I'll be using my Azazel bio. A link is in my signature.
We start mid range from one another.
The location is a grassy plain.
All out. NOTE: my replies may be a bit delayed until thursday when I finish my exams.
Azazel stood tall, dressed in his long maroon colored coat. He rested his left hand upon the hilt of his sheathed katana, making the sheath rise upwards a bit and make a small metallic sound.

First come, first serve. Preferably someone who I haven't fought yet. You start.
I'm using Mugen in sig. Sidenote: How tall is the grass?
________________________________________________________
Mugen wanders through the field, the grass rustling at his feet. He was bored, bearing right on the edge of sleepy. His eyelids were starting to feel heavy when he noticed a man standing in the field with a sword. "So, you're a swordsman, huh?" Mugen says to the man, grabbing the handle of his sword with his right hand. "Well, that's perfect!" he yells, charging towards the man. The sword was sheathed onto his back, with the handle resting on the right side of his body for quick access to his right hand. He ran with his body leaned forward slightly, his eyes locked onto the man and carefully reading him to see any movements. Hopefully, he could ease his boredom a bit. As he gets within close quarters of Azazel, he removes his sword and slash from his right to left in a downwards fashion, slashing him across his chest. Immediately after, Mugen uses the momentum of positioning of his arm after the slash to his advantage, creating another fluid motion by thrusting his elbow, which would be in front of Azazel's face after the slash, into his nose, pushing him back. "Let's see what you got," Mugen says as blood drips from the man's wound.

It's like normal grass that you would see on a trimmed lawn.
_____________
Azazel noticed a man who was stumbling around, looking quite tired. It looked to him like he as even about to pass out, but that's when the man noticed him. Mugen's attitude and posture completely changed once he saw Azazel, like he was a gift or some kind of newfound entertainment.
"So, you're a swordsman, huh?" Mugen called out to Azazel. Wellll, yes, I guess I could be called a swordsman. Azazel patted the hilt of his katana as he said this.
Mugen reached for his own blade and began a charge towards his opponent as he yelled
"Well, that's perfect!"
Mugen advanced towards Azazel at a rapid pace, but Azazel just stood there with his left hand on his katana, waiting. Once Mugen moved close enough into short range, he saw him begin to move the arm that was holding his hilt, likely in an attempt to slash him. Azazel darted forwards to catch his opponent off guard by shortening the distance between them, and unsheathed his katana to smack him in the gut with the end of the hilt in one fluid motion. Azazel re-sheathed his sword as he spun his upper body clockwise a bit for momentum, then slammed his left leg into the right side of Mugen's rib cage. With the same leg, he then kicked Mugen in the jaw with a rising kick, knocking him into the air and away from him. Azazel darted towards the place where Mugen was supposed to land, and met him there with a punch to the gut, knocking him to the ground.
...
Yo, guy. You're not dead, are you? Azazel said this as he poked his opponent with a stick he found lying on the ground.

Damage points: 40
Description: The user bolts in front of the enemy who they then strike with their sword handle before delivering several kicks that sends the enemy into the air. The user then bolts across to the far off location of the enemy who they then punch violently into an obstacle.
As Mugen sees the man rushing towards him in return, he grins. "Well, looks like we got a live one!" Mugen says excitedly. He watches as the man begins to remove his sword from his sheathe, but notices the strange motion of the action. Mugen notices that his arm is bent slightly and is moving straight forwards to straighten the bend, with the hilt straight forward; he wasn't attacking with the blade, but the hilt. Mugen retaliates in kind by jumping off of the ground, folding his legs by raising his knees to his chest just before Azazel can get close enough to jab the hilt into his stomach. In the same rapid motion, Mugen outstretches his legs so that he is horizontal to the ground, driving them both into Azazel's face and knocking him back quite a few feet. The kick would cause his head to snap back suddenly, and while not breaking his neck, would knock him off balance and cause him to stumble should it connect, along with badly damaging his face and nose. As Azazel falls back, Mugen quickly positions himself to land on his feet, using the movement of him going down towards the ground to crouch, and rapidly dash behind Azazel, in a movement that looks like him disappearing and appearing behind him. Mugen, still in the crouching position and with his back towards the disoriented and pained Azazel, spins his body rapidly and delivers a strong kick to the middle of his back, sending him flying in the opposite direction and onto his face. "You're giving me quite the workout," he sneers, standing back up straight as he watches the man struggle to pick himself back up.

A split second before Azazel's hilt would make contact with Mugen, his opponent leapt into the air just above him. Shit.
Azazel sheathed his katana and reached for his tantō that was sheathed facing his right along his belt, using his right hand to do so in a one fluid motion. He grasped it, holding it in a reverse grip and spun around, slicing through Mugen's shoes and cutting through the bottoms of both of his feet. A moment after he cut through the shoes, Azazel released a surge of electricity in the shape of a half dome that would shock, paralyze, and then knock his opponent away to mid range.

