As Kakuzu calmly watches the squinty eye man do the hand seal for a shadow clone jutsu he simply manipulates the threads in his feet and forces them downward out of his soles thus letting them pierce through the earth below him and travel to Gin, Tousen and Aizen's position. Before they have time to even notice what he has done the threads shoot up from below him in an abundance to pierce them in the calves and thighs thus making their legs essentially useless.
At the same time as he's controlling the threads to attack you guys he allows all three of his hearts to detach and scatter in different directions; the fire mask would arc to the right in mid air at a mid range distance from both the ground and you while the wind mask does the same but on the opposite side. The lightning mask simply elevates above me at mid range just in case its assistance is needed.
