as the humans do, it was smarter than the average human now, while language would take time to master the fly had an incredible intellect.

(Seimei no Umi: Atarashī Inochi no Tanjō) – Sea of Life: Birth of New Life

Description: This technique is born from the Sea of Life’s powerful ability to reshape life and is used against generic life forms, not other ninja, in the surrounding area. The user will release a small amount of Sea material from their body, sending it into the ground or into the air in order to strike another lifeform. Once struck the afflicted living being will be subjected to the Amino-Geis and to the user’s discretion in reshaping. In essence this technique allows the user to reshape life at a genetic level on anything within the battlefield, barring other ninja. The new life can take on any shape that the user desires, as long as it is no more than thrice the user’s size. It will move at the speed of a Jounin shinobi, have 100 health, 1,000 chakra, and be capable of using techniques from the Sea of Life technique list. The technique can be used against many basic lifeforms, such as bugs, worms, fish, and even an enemy’s summons though summonings will not be altered in terms of health, speed or chakra. In essence, as long as it is living and not another biography or Yin-Yang Creation, then this technique can warp the lifeform to the user’s will. The abundance of life in the earth, sea, and air make it particularly difficult to prevent the user from using this technique, although it is possible within reason. This technique can be used twice per battle, and after use the user is unable to use techniques from the Sea of Life for two turns.

Upon creation, Belzebuth would send out a wave of the sea of life, aimed to crush the mystery opponent beneath it's power, the wave was S ranked in power, and covered a long range area from it's release point smothering the field ahead of Belz and Luci in the sea of life.

Description: The Sea of Life is the principle and signature skill of all Children of Tiamat; like Tiamat, it is a manifestation of their will and an extension of their own bodies. In essence, the Sea of Life emulates the concept of all life being born from the sea. Unlike the All-Mother, the Children of Tiamat expend considerable chakra when accessing this technique, or its variants. The black mud can be generated from any part of the user’s body and is of extraordinarily high density, allowing it to easily engulf and overcome physical obstacles. When used the scale of this technique can vary depending on the rank used; at its highest rank it can surpass even that of Water Release: Great Waterfall. Through physical force alone it can overwhelm multiple opponents, carrying immense concussive force. The user is able to release the mud from their body in any shape that they choose, limited only by their imagination and rank. The technique carries with it the Amino-Geis, forcibly converting whoever is caught into a slave of the user. The mud can be blocked or sealed, although it must respect neutrality and damage values. S-Rank applications can be used thrice per battle, once every two turns.

For the cure of the red illness, Ikiru searched and searched for months but now as his sources led him to a scared site. He had no choice but to embark on a journey to find it. =Days later= After having entered the quiet empty field, that had been closed off with some advanced Fuinjutsu-type barriers as sorts to keep enemies out. Ikiru having struggled, he simply powered through as he prevailed over the seals with sheer power.

He approached the scene carelessly to an extent but as he moved about the place, the nice sunny field gave no indication of a threat/ danger to his senses. Despite having his guard dropped a bit, he was keenly sharp as a Uchiha. He simply moved about as any shinobi should’ve done, scanning for the relic ruins on the floor and the bedding that appeared to have been an old ancient sea temple.

Kneeling down, as the examined the ruins suddenly the air of around him would change as the presence of an enemy hidden revealed their intent. Quickly to activating his Sharingan to its highest degree form. He would turn around swiftly as he simply called forth his personal ethereal guardian.

The black ribcage along with gray chakra shrouding him now as the impact of the incoming assault would smack off his Sasuno’o. The mud would splurging directly off the spiritual deity's form as Ikiru glared into its eyes. Reading into the creature's system then scanning his other opponent’s chakra system too momentarily.

Now looking at it, with very clear visible animosity towards the poor creature, the cold ruthless glare upon creature would be easily read off Ikiru’s face as he frowned. The stare into its very soul as though to rip it directly out of its chest; Ikiru in disgust would have Sasunoo conjure an arm to shove the creature away from the scene (100DMG vs 100DMG, note Sasunoo can attack and defend at the same-time, thus result).

The smack would sending it flying to his right side away from both (roughly into long range distance). Glaring at the man now how resided at mid-range distance from him he would question their goals. Despite his mood, Ikiru wasn't rush to attack a bystander whom wasn't his enemy. Knowing their chakra being relatively and clearly holding a greater kin-relation to each other, in prospect of this, he doubted they were in charge of the assault. “

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.

