Eren stands before a large man - known for his antics in the Ninja World. His dark aura could be felt from afar. Raising his hand towards him, Eren states;

"Blackbeard, today your reign ends."

His dark eyes form into the accursed three tomoe Doujutsu, keeping an eye on his foe as he invites his approach.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

(Ensui Katatsumuri Kuchiyose: Mizugameza) Cone Snail Summoning: Aquarius (Ref)

Description: Aquarius is the only cone snail that is a master of an element (water), making her one of the elites among the cone snail family and one of the very few who can use an element freely. Aquarius is even said to be one with nature (Water). Aquarius is 2 feet long and 3 feet tall (The shell is included in the size), Being able to ride or attach herself to the user for mobility. Her regular body is dark blue though you can never see her full body as its attached to the shell, you can tell by her eyes as they stick out from the shell along with her mouth. Her Shell is a clear water blue color with white speaks all across it, making it look like glitter all down her shell with the Aquarius symbol (♒) on the side of her shell. Her voice being almost identical to virgos, being as smooth as the ocean but can be distinguished if you been around them long enough. Being able to speak English properly. The shell takes the shape of a cone and is very sturdy but due to her size a disadvantage, giving her immunity to C rank and below elemental techniques and up to B rank Taijutsu (Excluding EIG Techniques) when she withdraws into her shell, this being her defense (This is excluding all techniques that came from below as she is vulnerable to all attacks from below due to her shell not covering her bottom half). Just like every cone snail she has a harpoon for a tongue hers being the size of a senbon. Allowing her to launch her harpoon (Tongue) towards an opponent with great speed twice as fast as virgos due to her small body but at such a weaker strength being A rank in strength. The poison with this cone snail is one of the weaker ones, as it does no harm to the body physically .Once the harpoon hooks inside the opponent, the poison inside the harpoon will release from the tooth (Harpoon) and spread inside the opponents body with extreme haste towards the opponents body system causing the opponents body to become fatigued. This will only allow the opponent to use two jutsus in their next two moves, and Depending where the harpoon is shot it can be lethal (Piercing through the head, or heart).Aquarius can then withdraw the harpoon bringing the opponent with it, or release the harpoon from the opponents body retracting the harpoon it itself. This is all cone snails way of fighting. Withdrawing into the cone shell for defense and extracting the harpoon for offense. Aquarius isnt normally a fighter summon due to her unique abilities. Due to Aquarius being one with water, she is able to sense water up to 50 meters away allowing her to be alert with water be it from a distance or even below. Also due to her mastery of water, she is not only able to use the water element up to and including S-Ranks.

It was a long time coming, but Eren's clock was about to strike midnight. Months of scheming and plotting lead up to this very moment, the Blackbeard classic; a jumping. Facing off against Eren, Blackbeard and his two personal summons would swiftly kicks things off, launching a coordinated three point attack. Blackbeard himself would open up with a localised 10m deep swamp, spanning a 6 meters radius with Eren at it's center. Aquarius would summon a mass of water 10 meters above Eren, aimed to crush the man and send him deeper into the clutches of the swamp at a faster pace. Sagittarius on the other hand would launch his fast moving (40) harpoon towards Eren, aiming for the gut. All in all, Eren should be locked in place with limited escape options while being attacked from different directions. All the while, all three would avoid direct eye contact.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a thick, newer impossible to move in swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
Note: A rank use can extend up to mid range and will cause a target to become engulfed after one turn and suffocate after taking 60 damage per turn.
Note: S rank use can only be used by Primary Earth Specialists and can extend up to a single landmark in range and will cause a target to become engulfed and suffocate after one turn, taking 80 damage per turn.

