Lets finish this one lol. for this fight i'll be calling the Mythic Peacock's Star Chakra "Divine Chakra" instead. It gives Black a +20 boost to attacks with chakra.

The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake handseal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

With Black powering up an attack, Vegeta activates his eyes examining not only the attack but Black himself. He see's the powerful blast launched at himself, so he quickly molds doton thru his Saiyan Armor using it to increase his speed as he dashes forwards and to his own right, stoping short range to Black's left side avoiding the attack all together. He wipes some imaginary dirt off his shoulder and smiles at Black.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: The Saiyan Armor is fabled to comprised of both ninja wire and chakra metal which is the reason for being very light stretchy as the wire through out is in layers which give it manouvorability, yet, at the same time really durable. Because of the armor’s unique characteristics it makes the wearer capable of reducing up to 25 damage from physical attacks. The armour when forged was inlaid with doton chakra similar to the cannon light weight technique making it so it doesn't hinder the users speed while granting another ability; the Armor can release an instant surge of S rank earth chakra into the users body for a split second similar to the (Doton: Chōkeijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique, allowing the users speed to increase for a sudden movement in a linear direction up to mid range (2x speed), where their speed returns to normal. This ability activates instantly, lasting for one movement, and can be used only thrice per battle. Another aspect of the armor is the user can release their chakra into it using it to harden the armor similar to the cannon B rank earth Hardening technique, increasing the defensive powers of the armor to that of A rank earth following the s/w of earth release.
Note: Reducing the weight costs a move, can be used twice, with two turns between uses and can only move up to mid range.
Note: Hardening the armor can be used 3 times, is A ranked, can be used once per turn, protecting the users body where the armor covers.

( Sandāu~ēbu ) - Thunderwave

Description: Thunderwave is a basic chest plate outfitted with a surround sound speaker system, and a microphone. It can be used to play music or make noises more audible than normal similar to a karaoke machine. It is able to produce sound louder than most techniques or the clashing of techniques and can be much louder than the user or opponent can scream. In essence it can act like the (Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique passively at all times being louder and stronger than even that basic technique. It comes pre-loaded with all of the wielder's favorite songs. In battle it can be used to play theme music or it can make the user louder as it has a built in microphone system connected to the speaker system.
The primary use of Thunderwave as mentioned above is the ability to play music with the offshoot of this being the ability to cancel sound waves with sound waves while playing music. This is similar to the Scientific Ninja Tool: Shijima and works like a noise-cancellation speaker. The system can emit a sound wave with the same amplitude but with inverted phase also known as antiphase to the original sound. The waves combine to form a new wave, in a process called interference, and effectively cancel each other out. This effect is called destructive interference and is able to nullify sound techniques in equal rank. The sound can encompass a short - long range area around the user being louder the closer to the user the people who can hear it are and due to this it has a dampening system as to not harm the users ears or cause them any undue problems. It can be fine tuned to look different depending on the wielder's appearance or preference.
Note: Sound techniques can only be canceled once per turn three times per battle.
The music emanates from the speakers custom built in to his Saiyan Armor as Vegeta begins to power up drawing in natural energy from his surroundings. Drawing his elbows to his sides, Vegeta adjusts his feet positioning to an open horse stance, digging in as he clenches his fists. His rage grows as he flows his fiery energy into the ground reaching his first form of SS in a glorious spectacle, raging katon the color of the sun begins to flow all around him kicking up the debris from around his location, he uses the natural energy to adjust the color of his hair to a blonde color (cosmetic). Taking this intial aura one step beyond, he focuses and hones the golden fiery aura surrounding himself powering up even more, but he wasn't done just yet. Reaching further into the well of his power, Vegeta takes it to SS lvl 2, in a blinding flash the golden aura around himself expands in size and intensity as he roars a loud battle cry, infusing even more chakra into the form Black would immediately feel the force of the intensified heat flowing off Vegeta's golden SS2 aura. Smiling as he straightens his stance back up, he cocks his head to the side lifting one fist towards Black. The confidence in his smirk was enough to tell Black he thought himself above the Demigod in every aspect. Allowing his voice to be ampilified using Thunderwave to be heard over the sound of the SS aura, Vegeta scoffs at Black and throws a challenge at him as he goes back into his serious battle stance..​

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.

The user may also clap his hands together with the palms open and outward, concentrating and releasing the chakra in a stream of fire up to mid range, which will also end the jutsu.