Description: Uchiha who have achieved Susano'o and have their Mangekyou activated are capable of calling upon Susano'o's skeletal structure, such as a ribcage for basic defence or an arm for interacting with the surroundings. This allows him to attack with quick force or to defend just as well, requiring no hand seals to trigger. The user can do this once every two turns and 4 times in total. If the user has an EMS or higher, the damage and/or defense increases by 20 damage.
Note: Mangekyou or higher must be active to utilize.
Note: Does not count as a full usage of Susano'o. However, if Susano'o has been used and cannot be used again, this cannot be as well.

Edit: As mentioned in VM's I'll be replying as though the arm attack didn't go through, because there is no logical way for it to just pass the giant SoL wave without being struck and negated.

Lucifer and Belzebuth watched as the dark creation struck the sea of life and both were negated, however the sea of life wouldn't be destroyed just having it's damage nullified, the substance remained on the ground. With this occuring, both Lucifer and Belzebuth would create two autonomous arms from each of their backs, Lucifer would immediately use his to fire blasts of the sea of life from the fingertips towards the enemy, causing 90 damage normally, these blasts however were empowered by the star chakra in Lucifers body, reaching 110 damage.

The technique is naturally imbued with the Amino-Geis. Once per turn the arms can produce their own small blasts of Sea of Life material from their tips or hands, depending on how they are shaped. Using his chakra to leap towards a near-by tree as his opponents had transformed themselves attaining extra limbs. The incoming blast would be evaded as Ikiru moved in the opposite direction watching the beast above him while its master fired in the wrong direction to his movement. Suddenly as he would summon a ribcage upon a tree he'd landed on. The enamors chakra would easily shove the mud cleaning his landing as an ethereal creation formed (standard form ) much suddenly. Doing this, he would also go further to release his cursemark too. "I got cocky, huh? Well, HOW WILL YOU DEAL WITH THIS!"

Description: A simple technique, usable by Sharingan users through their prowess with illusionary arts, this genjutsu works solely as a defensive measure. The user will produce an illusionary copy of himself while he escapes the path/area of the attack with a rapid movement, unnoticed and masked by the technique. The enemy will see and hear the user in the original place until the attack connects with the illusionary copy, at which point it will disperse, revealing the true location of the user. The technique can be controlled so as to have the illusionary copy interact and talk in specific ways with the enemy for other purposes, while the user remains hidden from the targets perception. The illusion is often personalized from user to user, namely in its dispersion, sometimes in relation to the users elemental affinity or summoning companions, following a theme unique to him. The limitation is that the user cannot escape large techniques with this ability nor incredibly fast ones. Only techniques which can be escaped by moving out of their way running or through movement can be defended from with this. The main limit however, is that, since its a sustainable illusion, triggering any offensive action towards the target will immediately release the illusion, be it a simple taijutsu move or a ninjutsu attack; any aggressive action the user wants to take will immediately break his focus and control over the technique, releasing the target from it. The stronger the user is with Genjutsu, the easier the technique is to use.
Note: This version of the technique is used by Sharingan users

( Doujutsu: Ikiru o’ Susano'o ) - Eye Technique: Ikiru's Tempestuous God of Valor
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive

Chakra: 120 ( +30 per additional turn )
Damage: N/A ( -10 to user per turn )
Description: A gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susanoo is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susanoo, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susanoo to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully. This grey-faded and black colored Susano'o signifies as Ikiru Uchiha's Tempestuous God of Valor’s trademark.

Standard Form:
In its initial form, Ikiru Uchiha's Susanoo has S-rank durability and for combat, it rather very defensive as it employs a 'Tomoe Shield' unlike the common (S-rank constructs). To elaborate on the shield, its sharp tomoes are noted to be in a constant high-motion as it rotates around in a sonic frequency boom (S-rank or below Sounds can be blocked) producing enough power to create a wind current that shifts the air, as a projected gust similar to a fan (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the fan-shield can be used as makeshift support to the user's Katon jutsu. This is done by the user releasing their jutsu via it as the fans don't interrupt the flames which in turn gives the flames a circular path of rotation upon release, allowing for complex counters (+1 range to Katon jutsu used via Susanoo). The user has complete control over the fan as to activate it, or turn it off whenever they so will it.

Complete Form:
Two turns after it had initially manifested, the user's Susano'o has its chakra stabilized. The user's chakra hence can induces their Susanoo to advance further to its strongest form. In its final form, Susanoo acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a biju. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense, it's fan blast can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range.

Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Izanagi, and Izanami cannot be used.
Note: Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown, after EMS is reactivated.
( Ten no Juin: Ichi ) - Heaven's Cursed Seal: Level 1
Type: Supplementary

Range: Short
Chakra: 30 ( 200 chakra pool; -10 to user per turn )
Damage: N/A
Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. This causes all of his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to use this Senjutsu chakra until the pool is gone. While in this stage, the user gains +15 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +10 to his Taijutsu.
Note: Lasts until the additional chakra pool gained is dissipated.
Note: Can be deactivated at will.

Lucifer watched as his opponent was seemingly struck down by the attack, only to see the genjutsu break as his opponent stood safely away from him, Belzebuth however was unaffected by the genjutsu to begin with, and with this in mind Belzebuth would fire blasts from his autonomous arms towards his opponent as they moved to the tree. Lucifer would follow up on this by releasing blasts from his own autonomous arms towards the opponent. Belzebuth's arm blasts would be 90 damage while Lucifers would be 110 thanks to the star chakra. Lucifers blasts followed behind Belzebuths as Belzebuth would strike first due to not being in the genjutsu.

With his opponent awaking from the illusion and repeating to attack him right after his minion had blasted it's attacks towards him. The Sasunoo would turn upwards towards the incoming attack as the 'Tomoe fan' would begin to rotate slow at first but, then very suddenly picking up dangerous speeds. The powerful gust (S-rank) that would be deployed at twice a sage rank's speed, which now would ravish the area (mud redirected away also) as the incoming attack kept racing towards him It would now be bracing through the torrent gust made by his Sasunoo. It had deployed this defensive maneuver to counter the incoming at the same time as its user molding chakra. Ikiru had molded Katon chakra with a single handseal directly towards the creature above him. Revealing his Uchiha talent as he exhibited extremely skilled use of kunais (paper bombs) that were implanted into his massive fireball that was relatively enhanced by the ash to grow twice its size as it then turned into a cyclone gust storm-like flame through his sasunoo's 'fan shield'. In a panning movement guiding the flames as he unleashed this torrent of flames towards both assaults, the paper bombs within would tigger displacing the incoming shots towards him whist his Sasunoo braced the impacts if any possible leftover shots managed to transfer through the blasts. Description:

Upon producing chakra for a Katon Jutsu, the user will perform three additional handseals, then using the (Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu in conjunction with an A-rank or below Katon technique of their choice. They'll passively unleashing a multitude of paper tags through that Katon jutsu which will act as the medium. Resulting in them exhaling a versatile Katon-infused paper-bomb jutsu towards their opponent. This grants that jutsu of their choice to attain an additional range due to the explosion from the paper bombs, should the user be within range, they too will be affected by the explosion, which ranges from an omnidirectional medium range from point of aim.

Notice: Due to the chakra-based nature of the flames that embedded the kunais as they were surrounded by it, the aftermath will continue to burn even after impact, regardless of the flammability of the object that they ultimately collide with. Can only be used four times with a turn cool down each time. This Jutsu cannot be utilized along with Katon Jutsu that require chakra sustainment, for creations. Only katon 'flame' versions can be augmented with this Jutsu, excluding ash, or gas versions of the element.

Description: After forming three handseals, they'll release a surge of katon chakra around any part of their body to create a layer of hot ash or by release it from their own body, and at will they can manipulate existing ash i.e via; ash gourd. This will not burn the user as they will create a layer of chakra between their skin and the ash to protect themselves. At will, the user can release this ash in a stream of sorts from their hands (even from body-movements) for offensive/Supplementary/defensive purposes, even in enormous amounts. This can be combined with other jutsu like Fire related jutsu to give them +1 rank in damage up to S rank within the same timeframe. If combined with another Fire technique, Death's Hands ends.
Note: While Jutsu is sustained (for up to 3 turns), Users can only utilize Katon or related Fire style Ninjutsu only.

Debuff Upon Ikiru:
40% - An attack causing this amount of damage to the torso will cause further trouble with Ninjutsu. The victim will be unable to use jutsu they have to spit out or use their torso to form without causing 10 damage to themselves.
The sudden destruction of his Sasunoo's defense as the flying beast that flew above him was now burnt to the crisp. Falling to the ground as it was caught on flames, which appeared to sizzle away. It was barely alive! Ikiru was in the same boat too. His right-side liver was nearly severed by his opponent's mud attack. A hole could be easily seen, the mud residue remained to fuel his trauma. Like a true shinobi, his emotions were kept in-check even as he struggled in pain. Exhaustion from Sasunoo and the attack resulted in him falling to his knees.