Description: Sagittarius is the archer and assasin of the cone snail family. Due to their fighting mechanism this is very important and easily places him at the top with other with special abilities due to his quickness alongside his extreme great accuracy,and eye sight. Sagittaruis is 2 feet long and 2 feet tall (The shell is included in the size), Being able to ride or attach himself to the user for mobility. His regular body is a faded black color though you can never see his full body as its attached to the shell, you can tell by his eyes as they stick out from the shell along with his mouth. Allowing him to launch his harpoon (Tongue) towards an opponent with great speed twice as fast as Aquarius. Whats unique about this cone snail, is unlike all the other cone snails. His harpoon (tongue) contains no poison, but his harpoon shoots the fastest and is the strongest for its size being S rank in strength. Sagittarius is known for quick assassinations due to its incredible archer skills. He is able to track things faster then a normal shinobi (That of a tai master) , and can see twice as far as a regular shinobi. This is due to his harpoon (tongue) being able to reach long range unlike most cone snails as all of them except for one (excluding himself) reach up to mid range. His harpoon can pierce the flesh with extreme ease and like all of the cone snails. He can either hook his prey/opponent and retract his harpoon causing the opponent to retract alongside it, or not hook his opponent and retract it either way. Sagittarius tongue is extremely flexible, which wont allow his tongue to be severed unless its by strong piercing techniques (most wind, and lightning techniques (A rank and below). Kunais, Shurikens, swords, etc dont work)

Haven't seen a canon technique combo in a while.


Eren would look on upon the larger than life man as he laughs. Using his Sharingan, Eren is able to see the pool of chakra form beneath him hastily. Without wasting a moment, Eren would form a disk of Wind beneath his feet as he glides into the air towards the right in a curve, dodging the formation of the swamp and the water from above, as he hears it form. The accursed Doujutsu would serve to indicate the release of the harpoons, water and earth in one swift move. Jumping off from the disk to his left onto unaffected ground, Eren would launch the disk at his foe - unleashing a flurry of Wind to slice his opponent.

"Tch."

Eren sucks wind through his teeth, mocking the man - long past his prime yet clinging to the golden days of anarchy.

Description: The user gathers wind chakra below their feet which is then manipulated into becoming a jet of wind that lifts the user above the surface they're standing on, whether it's ground, water source, etc. The jet of wind is large enough for the user to stand on. This jet of wind is immediately upon creation controlled by the user to travel the trajectory they desire while they themselves are standing on it, allowing them to travel that same trajectory. They are capable of moving freely above a surface and even sending themselves to mid-air or maintaining their airborne position. The user can perform other techniques while riding the jet if it were to be sustained for multiple turns. Its traveling speed is astounding yet the user and the jet of wind can be seen and tracked with the naked eye. Traveling with such speed would allow the user to (upon creation of the jet) even evade medium-scaled attacks such as "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu" and the likes of it while also potentially approaching their opponent. Once done, the user can leave the jet, leaving it to continue in a straight trajectory as it turns into a gale of slicing winds that leaves severe cuts on anything on its path. A notable attribute to this technique is that its formation is near instantaneous, which allows the user to evade close quarters combat attacks.

Responding to the evasion and subsequent follow up attack, Aquarius would release a torrent of water to clash with the wind. The wind would overcome the water, splitting through it and continuing on at a weakened state. Blackbeard on the other hand would activate his Multi-Size Technique, doubling in size and simply stepping forward to tank the remaining wind without suffering any damage. (15 AP Damage shaving vs 10 Damage Wind). Aquarius would use the water that was sent aside by the wind to create a water beast that starts circling around, aiming to flank Eren with the intention of ending 6 meters behind him. Neither the beast or BB would attack yet. Naturally, throughout all, direct eye contact would be avoided.

Blackbeard's size increases as he tanks the Wind, and his summon would manifest a beast made of Water. Without fail, Eren would react. With a single hand seals, a large portal would open above them - releasing copious amounts of mud that harden the Water beast into a rock solid formation, as well as aim to restrict Blackbeard and his summon. Furthermore, from the portal, a 7 meter long dragon would emerge as it aims to kamikaze itself onto the restricted foes, causing blunt damage upon impact. The downpour of mud continues throughout.

Doton - Bourei no Tsuchi | Earth Release - Tyranny of Terra

Description: The user will perform a single handseal and slam their hands onto the ground before causing a wide portal to open up above the battlefield (Similar to Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop). From the portal, a heavy downpour of adhesive rain will be let forth with the exception that the droplets are composed entirely of sticky mud rather than water. Once the droplets of mud make contact with anything, the mud will swiftly harden into sturdy, solid rock. However, since the droplets of mud are made from the user's chakra, they will be unaffected by its stickiness and droplets which come into contact with them will not harden into rock. As a result, this technique can be used to encase the opponent in a makeshift prison of rock or even to convert the surface of nearby water sources and swamps into earth, restricting their usage. Since the downpour spans over the course of two turns, conventional methods of offsetting the technique are negated (e.g. Chidori Nagashi) as at best they'll have a momentary effect. To effectively counter this technique, the opponent can use a continuous lightning-based technique (e.g. the Raikage's Armour) or acquire a suitable shelter/defense to seek cover under. Another way of countering this technique is the destruction of the portal itself with a strong enough technique (following Earth's elemental strengths and weaknesses).