Description: The brother jutsu to Scorching Rage and Scorching Berserker. Scorching Demoniac looks to capitalize on Scorching Berserker's ability to focus and sustain the fiery aura of katon chakra around oneself. By making the Dragon seal and farther manipulating the chakra while also molding more katon into the aura, it can be made to shine brightly outwards along the same lines as Fire Release: Fire Whisp as the golden fiery chakra aura grows outwards and upwards 2 more meters, surrounding the user to 2 1/2 meters around/above, it's heat and strength increases from A to S rank in terms of raw damage to the touch. This can also slightly blind the enemy like looking momentarily into the sun just nowhere near as intense, and will hinder their vision for one turn. The user can perform punching type motions, firing up to 4 bright 1 meter diameter fireballs at the opponent (also along similar lines of the Fire Whisp technique, strength divided depending on how many are fired off), or the user can make a mad run for the enemy attempting to ram them or use taijutsu/kenjutsu strikes against them. Finally, they can focus the aura around them to a single area, clapping their hands together palms facing outwards, streaming the golden fiery chakra from around themselves siphoning it off them like done in Scorching Berserker, however the strength of the stream would be S ranked and would be able to strike opponents long ranged (as opposed to mid ranged in Scorching Berserker) and would be 3 meters in diameters.

- Scorching Rage can not be used again for 2 turns

(Katon: Rengoku no Honō ) - Fire Release: Flames of Purgatory

Description: Flames of Purgatory is a technique used to extend the fundamental properties of Katon jutsu. It is considered a passive technique, is instantly activated and can apply to all future fire techniques. The effects of this jutsu are quite simple - the alteration, when applied, will utilise the infusion of additional chakra into the chosen fire technique (10/20/30) to greatly increase the exothermic power of the technique in question. From this the chosen fire technique will be produced in a state that is far hotter than usual. This won't translate into a direct increase in physical damage; what it will result in however is that the affected fire technique will radiate waves of chakra as heat as it travels. The intensity of the heat produced by these chakra waves will be so great that any enemy that stays within the vicinity (short range) of a Purgatory infused fire technique for more than a turn will begin to experience fatigue symptoms, losing (2/5/10) health from the next turn onwards per turn. As a result, it is vital that enemies extinguish the flames of Purgatory infused fire techniques on the turn that they are produced (in which case they will suffer no tangible effects), otherwise their stamina and physicality will be gradually reduced by the waves of heat so intense that prolonged exposure could lead to severe negative effects in accordance to health lost. Naturally, the intensity of the heat waves produced by the flame scales upwards in accordance to the amount of chakra added to the fire techniques creation. The greatest drawback of this technique is the large expenditures of chakra that it's affects require. This technique can be deactivated at will, lasting four turns maximum, with its effects persisting in fire techniques that it is applied to within this period until their very expiration. It can be activated twice. Once this technique ends it cannot be activated for two turns thereafter.

In battle it can be used to play theme music or it can make the user louder as it has a built in microphone system connected to the speaker system.
The primary use of Thunderwave as mentioned above is the ability to play music with the offshoot of this being the ability to cancel sound waves with sound waves while playing music. This is similar to the Scientific Ninja Tool: Shijima and works like a noise-cancellation speaker. The system can emit a sound wave with the same amplitude but with inverted phase also known as antiphase to the original sound. The waves combine to form a new wave, in a process called interference, and effectively cancel each other out. This effect is called destructive interference and is able to nullify sound techniques in equal rank. The sound can encompass a short - long range area around the user being louder the closer to the user the people who can hear it are and due to this it has a dampening system as to not harm the users ears or cause them any undue problems. It can be fine tuned to look different depending on the wielder's appearance or preference.
Note: Sound techniques can only be canceled once per turn three times per battle.
The music emanates from the speakers custom built in to his Saiyan Armor as Vegeta begins to power up drawing in natural energy from his surroundings. Drawing his elbows to his sides, Vegeta adjusts his feet positioning to an open horse stance, digging in as he clenches his fists. His rage grows as he flows his fiery energy into the ground reaching his first form of SS in a glorious spectacle, raging katon the color of the sun begins to flow all around him kicking up the debris from around his location, he uses the natural energy to adjust the color of his hair to a blonde color (cosmetic). Taking this intial aura one step beyond, he focuses and hones the golden fiery aura surrounding himself powering up even more, but he wasn't done just yet. Reaching further into the well of his power, Vegeta takes it to SS lvl 2, in a blinding flash the golden aura around himself expands in size and intensity as he roars a loud battle cry, infusing even more chakra into the form Black would immediately feel the force of the intensified heat flowing off Vegeta's golden SS2 aura. Smiling as he straightens his stance back up, he cocks his head to the side lifting one fist towards Black. The confidence in his smirk was enough to tell Black he thought himself above the Demigod in every aspect. Allowing his voice to be ampilified using Thunderwave to be heard over the sound of the SS aura, Vegeta scoffs at Black and throws a challenge at him as he goes back into his serious battle stance..

The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.