Casting an genjutsu upon them, they'd see him in the same position struggling in pain, and unable to fight. This would follow the logical beliefs they'd presume to see done to Ikiru. The illusion would cover for his movement, sound, and also environmental animal reactions to his whereabouts.

Suddenly he felt a stinging pain swelling up once more, however quick witted, he decided to scan his cells and quickly. Upon understanding his opponent's attempts to hinder him furthermore, Ikiru into a smoke form, he would separate the affected tissue and mud upon his body. Then, as his opponent was still in an illusion he would move as a gas of smoke, towards a near-by tree. Relocating himself for cover behind it as he kept an eye on them. Undoing his smoke form, he would suffer additional body stress for this feat (-10 DMG), bleeding from his mouth as result. Behind the tree now, he would restore his damaged liver. "Ugh,...such a powerful attack,...one able to...destroying Sasunoo's defense."

Description: A simple technique, usable by Sharingan users through their prowess with illusionary arts, this genjutsu works solely as a defensive measure. The user will produce an illusionary copy of himself while he escapes the path/area of the attack with a rapid movement, unnoticed and masked by the technique. The enemy will see and hear the user in the original place until the attack connects with the illusionary copy, at which point it will disperse, revealing the true location of the user. The technique can be controlled so as to have the illusionary copy interact and talk in specific ways with the enemy for other purposes, while the user remains hidden from the targets perception. The illusion is often personalized from user to user, namely in its dispersion, sometimes in relation to the users elemental affinity or summoning companions, following a theme unique to him. The limitation is that the user cannot escape large techniques with this ability nor incredibly fast ones. Only techniques which can be escaped by moving out of their way running or through movement can be defended from with this. The main limit however, is that, since its a sustainable illusion, triggering any offensive action towards the target will immediately release the illusion, be it a simple taijutsu move or a ninjutsu attack; any aggressive action the user wants to take will immediately break his focus and control over the technique, releasing the target from it. The stronger the user is with Genjutsu, the easier the technique is to use.

Description: A technique very much similar to the Hozuki Clan's Hydrification Technique, the user is able to transform themselves into a smoke-like state by channeling chakra throughout their body. In this form, the user becomes immune to all Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and gas-related techniques unless they are elementally based. They can also manipulate the appropriate chakra for smoke, fire, and any of their own gas-related techniques. The user has complete control over the density of their smoke-like state, allowing them to solidify up to two appendages at once in order to wield standard shinobi tools for freeform combat and basic Ninjutsu/Kenjutsu purposes. This also allows them to use their own body as a source for smoke ninjutsu. However, the user is subject to smoke's weaknesses and strengths. A simple B-Rank Wind jutsu can knock them out of this form, forcing them back to their original body for sometime before they are able to transform themselves once again. As such, this technique forces the user to employ careful, yet effective strategies when it is in effect.

Note: User may not use any sort of speed boost in this form and will stay rooted to the ground.

Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or remove with poisons or toxins, though it can heal damage by them. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal, he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for x amount of damage the user needs to spend 2x amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant.

The mud upon him would double in amount as it begun to melt his whole side. Knowing his genjutsu had failed, he would simply use his clan's forbidden jutsu to save himself. Doing so, he would appear above in the air directly over his opponent (loss of sight in right eye) as they would wonder if they had been placed in another genjutsu. Ikiru would release his CM 1 & 2 allowing him flight so he wouldn't crash down. Now as he peer down on them, he would prepare for his counter attack.

Notice: So after rereading their jutsu, it gives an example of radius increase effect it has on the applied substance it's used on. Since Ikiru's mud substance is relative to the size of the liver shot he took (given opponent didn't elaborate on that, I took the freedom to explain the DMG result). This means the mud's range of effect would double, but not as to equal mid-range/ short range. It known that short range is composed of 5 meters. This effect would be relatively 2 meters max, realistically due to the sheer volume of the mud that's upon the wound left by the previous attack (as detailed in my previous post).

Now you might question of the mud around me, if you look back to my previous post, Sasunoo had redirected the mud away from him (given its ethereal body is relatively a radius of mid-range. Allowing clear landing zoning to stand upon. Meaning the affected outer mud substance would be within long range from him. The point across here is Ikiru's eyes are intact as his whole damaged side melts.

