Stone plains in freezing weather, forcing each combatant to use a fire technique at least once every two of their turns in order to not freeze to death. Whether the fire technique goes through or not is irrelevant. (Credits to Priest for giving me this idea).
I'll be using "Yomo" in sig.

Yomo stood facing his newest opponent. Through his mask, he could see his breath clear as day in the freezing air, floating up in small clouds before dissipating. His large trench coat did little to shield him from the cold, but it was better than nothing. He shifted his feet along the rocky plain slightly, attempting to get some feeling back into his numbing legs.
I assume I'm not the only cold one here, so let's get this started and warm up.
As he was finishing his sentence, Yomo tore through four hand seals and tilted his head to the sky, spewing out three large fireballs in an arc toward his opponent's position, which materialized outside of his mask, allowing his to preform the technique without harming it (if that's possible, if not, let's just say Yomo didn't wear his mask to this fight). As they made their way toward Guy, Yomo simply gathered sution chakra below his target to create a pillar that would thrust him up into the sky into the fireballs, creating a large explosion in the sky. Yomo spotted Guy falling from the explosion, badly wounded and unconscious. As he fell, Yomo formed the tiger hand seal to create an orb of water from the air in front of him. Three whips of water would rush out from the orb and pierce through Guy before he could hit the ground. The whips would go through both of his shoulders and his stomach.

Yomo watched with masked surprise (get it, because he's wearing a mask :D ) as Guy maneuvered around his whips of water after sprinting away from the pillar of water and fireballs. He was just preparing for a close quarter match when his opponent suddenly stopped dead in his tracks and exhaled a large fireball.
Smart thinking, I'll give you that.
Without wasting any time, Yomo inhaled deeply and then exhaled, sending forth a raging torrent of water that completely doused the fire and continued toward Guy, crashing into him and sweeping him away with it. As Guy traveled toward the edge of mid range, Yomo stopped exhaling the water and gathered raiton chakra in his right hand as he raised it to the sky. Immediately after raising it up, a lightning bolt would crash down upon Guy, electrocuting him more intensely then it normally would have due to the water he was in. As the lightning bolt hit Guy, he slid to a stop across the slabs of stone, horribly wounded. As he lay there, Yomo sprinted toward him, closing the gap and reaching short range fairly quickly. He reached into his ninja pouch and pulled out six shuriken which he threw, all infused with katon chakra. As they traveled toward him, Yomo gave a mental command, causing them to light aflame.
Burn.
The shuriken would all pierce Guy, burning him as he still lay on the cold stone.

This results in a large S rank wind blast to collide with the water, disrupting it. Then, without budging another of the staffs ability is activated. Cloaking himself and the staff in a thick veil of wind, as the lightning descends he holds the staff above his head and rapidly spins it within his hands. The wind coating simply repels the lightning. Now, as the shrunken are thrown, still covered in the veil, guy simply moves the position of his hands to be in front of him, causing the shuriken to be deflected.

Description: Calming Breeze is a light red coloured staff with small, irregular grooves in it, it was said to be in the possession of Zephyr, the god of wind. The staff alters it's size to match the height of it's user for easy use. The staff is quite light, so that it can be used for fast strikes. However, if it comes into contact with someone other than the user (and hasn't been taught how to use it) it becomes so heavy not even the strongest shinobi can lift it. The staff's primary affinity is wind and has a few abilities that use this element. The Calming Breeze can coat itself and the user in a thick coat of wind chakra, equivalent to A rank and is only noticeable from short range. This allows for added damage done when fighting in close combat. The coat adds extra cutting power when striking due to the wind chakra. When this is activated the staff itself is capable of cutting through solid rock. Another ability the staff has is repulsion. Through the use of wind chakra, the staff can release surges of powerful wind that can push a shinobi in close range back to mid range. The blast itself goes up to mid-range and has slight cutting attributes. The blast is equivalent to an S rank wind technique that is sent by flinging the staff. Its final ability extends from its grooves. When the staff is swung, air goes through the grooves in all different directions, which causes it to be enveloped in a very small vortex of wind. With chakra applied, the vortex increases and has suction qualities, so if it is initially dodged, the opponent will be sucked back in and take the brunt of the attack. The vortex, with chakra applied it equivalent to C rank and can only affect enemies in very close proximity (while engaging in melee fights) of the staff, pulling only a limb or a part of the enemy but never with enough suction to pull the enemy in full.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.


Once his sharingan had been activated, Yomo formed three hand seals in order to summon a clone next to him, which also had his sharingan activated.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.


Yomo's clone immediately formed a single hand seal, lulling Guy into a genjutsu. Guy's vision would go dark, and he would believe that he was trapped in an infinite world of darkness. Yomo and his clone each threw two explosive kunais at Guy as he stood there.

This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.


Once his sharingan had been activated, Yomo formed three hand seals in order to summon a clone next to him, which also had his sharingan activated.

Yomo's clone immediately formed a single hand seal, lulling Guy into a genjutsu. Guy's vision would go dark, and he would believe that he was trapped in an infinite world of darkness. Yomo and his clone each threw two explosive kunais at Guy as he stood there.

It is similar to the way that when Darui used a lightning jutsu to add to his water jutsu as he was spitting it out against Sasuke. After having release a lightning jutsu, the user will focus more chakra into it. As they do they will focus upon the heat of the lightning. In doing so they can do one of two things. They will either:

1. By adding the extra chakra they will control the heat, causing flames to wrap around the lightning jutsu the user jutsu make, making it a fire lightning combo. This will add 1 rank to the power of the jutsu from the extra chakra used. The fire would stay wrapped around all the lightning as it's being produced from the lightnings heat.

2. Use their chakra to convert the full heat of the lightning into fire, changing the state of the energy, so that the lightning now becomes a fire attack. So if the user used chidori spear, they would be extending it, then control the heat to change it into a sharp flame spear extending form their hand, changing the chakra nature through the use of physics.

The user can only used this on one jutsu, and once they have used it they can't change it back.

Hearing the distinct "poof" of something above the two, Yomo and his clone acted accordingly. The clone slammed his hand onto the ground to create a giant stone golem 30 meters tall that would slap the toad aside with his right hand, causing it to reverse summon. At the same, Yomo formed the tiger hand seal and sent forth a thin jet of water that would clash with the raiton technique before it was even half way towards them (Yomo would tilt his head quickly to cause the jet to hit all 4 shuriken). Once the third shuriken had been dealt with, Yomo's clone forced both of the golems arms to stretch out and slam into Guy from both sides, squashing him.

Description: The user creates a even larger and stronger version of Earth Release: Stone Golem Technique. However, unlike the smaller version, the user creates this stone golem from the ground solely. The user will slam his hand on the ground, manipulating it and shaping it into a large warrior of stone which he can control as long as he keeps his hand in contact with it or with the ground and keeps fueling the technique with chakra. The golem can reach heights of 30 meters and is quite massive but seems to also be capable of moving quite fast as well.

Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.


The clone gathered katon chakra in his right hand, then thrust it forwards to send forth three fireballs towards Guy that would explode upon impact.
