Utakata activates his acidic chakra infusion and then causes a pillar of water to shoot up below his opponent. This would thrust him into the air and cause him to be covered in acidic water. Almost instantly releaving him of his life but not entierly. The slow burn would kill him within a few moments.

Description: Utakata with the help of Saiken will give all of his suiton techniques over the next 3 turns acidic properties. The acidic properties grant suiton justu's used by Utakata of all kind +10 in damage, but the boost isn't relevant when said justu is combating Fire, Wind, lightning or other matter based elements. It only affects physical elements and other ninja. Concerning elements where suiton is normally weak or on even terms with(Like water or earth), the acidic properties will somewhat overcome the weakness or evenness of the water and cause the opposing attack to be rendered useless after a turn. For example, normally an A rank water justu would be overcome by an A rank earth attack but due to the acid's melting like properties the water will be on somewhat even terms and result in the opposing justu being crumbled down after a turn. In special cases like a physical element justu(Earth, crystal, etc) traveling long range while being effected by acid, said justu will crumble before reaching short range. Short-Medium ranges still go by the one turn implication. Should another ninja be affected by acidic water, the acid within the water will act quickly as expected and begin to burn the ninja's skin. Rank of the acid water isn't important to consider when damage is concerned, only the quantity of water.

-Usable 3 times per battle
-Cannot be stacked with itself
-Can be used without enabling a transformation form
-Bubble release justu are also affected by this
-Water related CE's, rain element and CFS justu aren't boosted by this justu
-Only usable by Utakata

Facing an odd man, Elijah was already cautious. Neither party said nothing, and without notice, Elijah would sense a build up of Water beneath him. However, he could taste something else within it, something added to it. He didn't know what, but it was dangerous. Nonetheless, without the need for hand seals, Elijah would cause a burst of Earth chakra all around his body, causing it to form rocks. This would protect him from the dangerous water, even though it would still launch him mid air, a bit backwards, his weight, a bit more now, would cause him to not go to high. Immediately as he was far enough from the Water, Elijah would drop the Earthen armor, and form a single hand seal (still mid range at this point), the Water of the thrust still in front of him, slightly obscuring his opponent's vision of him.

This hand seal would cause a dormant Genjutsu to linger within his mind, waiting for the right moment to be used. Since there is no indication, his opponent would have no idea about it. Elijah would land a few meters from his initial position, now slightly Long Range.

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Description: The technique starts off with forming a single hand seal, which places a Genjutsu on the opponent, however, one of a dormant nature. The Genjutsu stays dormant within the opponent until he uses a technique that forms smoke or any smoke that might occur on the battlefield, like a summoning technique (includes summoning animals, clones, and even weapons) or from an explosion, to the burning of papers. This sets the Genjutsu in motion, where the pearly white smoke of the technique quickly forms into a darker more sinister version which engulfs the opponent. As it takes over the opponent, it enters his eyes, nose, mouth and even ears, causing massive amounts of pain and discomfort as the smoke becomes sharper as it enters the openings. The rest of the smoke would constrict the opponent's body, holding him in place as it enters him. Once inside the body, the smoke expands, and would cause the explosion of inner organs or parts, up to the users creativity. The smoke can be manipulated to be very sharp, or simply be smooth. All of this occurs within the illusion, and has could cause mental stress on the opponent's mind after a single turn if not countered.

(Oh. Well get me out. I don't see anything abnormal so I can't act like it worked)

Utakata is kicked out of the genjustu cast onto him passivly by Saiken. So in retaliation he plans to cast a genjustu onto his opponent,eventually. But not after making things harder onto him. Utakata forms one handseal and causes it to rain heavily throughout the battlefield. This of course mixed with his unique infusion causes the rain to be acidic rain. Undefended or countered the rain will pour onto his foe and slowly begin to kill him. Utakata expecting his opponent to try and counter the rain, then forms three handseals and makes a wide clap gesture with his hands causing the rain to the sides of his opponent to come inward, killing him. So should the rain stop there would still be falling rain for another second or two, enough to execute the justu. And If the initial penetration weren't enough the acidic properties of the justu would cause his opponents insides to start failing and burning. Finally incase he somehow survived all of that, Utakata activates his chakra shroud in the most nonchelant way possible.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Description:
The jinchūriki accesses his Bijuu's chakra and releases a portion of it into his body, triggering this initial transformation. By doing this, red chakra oozes from his skin, engulfing him in a chakra shroud that resembles a miniature, translucid version of his Bijuu (although with little detail), with a variable number of tails (depends on which Bijuu it is) and certain unique traits like the Kyuubis ears or Hachibi's horns. The jinchūriki gains a drastic increase in speed, being capable of fighting on par with almost any ninja and gets his Taijutsu damage boosted not only by the increased strength behind his chakra shroud but also by the chakra shroud itself, which damages enemies to the touch. In certain situations, the jinchūriki can also gain more animalistic abilities, such as running tremendously fast on all fours or viciously clawing on his enemies. The chakra shroud protects the jinchūriki from damage and grants him a high resistance to all C-Rank and bellow techniques and B-rank and below Taijutsu.
Note: Can only be used 3 times and lasts for a maximum of 5 turns.

Suddenly, as Elijah lands, he senses Water once more, but this time, from the skies itself. The water had the same taste, still enhanced with whatever this boy had prepared. He was strong, but Elijah had something up his sleeve. Having landed now, and in long range from his opponent, Elijah would, without the need for hand seals, utilize his Soapstone chakra and create a dome around him (Soapstone is both strong to Water, and acids and alkalis). This dome is made entirely of Soapstone, and is large enough for him to stand underneath, it whilst protecting him from the sides as well. In the same fluid motion, Elijah would create a massive Soapstone spike to emerge from beneath his opponent, with the formation of a single hand seal. This would aim to pierce his foe, and also disrupt his second technique (water maiden), (And even if it doesn't, the dome would protect him)

With his opponent busy, Elijah would merely form a single hand seal, and causes massive gusts of Wind to ravage the plain field. Debris and dust would be picked up, clouding his opponent's vision, and the technique would also serve as a method of blowing away the rain, and rain clouds. His sensing stays active, allowing him to know if his odd opponent does something.

The tools are also slippery due to its soapy property. The soapstone are made as a real
physical entity thus unless they are destroyed, they continue to exist after they are made. Creating soapstone mid-range away from the user though requires the user to weave one handsign.

Description: After making the Rat handseal, the user creates and controls air currents from the palms of their hands, forming a large field of raging air currents and gusting winds. The technique expands quickly, rapidly spanning through all of the battle field, gathering debris, dust and other small particles in its path. The technique effectively creates a very large controllable "dust" storm.
Note: Lasts 3 turns or until released.