Description: Izanagi is a Genjutsu that is intended to be cast upon oneself and not the enemy though it actually seems to imbue reality with the users will and alter it according to his own needs. When activated the user removes the boundaries between reality and illusion and bends it to achieve the best outcome to his situation. In a certain degree this allows the user to control their own state of existence as well as that of those around him. However, this is only maintained for the briefest of moments. When activated it is capable of turning an injury or even death into an illusion allowing the user to escape harm, but not without a grave cost. The use of this technique results in the loss of a Sharingan eye. The technique essentially allows the user to alter reality and negate any event that might have happened in the last moments of battle (negates anything that has happened to either the user or the enemy in the last 2 turns), the only exception being his own chakra levels.
Note: This version can only be used by Uchiha Bios with access to MS/EMS

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. This causes all of his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to use this Senjutsu chakra until the pool is gone. While in this stage, the user gains +15 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +10 to his Taijutsu.
Note: Lasts until the additional chakra pool gained is dissipated.

Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. This causes all of his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to use this Senjutsu chakra until the pool is gone. While in this state, the user gains +30 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +20 to his Taijutsu. His speed likewise increases, gaining a notable speed increase. Once it deactivates ( regardless of being willed or timing out ), it leaves the user unable to mold chakra above A-Rank or use Taijutsu and related fields above A-Rank for 2 turns. After those 2 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold.
Note: Lasts until chakra runs out or the user deactivates it, whichever is sooner.
Note: Must be in stage 1 to use.
Note: Can be deactivated at will.
Note: Can only be used twice.

The mud upon him would double in amount as it begun to melt his whole side. Knowing his genjutsu had failed, he would simply use his clan's forbidden jutsu to save himself. Doing so, he would appear above in the air directly over his opponent (loss of sight in right eye) as they would wonder if they had been placed in another genjutsu. Ikiru would release his CM 1 & 2 allowing him flight so he wouldn't crash down. Now as he peer down on them, he would prepare for his counter attack.

Well, this was... an interesting read. But I'll get straight to the point. I can't view the VM's on Rucken's profile due to his settings so I've gone off purely what's in here. But with Rucken taking 80 damage, leaving him on 80.

His second to last post (body of smoke, sub etc) would fail, as all the Sea of life is on his body already, should he try to move the vile haze would just move with him. The fist jutsu of his (Sub) would fail, causing him to take the full effects of the vile haze. In this he'd take 140 damage and I'll be honest, from my understanding, a puddle. At this point the fight is lost.




Now I'll go onto the issue that was brought up on the discord server. First of all, I don't get why Rucken made a move, that failed, then made another move immediately after. Even if he decided to continue the fight it would in fact be Arthorius' move.

Now to use Izanagi, you need to have the eyes available to sacrifice to rewrite reality. Look at Danzo, he had a nice stash of them. There are examples in the series where you don't need the actual eye to be activated to use Izanagi, but you still need to have the eye available to sacrifice.

If the eye is destroyed though, that's another matter. In this case, your body would be completely melted by the Vile Haze technique and with it, your eyes would be no more, meaning you have no eye to sacrifice as it's been destroyed. It would be the same if your vaporised someone's head with fire release, the eyes are destroyed, making Izanagi impossible.


TLDR: Arthorius wins

I Agree with Dan buddy. Please don't insult his integrity like that, he is entirely neutral. The Sea of Life would completely melt your body after you failed to do the substitution jutsu because it sticks to you and destroy your eyes. Without eyes you cannot sacrifice them for Izanagi. I saw the RP Q&A and what Drackos meant is you don't have to have the Sharingan active but you still require a physical eye to perform the technique. That's why you can only do Izanagi a maximum of two times. You cannot rewrite reality, therefore you have fallen in battle.

But no harm no foul, just try again another time ^^

Rucken I'm sorry you felt this way, but I am impartial in my checks. If i felt I couldn't be, I wouldn't do the check in the first place. Should a time come when you feel I'm being biased and not doing my job correctly, please go to Imperfect, he is the mod in charge of sense i believe, address your concerns to him and let it be dealt with. But I made my post based on what I read in this thread, nothing more.

As a side note, I hold nothing against you and on the other side, nothing against Arthorius, so I have no reason to show any form of bias. I just do my job how I'm required to. I am also very aware that if my check did seem to be bias, you can always gain another check and report mine and I'd lose my sensei position anyway. So maybe that will give you some peace of mind.

Feel free to message me if you feel you have an issue with you and we can sort it out, though I'd appreciate it if you didn't make comments like above going forwards.
