It was a warm cloudy day at the rigid beach. Satoshi sat there at the base of the larger rock wiping the sweat off of his face. He then dismounted off of the rock into the ocean shore and kneeled over to grab a hand full of water.

He commented as he splashed the cool ocean water on his copper face. Water dripping down his chin as he turned around to go walk home but was stopped by the sight of another shinobi. Without asking any questions , Satoshi immediately extracted 4 kunai out of his tool pouch, one with a smoke bomb attached to it, and threw them at the figure as he jumped to the middle of the rock so that he would be standing on it sideways facing the man. On impact with the ground, the bomb released a heavy mist that surrounded the man. He then sufficed enough Raiton chakra throughout his body so that it would inevitably be shrouded in and electrical armour. He then got a running start and corckscrew flipped through the air while performing hand seals to create an image of his body so he would confuse the shinobi . Upon landing he quickly jabbed the man in his gut with his left hand so that he would hunch over Satoshis shoulder.

Alucard then saw his opponent throwing a bunch of weapons.

He then gathered up his katon chakra and exhaled a stream of fire that would carry your kunais back towards you only to have them very heated by the fire. As well as a stream of fire would come towards you.
Let's see if you're smart enough to dodge this to begin with.

Satoshi then saw the red hot kunais hurling toward him followed by a big stream of hellfire. He then jumped off of the rock , dodging the kunai and seeing the large flame go over him. While falling he let free some Raiton chakra in his right hand and landed in a crouching position and slamming his hand into the ground, sending a large surge of electricity towards you .

Doesn't at all explain how you dodged the fire stream really but w/e. You need more detail next time.
Alucard saw you slamming your hand on the ground to channel raiton chakra into it.

Alucard then gathered up some suiton chakra and released a body of water that would let him travel towards you while having him dodging your attack. The body of water was levitating from the ground so it wasn't in any way in contact with the small sparks.
As Alucard was riding the small body of water he jumped off right infront of you(so now we're in Short-Range). He then punched you into the ground with a pressure palm taijutsu move.
Lastly he then gathered up a small portion of fire chakra and sprayed it on your pants only to make a big laugh as you'd run around with your pants on fire.

He then sufficed enough chakra in both of his arms to where he would be able to release surges of lightning out of his palms. The lightning the electrocutes your body as your fist barely grazes my head.

What you forget is that the fire is a stream, meaning i can follow your moves with it as long as i breathe it out.

Alucard then continued with his small fire attack and aimed for your crotch :3

He then used water from the ocean to create a thick white mist that would be painted by Alucards chakra. The thick mist would block your sight of Alucard, while he knew exactly where you'd be. As the mist thickened, Alucard then used the mist to blind you temporarily by reflecting natural light from the sun into your eyes. You'd be blinded til you dispel the mist completely. As you where blinded, Alucard would walk towards you in a stealthy mode and appear right behind you without you having any idea where he was due to you being blinded and have zero vision in the mist anyway.
