As toshiro notices his opponent ahead of him, he the releases his desire to kill you. While relasing this you are petrified and freezes in place. You then see your horrible death Right before your eyes. As you are unable to move, Toshiro performs one handseal creating a large amount of lightning chakra to surround the palm of his right hand. Toshiro then dashes and jumps across yelling 'Rikiri', as he lands thrusting his hand through your heart killing you.( Well since im Kag and your s class you will be frozen for about 30 seconds or less but that gives me more than enough time to kill you)
