He smirks and notices Sasuke as the Konoha Hokage right hand man and also Orochimaru past vessel. He knew of Sasuke but no one knows of his existing and his ties to the Kaguya clan where he is from.

The seals are activated with a hand seal. The speed that the weapon comes together is Sannin rank running speed
-Can only place four seals which is the max, no more can be placed until one of the seals is removed.
-The user automatically has a seal on themselves(must have this jutsu posted in the beginning of a match or in the bio) so that leaves three other seals to be used.
-Placing a seal, removing a seal and attraction(bringing them together) counts towards the three moves per turn
- Cannot be used with the projectile clone jutsu

This whole jutsu was created so when the user loses their weapon they can still control it and attack an opponent that isn't looking or drop their guard. The user can control up to 2 objects at a certain time (one per arm). The objects can only be inanimate. The seal on the user's shoulder glows whenever this technique is in use but isn't bright enough to go through none see through clothing. The speed of the objects at what they move is the same as if the user had it in their own hands.

Sasuke watches his opponent as he handles his blade skillfully in the pouring rain. Acting quickly, Sasuke starts by quickly weaving three handseals to concentrate his Raiton chakra approximately 7m behind and 2m to the left of his opponent, from his point of view. This chakra would form a disc of lightning that would hover in the air. Immediately afyer, Sasuke would form a single handseal to form a lightning bolt from his hand. This bolt would transverse the battlefield rather quickly and carry with it highly destructive qualities. Simultaneously, as he fire this shot, a bolt would fire from the disc aiming to nail his opponent from another angle. Contact with either would be lethal, so Sasuke watches to see how his opponent would react.

Description:To begin the user will form three hand seals and focus their chakra into the air in an area of their choice but at least 5m away from the opponent. By doing so they form a small flat disc of pure lightning, this disc possess a single function that revolves around offensive jutsu that occur after its creation. For whenever the user would form or release an offensive jutsu at a target the disc would automatically launch a single focused spear of lightning at the target (A ranked in power) which has great piercing properties. The disc will continue to do so for each offensive jutsu the user employs until it ends or is destroyed(Max of 2 spears per turn). The disc passively takes a constant toll on the users chakra to retain its energy and angle itself at its target.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri
Gon notices the hand seals and hears lightning behind him but doesn't seem as a jutsu is coming at him. He points his left index finger straight at Sasuke releasing a pink beam. This causes Sasuke to be paralyzed to the point can't move nor do anything.

Right after the beam hits Sasuke and he can't move anymore, Gon channels chakra through his legs which isn't visible since its not a focus jutsu. He stomps his legs and releases the chakra under Sasuke and makes four spikes erupt up. The spikes don't do any shaking nor noise, they just burst from the ground(one from the back of Sasuke, right under Sasuke, left and right side of Sasuke). Only way of telling the jutsu coming to Sasuke and the jutsu is being used if there is a doujutsu being used or chakra sensing.
Lightning Release: Lightning Land Spikes (Raiton: Raikou Riki Kasui)

Gon moves over to Sasuke's lifeless and numb body. His boys leans against the spikes that are perieced through his body. He deactivates his lightning spikes and takes Sasuke's body and places it on the ground. Gon takes out a specialized tag that allows to seal nearly anyone and places it on Sasuke's body. He places Sasuke over his right shoulder and walks away whistling.

Description: A basic sealing technique where the user places one or more tags either directly on a target or on a technique which is restraining it. As its placed, a sealing formula spreads around the technique or the target, sealing it. This technique has been seen used with Sand ninjutsu, Earth, Water, Wood, Cloth Ninjutsu, etc but basically any technique in which you can apply the tags can be used. In the case of expert ninjas, the tags might even be incorporated into the restraining technique, with no need to actually manually place the tag or tags. Additionally, less experienced ninjas can find that throwing one or more kunais with the sealing tags attached at the technique which will trigger the same effect when the kunais stick on the technique. This prevents the target from moving, molding chakra or even being summoned.
Note: The seal takes a while to form, so most opponents can either counter the restraining technique (thus preventing the sealing formula of taking effect) or rip off the tags from themselves negating its effects entirely. If the target, however, fails to counter the restraining technique or is counter to it fails or if he doesn't remove the tags in his next move, then the seal will fully be placed and the target unable to release himself.
Note: This technique is specially designed to be used on summons and Edo Tensei Summons but will work on any opponent except Jinchurikiis.
