Nico Robin stares at the young Inuzuka. Without a proper greeting, she went on ahead with an attack. Through the use of a single hand seal, she creates a mass of water underneath Ling which rises up at a rapid pace, eventually covering him completely in a sphere of water. Unable to breath, and bound to suffocate if left in the sphere for long duration, Ling would need to find an immediate escape. Nico Robin was aware that she would have a short time interval between his first and second attack- with that in mind, she releases a fast spear of lightning. If left undefended, the lightning spear would pierces through the sphere of water, and through Ling's body. It also reacts with the water to electrocute the enemy, resulting in paralysis. "What a cute dog. Its hard to believe one would risk his safety by forcing him to battle."
Standing from the same position, Nico Robin remains calm and simply waits for the enemy's response.