Description: Using pre existing mud, which is great in size, the user will send his chakra into it to form a dragon. This dragon is great in size, reaching up to 7 meters in length if the mud source is as great as it is upon performance (Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld) which is of A rank. If the user were to form a dragon from mud source which size is similar to one after performance of (Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop, its size would be up to 5 meters. This dragon is going to stay on battlefield as long as there is a mud source but it cannot be regenerated. If the dragon were to leave the source, it can be active on the ground as long as it has not been destroyed. With another handseal, the Dragon can be dispersed into a larger number of smaller dragons whom's tasks are to completely cover the opponent in mud while at the same time creating damage because of blunt damage which is made as they stumble upon the enemy. The dragon can be used for defense following elemental weaknesses and strengths as well as a source for performance of other techniques that require mud. It can be used to attack opponent and cause blunt damage by hitting them. If the source of mud is of A rank or S rank, keeping in mind that source is of same size as it is formed upon performance of Swamp of the underworld Dragon which is formed will be of S rank (its length would be either six or seven meters). If the source is of B rank, the Dragon will be of A rank and its length would be up to 5 meters. If the mud source is of C or D rank, its length would be up to 3 meters.

As the portal opens up in the sky, Blackbeard would dart backwards 5ms (Free Dodge), carrying his summons on his massive body while doing so. His large strides making the movement swifter and more effective. The water beast would however be an acceptable causality. Whilst moving backwards, BB would release 2 bone dragons, their pigmentation and coloration blackened to match that of Blackbeard himself. The dragons would be quite big in size, each matching BB's own which would be around 7 meters. The dragons would clash with Eren's own, overwhelming it and returning to full strength before continuing on towards Eren himself, aiming to attack from the left and right sides.

Then it shall be your last day on this earth. ZEHAHAHAHAHA!
(Kōun no Makaon) – Blessing of Machaon

Description: This supplementary infusion capitalizes on a Shikotsumyaku user’s ability to regenerate bones at extremely rapid rates, similar to techniques like Dance of the Clematis Flower. Through an infusion of chakra, within the same timeframe, the user imbues within a Shikotsumyaku technique the ability to regenerate from damage which is not strong enough to destroy it. This regeneration takes the form of the calcium on the bones rapidly replenishing itself, spreading to restore the damaged portion very quickly. Thus, techniques that do not possess the inherent level of damage high enough to completely neutralize or overpower it will fail to weaken it, allowing it to be passively restored to its maximum strength. This technique can be used four times per battle, and cannot be used for two turns thereafter. This technique can be applied to a maximum of S-Rank Shikotsumyaku techniques.
(Majo Kōgō Gishiki) – Witch-Queen’s Ritual

Description: A technique that utilizes a Shikotsumyaku user’s ability to manipulate the density of their bones at will, similar to that in the Dance of the Camellia. As a supplementary infusion this technique is applied within the same timeframe as the Shikotsumyaku technique it used with. The Witch-Queen’s Ritual increases the density of the technique’s bone structure many times over, hardening them to a level that exceeds that of even Steel Release. Because of this shift in density, the applied Bone technique will appear blackened and allow the user to produce black bones, compared to their traditional white. This transition causes the manipulated Bone technique to gain an inherent strength against Steel Release, while becoming weak against Fire Release. Likewise, the increase in density increases the damage potency of the technique by +1 rank, or 20 damage for techniques above S-Rank. The Witch-Queen’s Ritual can be used thrice per battle, with a two-turn cooldown between usages.
( Nibai Hone Doragon ) - Double Bone Dragon

Description: An advanced form of the it's A ranked parent technique. The user will release two bone Dragons which can bind the enemy and using further manipulation, bone spikes can grow from the Dragon's body to pierce the enemy or can be shot from its mouth. These dragons are notable larger than the parent technique, twice the size. The vital difference between these jutsu is the number of Dragon's made.
Note: Can only be used twice.

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.