"****!" Mugen cries out in pain as he feels Azazel's tanto slice into the bottom of his foot. As Azazel is spinning, Mugen channels chakra to his left arm and jabs forward towards Azazel. The punch releases a powerful blast of wind towards his head, striking Azazel in his face just after he stops spinning. The force of the blast, if it doesn't kill him, would break many of the bones in his face, as well as damage his eyes to the point that his vision would be compromised completely. The impact and wind would create a sharp ringing in his ears, blocking out sounds and ruining his ability to maintain balance due to the disturbance of his inner ears. All along with the pain and bleeding. As Azazel staggers from the attack, Mugen winces loudly in the pain from his feet, sitting on the ground. "You did a freakin' number on me," Mugen says, channeling chakra into the ground below Azazel. Just as he finishes speaking, several sharp earth spikes shoot up from underneath the man's feet, just strong enough to pierce into his soles and return the damage he did Mugen.

As Azazel sees his opponent begin a punching motion, formed the tiger handseal and spewed forth a giant mass of water that would intercept the wind and smash into Mugen, sending him higher into the air. Azazel jumped back a few meters then formed two handseals to cause a giant mass of mud to appear in the sky above Mugen, then fall down upon him to send him flying towards the earth.
Ugh, what a mess.
(Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Release: Gunshot
Rank: A-Rank
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user will do the Tiger handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out either a single very large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked or a series of up to 5 smaller yet faster bullets. The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.
(Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user does 2 handseals (Ram → Snake) and creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of sticky mud (in all similar to that of Swamp of the Underworld Technique), covering them. The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught and easily crushing an enemy underneath. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.
"Tch," Mugen says as he sees the Gunshot being released from Azazel's mouth. As the water clashes with his wind, Mugen releases his own chakra, pouring wind and water chakra into the Gunshot. Before it can strike Mugen, the Gunshot disperses into a mist, spreading through the field rapidly in 360 degrees and blinding both men. As the mist floods through the terrain, Mugen sinks into the ground below him, which would go completely unnoticed by Azazel due to the mist, escaping from his Earth technique should he go through it before it can slam into him. Mugen travels through the ground and emerges 3 meters outside of the mist's perimeter behind Azazel's location, then funnels more chakra into it, turning the mist freezing cold. The extremely low temperate of the mist causes it to numb and hinder the movement of Azazel's joints, causing movement to become greatly restricted.
(Kirigakure Hijutsu: Mizu Ryuushi Sanran) - Hidden Mist's Secret Technique: Water Particle Dispersion
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short-Medium
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: -
Description: Once the opponent attacks the user with a water technique, the user will release water and wind chakra through the air. Suddenly, the water jutsu of the opponent disperses and turns into a thick mist correspondent to the amount of water dispersed, giving advantage to the Kiri ninja who are used to fighting in the Mist.
~ -10 damage to user per use
~ No water techniques of S rank and above next turn
(Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.
(Suiton: Hyouketsu Kiri) - Water Style: Freezing Mist
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Chakra cost: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: A variation of the Hidden Mist jutsu, but instead of releasing normal mist, the user makes extremely cold "freezing" mist. This mist is so cold that the evaporated water of the mist changes into ice crystals. The result of this is that the mist is a lot "heavier" which makes it more difficult to just blow away. It's most effective against people who user IG for example. The cold of the mist makes the joints of the opponent slower functioning, due to his fast breath his longs start to freeze at a rapid rate (he breaths fast the cold air in) but above all the ice crystals start to attach themselves to solid objects more easier than normal water of mist. This makes the opponent loose energy and heat rapidly, which makes his movements yet again a lot slower.
The effect is the same on normal people, for instance the speed of making handseals slows down, same goes for their reflexes. Since the mist is made of the user's chakra, it does not affect him.
As soon as the water jutsu was dispersed and mist covered the field, Azazel formed a single handseal to cause a heavy downpour to occur, allowing him to sense any and all foreign chakra in it. Instantly, Azazel was able to sense Mugen's chakra, and he acted accordingly. He clapped his hands and slammed them on the ground, causing a pool of water to gather beneath Mugen, then explode, causing him to fly into the air. Rentaro formed a single hand sign which caused the water to shoot upwards in the form of eight bullets that would hit him over and over. The bullets would finally come together above Mugen, and slam down upon him in the form of a dragon, falling towards the ground with him. The impact would kill Mugen.
(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
S rank
(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.
