We'll start at Mid-Range
I'll use Itachi in my signature; it's severely outdated but my current rank is S-Class.
I begin by activating my Sharingan, though it's one tomoe and therefore only grants me limited tracking abilities. I immediately follow the activation by running directly towards you and exhaling a large fireball that closes in on you from the front. Even after releasing the fireball, I continue running, following in its trail.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

While running behind the fireball, I draw four shuriken and breathe wind onto each one in order to enhance their speed, range and lethality. I skillfully throw each of the shuriken in a parabolic arc so that they fly towards you at different directions from behind the fireball. Two will assault you from above, while the other two will come from each of your sides (one would close in from your right, the other from the left). The shuriken are timed to reach you just after my first technique, cutting you into pieces while you would be defending against with the flames.

Belmod was chillin, just waiting for the quiet man to speak, before he knew it the mans eyes would change into a crimson read, to Belmod this implemented the man were prepared to take offensive action, Belmod quickly channeled chakra in the ground. As the opponent began to run huge rock pillars would erupt from the ground one directly in front of the man[blocking the blast of fire] one from directly behind the man and one from each side [left and right], all attempting to pierce his body. While the pillars were to rise and rage toward the opponent, Belmod quickly releases more chakra causing water to sprout up from beneath the opponents feet, capturing him within a sphere of water.

Immediately after releasing my fireball, I perceive you channeling Doton chakra through the ground and pooling it in several areas around me with my Sharingan. With this, I predict an incoming Earth Style technique. As the earth quakes, I'm alerted to the presence of one of your earth spikes behind me and so, as it rises out of the ground, I quickly jump into the air. As I jump into the air I release a stream of wind from my mouth, aimed downwards and in such a way that I can perform an acrobatic back-flip while flying higher in the air. I do this instead of performing the Vacuum Blade from my previous turn.
Upon back-flipping, rather than being skewered, I land safely on the tip of the Earth Pillar that rose from behind me. The Rock Pillar in front of me is destroyed by my fire technique, meanwhile, I avoid being pierced by the other pillars by riding on the one that came up from behind me. Additionally, as it carries me into the air, it allows me to avoid your Gushing Water Imprisonment by lifting me up and out of the prison before it can fully form. Likewise, I would also avoid being caught in your lightning jutsu.

While riding on your Rock Pillar, I look in your direction and place you under a Genjutsu. Within the illusion, you see multiple explosions going off in your immediate vicinity as well as in front of you, near the earthen pillars that you created (the ones that I'm not riding on). Due to the perceived realism of the illusion, the ground would begin to collapse around you and the earthen pillars would appear to fall backwards and towards you, dislodged from the ground and propelled by the explosions.

The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

Belmod channels chakra into the ground, causing sticky adhesive mud to burst out from the earth surrounding [including the earth spikes] the opponent, attempting to latch onto the him as he guided himself throughout the air, with intentions of incasing his body making it difficult to move as it hardens crushing his bones in the process. With no hesitation Belmod inhales then exhales a large ball of flames, in which once within close range would spread into a maelstrom of fire balls igniting the entire surrounding area thats covered in the adhesive mud, engulfing the opponent if he were to get caught in it.
(Doton: Shinku Bohi) - Earth Release: The Scarlet Tombstone

Description: The user will release their chakra into the ground, then by manipulating their chakra, they cause an abundance of adhesive sticky mud to burst up from the ground around and beneath the opponent(s). The mass of mud quickly forming into a tombstone-like shape while clinging to the target, then quickly hardens and encases the whole of the opponent in solid rock. The rock quickly continues to constrict around the opponent, growing tighter and tighter until it eventually crushes them with immense force. Multiple tombstones can be created to encase and destroy multiple enemies, or a single large tombstone can be created to destroy a group of enemies, or one large enemy. The Tombstone created can be no larger than Gamakichi and if multiple Tombstones are created, their total size combined cannot exceed that of Gamakichi.