Description: Doom's Devour is a wind technique which is used to supplement techniques of elements which traits are one of heat or coolness within reason. It can be applied to both basic and advanced elemental natures. By knowing that each body that produces heat creates an air-cloak around themselves as to be capable of protecting from being affected by real temperature by feeling one which is eather few degrees cooler or hotter, user would use wind chakra as to eliminate it before the intial techniques reaches them. With performance of a single hand seal, user would coat a technique with wind chakra which function would be the one of affecting the air-cloak which is produced around entites. By doing this, the temperature that is felt by the technique intially sent would either increase or decrease (depending on the element used) due to opposing technique/entity not being in possession of the air-cloak which they are creating as to cushion the climate. So if a scorching technique is affected by the wind, it will not increase its size, flames and similar, however temperature which is felt by the opposing party would increase due to them not possessing the usual air-cloak which protects them from the said conditions. This technique is initiated with a performance of a single hand seal and due to its nature being the one to supplement other techniques once used it will happen in corresponding time-frame to the technique which it was used with. This would increase the damage of hot/cold techniques due to the increase in heat or coolness which is felt by those who are not enveloped by the air cloak.

We follow the ye old, 'if it's not mentioned, I'll take it as most convenient' !!! Strength of the dragons returns to full strength from Blessing of Machon, so your Roaring Condensation would have 20 damage left in it after the clash.


It seemed it was high time Blackbeard started taking control over the field. Responding to the opponent's counter, BB would bring forth a massive city. Buildings would be in the path between BB and Eren, effectively tanking the remainder of the Roaring Condensation whilst also creating a blockade that is restored to full strength due to the nature of the jutsu. The buildings would be made in a way that their windows would allow for a small but precise attack to be sent through them at an angle. Naturally the angle would have been one created with Sagittarius' position atop the gigantified BB in mind, a fact the aforementioned Snail would take advantage of. Sagittarius would launch it's fast moving (40) harpoon once more, aiming for Eren's head. On the other side of things, Aquarius would bring forth a thick mist into the field, aiming to further obstruct the vision of Eren and establish more control over the field.

Unlike Outbreak, which employs a type of emergence of Bone matter simply to cover the battlefield, the Kingdom of Israel creates a much more complex series of structures on the battlefield that are intended to mimic the capital city of Solomon’s kingdom, Jerusalem. After performing three handseals,The technique essentially overtakes the battlefield with a number of bone structures; the outer limits of the battlefield become encased a large ten-meter-tall bone wall forming a barrier around the city. Within the walls a massive array of buildings, varying in size and type, burst from the earth. In essence the technique recreates a perfect model of the Kingdom of Israel, imposed upon the battlefield. The Kingdom of Israel is imbued naturally with a characteristic akin to that in the Blessing of Machaon, making it capable of regenerating from damage that does not immediately destroy it and passively draws upon ten of the user’s chakra per turn in order to sustain it, although allowing the user to independently operate. This technique can be used twice per battle, once every four turns. The user is unable to use Shikotsumyaku techniques above A-Rank in the same turn.

Description: Sagittarius is the archer and assasin of the cone snail family. Due to their fighting mechanism this is very important and easily places him at the top with other with special abilities due to his quickness alongside his extreme great accuracy,and eye sight. Sagittaruis is 2 feet long and 2 feet tall (The shell is included in the size), Being able to ride or attach himself to the user for mobility. His regular body is a faded black color though you can never see his full body as its attached to the shell, you can tell by his eyes as they stick out from the shell along with his mouth. His Shell is a midnight black color with small white patterns all around it with the sagittaruis symbol (♐) on the side of his shell. His voice is very low but stern. He doesnt talk much unless he is talked to. The shell takes the shape of a cone and even though he is one of the smaller ones, his shell is very tough for his size giving her immunity to A rank and below elemental techniques and up to A rank Taijutsu (this does not include eig taijutsu) when he withdraws into her shell, this being his defense (This is excluding all techniques that came from below as he is vulnerable to all attacks from below due to the shell not covering the bottom half). Just like every cone snail he has a harpoon for a tongue his being the twice the size of a senbon. Allowing him to launch his harpoon (Tongue) towards an opponent with great speed twice as fast as Aquarius. Whats unique about this cone snail, is unlike all the other cone snails. His harpoon (tongue) contains no poison, but his harpoon shoots the fastest and is the strongest for its size being S rank in strength. Sagittarius is known for quick assassinations due to its incredible archer skills. He is able to track things faster then a normal shinobi (That of a tai master) , and can see twice as far as a regular shinobi. This is due to his harpoon (tongue) being able to reach long range unlike most cone snails as all of them except for one (excluding himself) reach up to mid range. His harpoon can pierce the flesh with extreme ease and like all of the cone snails. He can either hook his prey/opponent and retract his harpoon causing the opponent to retract alongside it, or not hook his opponent and retract it either way. Sagittarius tongue is extremely flexible, which wont allow his tongue to be severed unless its by strong piercing techniques (most wind, and lightning techniques (A rank and below). Kunais, Shurikens, swords, etc dont work)

