I will be using my Hei bio (Legends Endure) in Sig, I am wearing my Mask and Vest weight, as well as the Legendary Dollmaster's Blade on my back.

When under cover hei wears a special mask, made out of an extremely light, but strong material (Same as Tobi's) attached to the inside of the mask is a breathing apparatus, this works to protect him from poisonous gases and to pull oxygen from water, allowing him to stay under for suspended periods of time.



Hei has been training for years in an Vest weight, this allows him to achieve speeds beyond that that of the norm. during battle, He is able to unbound the vest quickly.

Description: Quick fingers and an eye for detail were the Dollmaster's trademarks. But only once did he use his skills to create a weapon. This was the result, as colossal as his dolls were delicate. In a small town once known as "Arashi" lived a man known as the Dollmaster, he was well known for his craftsmanship, building and designing anything from furniture to houses but nothing compared to his Dolls, every single doll different in detail from it's previous. ranging in sizes and styles. Over the years he made thousands of Dolls, all made for his private collection. Every year during the week long "Festival of Lights". The Dollmaster placed is Dolls out on display to shine under the fireworks. After seeing the delicate Dolls, the Leader of the Clan admired his craftsmanship and asked the Dollmaster to make a Sword for him. Although the Dollmaster had never made a sword, he was excited to take on the challenge. Over the fallowing weeks, the Dollmaster spent most of his time on the sword, he crafted an unique blade. Upon finishing it's final details. the Dollmaster was killed by having his thought slit, his blood spilling out over the blade, his body lied bleeding out over the blade for weeks until he was found his his workshop under his home. it is not known why the Dollmaster was assassinated. Later, after the creation of Kumogakure, the remaining Dollmaster's Dolls where collected and put on display in a museum, his sword was placed as his most regarded piece of work and held as his clansmen's most prize treasure
Abilities Notes:
-Because of the Blood absorbed from the Dollmaster, this blade gained his chakra, allowing for stronger use of his clans KG, Storm Release.
-The Style of it's blade, is unique as it is a chain blade, allowing it's wielder to extend it's reach and un-extend it's reach up to a Mid Range area.
-Because of the Dollmasters eye for detail, this blade is razor sharp allowing for slightly stronger use of Kenjutsu.
-This blade is made out of an unknown metal that and never dulls, it is as sharp as it was the day it was forged.
Restriction Notes:
-Can only be used by a Member of the Storm Clans
-Can only Extend reach once per turn.
-Can only Un-extend reach once per turn.
-Must be at least S-class Ninja Rank to wield.
-Must have training in Kenjutsu to wield.

As Dodai uses wind to disperses the storm energy, Hei focuses his chakra forming a Giant wave of water that forms and collides with the wind, the water will continue as a very weakened state towards Dodai.

As Hei, notices the lava overhead, a small Eel quickly shoots out the back of his leg and swims deep into the water avoiding the attack.

Doujutsu and Sensory abilities can see through this method.
Note:
-Can only be use twice per battle
-Requires a water source
-Must sign Eel contract



Then as the Eels acting as Hei are hit will the lava attack they disperse, during this time, Hei is released from the small Eels mouth, as he slams his hands together summoning:

Because of his size, he is able to hold 1 person withing his mouth. this proves as a suggestible defense underwater. (cannot perform standard water techniques)
Note:
-Can only be Summoned once per Battle.
-Summon last 4 turns.
-Suiton counts as a move.
-Must sign Eel Contract.
-Requires a Water Source.

As this then happens, I notice the water around me feeling uneasy so I quickly channel my Chakra through my body and create Earth armor which protects me from a bunch of water spikes that shoot out of the ground.*

As You release the sharks Hei quickly Releases countless Eels from his mouth, these Eels form a large mass as they smash into the water sharks, this will cause many of the sharks to be disputed and many Eels to die...

During this time, Sepultra Swims through the mass, the remaining sharks not being enough to effect him, He swims right for you creating a water drill to spiral around him as he attempt's to smash into you..

Sepultra has the unique ability to manipulate water. Being able to form A-Ranked Waves, Spikes, Spears and other forms of attack via Suiton, he can also form Domes, Walls and other forms of defense using water.



While this is happening, Hei slams his hands together once more summoning:

Their is a large sack under Her neck, that Dreamer is able to flex unleashing a pulse that travels underwater. If the opponent is underwater and hears the pulse, they will be bound by an A-Ranked Genjutsu. This Genjutsu makes the opponent think they are bound by Eels making them unable to move. Because of Her size, she is able to hold 1 person within her mouth. this proves as a suggestible defense underwater.
Note:
-Can only be Summoned once per Battle.
-Summon last 4 turns.
-Pulse counts as a move.
-Must sign Eel Contract.
-Requires a Water Source.



Dreamer then rises it's head out of the water while Hei stands on top of her head..

I then witness you release Lightning violently shocking my Eel, this angers me as It poofs back to the Eel Cove.. Hei quickly places his Hands out in front of him releasing a small but powerful blast of Storm Energy.

Hei keeps his hands out as a glowing halo forms in front of them, Hei Releases several bright beams of Storm Energy at you location, these Beams will be right behind the Sphere of Storm..

*As I see the clouds above me begin to turn stormy, I get worried about being near these stormy clouds that you have created, and I decide to blow a stream of wind redirecting me downwards to land at long range.*

Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Then As you are in the water, Hei summons a Mass of Eels around you as you are caught in a powerful Genjutsu. The Eels will form a whirlpool before feeding on your flesh..

Their is a large sack under Her neck, that Dreamer is able to flex unleashing a pulse that travels underwater. If the opponent is underwater and hears the pulse, they will be bound by an A-Ranked Genjutsu. This Genjutsu makes the opponent think they are bound by Eels making them unable to move