While I maneuver through the air, I witness mud bursting out of the ground and from your earth pillars. Upon finishing my backflip, I immediately cut off the Wind Stream technique and proceed to retaliate. To protect myself from being ensnared by the mud, I release a current of unfocused lightning from my body. The mud would crumble and fall before it could even make contact with my body. Meanwhile, I still land safely on the Earth Pillar behind me.
(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
In conjunction with my landing on the Earth Pillar and as you release your fire towards me, I form a Chidori in each hand. Taking advantage of my higher position, I clap both hands together and release a massive lightning bolt in your direction. The power of my attack is such that it would effortlessly plow through your fire technique, disperse it, and close in on you immediately after.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.
Afterwards, I merely watch from my higher position and observe how you react.

Upon finishing my backflip, I immediately cut off the Wind Stream technique and proceed to retaliate. To protect myself from being ensnared by the mud, I release a current of unfocused lightning from my body. The mud would crumble and fall before it could even make contact with my body. Meanwhile, I still land safely on the Earth Pillar behind me.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.

In conjunction with my landing on the Earth Pillar and as you release your fire towards me, I form a Chidori in each hand. Taking advantage of my higher position, I clap both hands together and release a massive lightning bolt in your direction. The power of my attack is such that it would effortlessly plow through your fire technique, disperse it, and close in on you immediately after.

This particular earth technique would allow me to "raise the weight" and by extension, petrify and solidify all of the mud around me so that I'm no longer in danger of sinking.

From this opening, an enormous Earthen Lid drops down and hits Manda in the head, crushing you while also trapping the Snake under its weight. Because of your current height, the Lid would hit you almost immediately, cutting you off just before your Water Dragon Whip can be effectively applied. Even if Manda is immune to damage from B-Ranks, he should still be rendered immobile. Additionally, if you the summoner gets hit, he should vanish from the field anyway.

Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
While Manda kept visual of the now mobile opponent, Belmod drawing his attention back toward him while performing a single hand seal, quickly spitting out a bullet sized chunk of rock toward the running opponent, in which would expand into boulder size upon flight. As soon as Belmod spits out the rock, he immediately swipes out single an explosive tagged kunai, throwing it in the same path as the boulder, so its hidden behind it. Once its within mid range of the opponent Belmod forms a series of hand seals, causing the tagged kunai to multiple into a wall of 1000 explosive tagged kunai, raining from above and in front of the opponent.

This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
While Manda kept visual of the now mobile opponent, Belmod drawing his attention back toward him while performing a single hand seal, quickly spitting out a bullet sized chunk of rock toward the running opponent, in which would expand into boulder size upon flight. As soon as Belmod spits out the rock, he immediately swipes out single an explosive tagged kunai, throwing it in the same path as the boulder, so its hidden behind it. Once its within mid range of the opponent Belmod forms a series of hand seals, causing the tagged kunai to multiple into a wall of 1000 explosive tagged kunai, raining from above and in front of the opponent.

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.
I watch as you destroy the lid and proceed to release your earth technique. As your rock bullet transforms into a boulder and gets within range, I proceed to channel raiton chakra to my hands. As your boulder gets within range, I release the gathered Lightning in the form of a 120 degree blast that not only destroys your Earth technique, but obliterates the many kunai that were aimed to hit me from behind the rock. If I'm not mistaken, 2 A Ranks = 1 S Rank. Therefore my technique would cancel out after destroying your two.

I immediately follow by slamming my hands down on the ground and rapidly lowering the earth around you and Manda a full 100 meters. The ground would move so fast that it would prevent you and Manda from moving in the process. I lower the earth in such a way that you and Manda would now be trapped within a gaping circular hole, while I stand over the precipice of the hole.

The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

This technique is the pinnacle of all Uchiha fire technique, a literal seas of flames. It would roast you alive and leave no corner of the hole for you to run to. Likewise, it would be difficult for Manda to burrow into the ground and escape, as the walls of the hole would be scorched and turn to lava.

Belmod from his elevated position watches as his opponents hands began to emit lightning before firing toward his previous rock attack. Belmod immediately inhales as he performs a single hand seal, then exhaling a quick and tremendous blast of wind toward the opponents direction, tearing everything up in its path. Now that his opponent is within mid range once again, Belmod quickly makes another attempt to catch his opponent with in an illusion, where snakes appear from the ground binding themselves around him, restricting movement and crushing him.
