Without wasting a moment and saving the talking for later, she channels her chakra through her shadow just in front of her and then extends it towards her enemy and connects it with her opponent's shadow and makes you unable to move.

This column affects the area of about 3 meters in front of you, just behind you and sideways, making it a more concentrated column of light rather than dispersed version.

Sasuke's eyes, even without using his Sharingan, knew of the clan this shinobi hailed from. As the shadow raced toward him with a simple flick of his hand released a wave of small but bright needles of chidori. As they would race toward Rangiku the light produced by the chidori senbon would distort her shadow before it could reach Sasuke and continue to race toward her uninhibited.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

As the needles would be released Sasuke would then proceed to stomp his foot on the ground unleashing an immense amount of katon chakra around your vicinity. Beneath your position the center pillar would emerge bursting beneath you incinerating your being and any hope of creating a shadow while two other pillars would burst in front and behind you aiming to scorch your back and your front sides and inhibit the usage of your devious shadow techniques through the use of their bright light.

Rangiku knew the guy in front of her isn't going to die due to a simple attack, heck it is even impossible to catch him using her shadow like that, she had to use something good, she has to use something amazing and she has her own tricks upon her sleeves.
She saw a guy in front of her trying to send some lightning attack, which then moves towards her in the form of lightning shots, a.k.a senbons. It was strong and it was pretty quick, quiet a decent jutsu they say, but she had to counter them senbons, using something with good coverage area.
She gathered her wind chakra in her left hand and then released a massive whirlwind, which is powerful enough to negate all the lightning shots moving towards her in the form of lightning. She does so, after punching the air right in front of her, which releases a powerful whirlwind, which will clash with them senbons.

This winds attack is powerful enough to carry almost everything that is in it's path, including the dust, trees and all other things and is pretty fast and hence will result in you getting heavily damaged, if you fail to counter it.

As the torrent of wind would consequently push forward and devastate the surrounding terrain Sasuke would simply clasp his hands together leaning back ever so slightly to unleash a devastating, but enormous, stream of flames from his mouth. The enormity of the flames would be such that as the woman is in mid-air it would engulf a large area around her as well - both below and above and to both sides.

I will just take it as a challenge, then.
Rangiku has no time to think as she sees you waving a single handseal and figures out that something powerful is coming out and she observed that it is nothing but another powerful fire jutsu.
Rangiku gathers a massive amount of water chakra, inhales and molds it and then exhales a really large quantity of water in the form of massive torrent of water, which is directed towards you. This massive torrent of water evaporates massive quantity of fire(which is already weakened due to Atsugai) and then continues towards you in the form of wakened attack.

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

The massive fire jutsu performed by you collides with the torrent of water and large amount of mist is spread throughout the battlefield.
Rangiku uses this opportunity to combine with the ground just beneath her after gathering her chakra and channeling it through the earth, to merge with the earth and then travel through it, to appear just behind her opponent, at a distance of about 5 meters, behind him.

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.
Note: Cannot merge into mediums which aren't tangible

She then manipulates her chakra and then channels it through her shadow and extends it towards the man and then connects with his shadow. She then makes the shadow hand raise from the combined shadows which then grabs the neck of her opponent and then strangles him to the death to end the fight.