A massive city would materialize, tanking the cold air as it blasts through the air. Without a moment's notice, Eren would react. Focusing his Raiton chakra, Eren would manifest a large vortex of Lightning around him, destroying parts of the city as it hurls towards his foe - encompassing the snails attack in its approach, easily trackable by Eren's enhanced Doujutsu. Attached to the Lightning is a spiritual tether, quickly attaching itself to his foe's chakra network as it diminishes the attack, weakening his response.

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.

As Eren utilises his technique and it clashes with the DBP, BB would feel something weakening him. In response BB would power up hoping to subvert the tether but to no avail. Regardless, he would dash at Eren to attempt to deliver a quick combo, kicking Eren in the head to send him into the air with his right foot before jumping above Eren and delivering a left foot drop kick to the head to send Eren crashing back down.

On the other end of things, Aquarius would manipulate the mist previously created to blind Eren while BB does his attack, aiming to limit the man's visual prowess even further.

( Chō Mōdo ) - Butterfly Mode

I was asked to check this because Vayne hates me and wants me to do work. Prick.

Just for my own mentality, will do this on a grading ish.

Turn 1:

Ester: So BB uses A rank swamp. Aquarius water above. Sagittarius uses the harpoon (These need to go to ME lmao).

L: He makes the wind below him that lifts him to avoid and launch it as his foe.

Only issue I see here is that the wind disc forms and is A rank making it 11 speed. The harpoon was 40 speed. With that in mind there is a chance you'd be hit in this case as you'd need to form, lift and move.

Turn Result: Ester due to the creative combo.

Turn 2

Ester: With the wind coming, he releases water and expands to tank the rest because of AP shiz. His summon uses the water that was used to block as a source for a water beast.

L: Creates a portal dropping sticky mud that turns to solid rock on contact. Then using the mud to make a dragon.

Turn Result: Draw. Both of you using sources from, in your move to advance you move which is nice and thermatic.

Turn 3

Ester: He ff dodges back holding his summons thanks to the expansion. THen unleashes bone dragons, strong enough to overpower the earth dragon.

L: I see you say the portal opens to long range, but the jutsu says "wide portal" and "Similar to Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop". Going off the wording of the technique, nothing states it covers the field to long range. The range in the technique suggests it could be made short to long range. Your wording in your prior move also said you made it above them, not saying the range. As Ester then moved from that location, it wouldn't be above them based on that wording. I see you said you should of stated that but just wanted to address it.

As for your actual move. Your wording could cost you in the future. You used the word "Simultaneously" meaning the things happen at the same time. With this you would activate your EMS and Liquid Nitrogen technique at the same time. Even though the EMS is passive, you can't do 2 jutsu that require chakra at the same time. Passive would mean it doesn't take a slot in the TF. You'd have to say you passively activate the EMS then activate LN tech. I'm saying this cause it cost me when I did the same with paths in the grand rp tourny 2018 I think it was.

As for your move, long range nuke on steroids to deal with all.

Ester - Dragons were restored. Clash with the LN. Uses a Cj which made me laugh with the crossed out name. He makes a city, lines up a city with too many words, shoots another harpoon.

L: Thunder dragon with hungry ghost. It protects him, destroys city first, applies the hungry ghost. Just one thing I need to check on. If it's clashing with the city first, which technically equal to 80 damage. Based on current clashing rules found x the lightning clashes with the walls, 105 -80=25. Then it would hit the harpoon which is S rank. Not sure where that man got the buff and cba look, so saying S rank. 25 left vs 80 would leave you taking that hit.
