I don't think you can have your sharingan and cursed seal active before the start of a battle, I think you have to do that when you reach your turn to reply.
As Shun see the uchiha advancing towards him, Shun quickly braced himself because he knew a battle that will go down in history will ensue between then. And as Sasuke got to mid-range away from Shun, Shun quickly creates an exact replica of himself made of smoke 2 metres to his left and the clone quickly releases several streams of mist from its wrist launcher which forms into a smoke dragon, linked to the wrist launcher that moves to envelop and suffocate Sasuke while at the same time, Shun quickly channels his earth chakra into the ground and uses it to cause an earth tremer at the earth below Sasuke to make Sasuke loose balance and fall to the ground as the dragon envelops him.

Description:
By unleashing a continuous stream of smoke from his wrist launcher, the user can use his chakra to shape the smoke into the form of a dragon linked to his wrist launcher. This gives him the advantage when facing enemies that specialize in close quarter, physical combat because the dragon is completely composed of smoke, making so that physical attacks are useless against it.