Description: The brother jutsu to Scorching Rage and Scorching Berserker. Scorching Demoniac looks to capitalize on Scorching Berserker's ability to focus and sustain the fiery aura of katon chakra around oneself. By making the Dragon seal and farther manipulating the chakra while also molding more katon into the aura, it can be made to shine brightly outwards along the same lines as Fire Release: Fire Whisp as the golden fiery chakra aura grows outwards and upwards 2 more meters, surrounding the user to 2 1/2 meters around/above, it's heat and strength increases from A to S rank in terms of raw damage to the touch. This can also slightly blind the enemy like looking momentarily into the sun just nowhere near as intense, and will hinder their vision for one turn. The user can perform punching type motions, firing up to 4 bright 1 meter diameter fireballs at the opponent (also along similar lines of the Fire Whisp technique, strength divided depending on how many are fired off), or the user can make a mad run for the enemy attempting to ram them or use taijutsu/kenjutsu strikes against them. Finally, they can focus the aura around them to a single area, clapping their hands together palms facing outwards, streaming the golden fiery chakra from around themselves siphoning it off them like done in Scorching Berserker, however the strength of the stream would be S ranked and would be able to strike opponents long ranged (as opposed to mid ranged in Scorching Berserker) and would be 3 meters in diameters.

Description: Flames of Purgatory is a technique used to extend the fundamental properties of Katon jutsu. It is considered a passive technique, is instantly activated and can apply to all future fire techniques. The effects of this jutsu are quite simple - the alteration, when applied, will utilise the infusion of additional chakra into the chosen fire technique (10/20/30) to greatly increase the exothermic power of the technique in question. From this the chosen fire technique will be produced in a state that is far hotter than usual. This won't translate into a direct increase in physical damage; what it will result in however is that the affected fire technique will radiate waves of chakra as heat as it travels. The intensity of the heat produced by these chakra waves will be so great that any enemy that stays within the vicinity (short range) of a Purgatory infused fire technique for more than a turn will begin to experience fatigue symptoms, losing (2/5/10) health from the next turn onwards per turn. As a result, it is vital that enemies extinguish the flames of Purgatory infused fire techniques on the turn that they are produced (in which case they will suffer no tangible effects), otherwise their stamina and physicality will be gradually reduced by the waves of heat so intense that prolonged exposure could lead to severe negative effects in accordance to health lost. Naturally, the intensity of the heat waves produced by the flame scales upwards in accordance to the amount of chakra added to the fire techniques creation. The greatest drawback of this technique is the large expenditures of chakra that it's affects require. This technique can be deactivated at will, lasting four turns maximum, with its effects persisting in fire techniques that it is applied to within this period until their very expiration. It can be activated twice. Once this technique ends it cannot be activated for two turns thereafter.

Black spoke softly has his own aura of vibrant purples and pinks erupts around him. His hair standing on end and turning pink from the divine chakra altering the appearance of his techniques. The aura would be dense, smaller then normal but more potent as the top of the aura forms into a dragon head that resembles Shenron. Fused with Yang Energy the dragon would take on a mind of it's own maintaining itself wrapped around Black for his protection as well as being able to attack if needed. The shear might of the divine chakra around Black was strong enough to overcome the flames produced by Vegeta's energy. The flames sheering away on contact, having no effect on the dragon aura. Black then stands, waiting for the prince to make a move.

"Pathetic, to believe the prince of a dead race can stand against a God. I'll teach you your place before you die."

The user may also chose to have the dragon grow wings to elevate the both of them, however they can only fly as fast as their current speed. Due to the use of all the user's star chakra, the user cannot use any other Mysterious Peacock technique while this is in play. The dragon may remain on the field a total of 4 turns and doesn't require the user to have previously activated the Mysterious Peacock Method. However once this technique ends, the user's body will have sustained so much damage that they will only be able to use the Mysterious Peacock Method once afterwards (if possible) and for a total of 4 turns instead of five.
Note: If the user was using their Mysterious Peacock Method technique when using this, they will collapse unable to use above A rank techniques for 3 turns. This technique can only be used once per battle.

Note: Usable 3 times per battle and up to 6 times per event to create one entity with up to 300 chakra points that is able to use jutsu from the source it was created from.

Busting out the sentient dragon, nice! I didnt wanna involve my personal summons (kinda been pretending he's not there lol) but seems I'll have no choice.


Seeing the aura with his Byakugan, Vegeta could tell this was no boast. Black meant what he said and it seemed he had the power to back up his words. Vegeta smiles though and walks over towards where Boitatá was hiding with camo way back in the back, because he had something special in mind for Black. A little payback from the future, from his son and his deceased mother..

Drawing out his son's sword, Vegeta would begin a process to amplify his own Saiyan power onto the sword like Trunks had. Firstly he activates an ability while beginning to draw the golden aura from around himself and onto the blade of the sword, ensuring that Boitatá would be safe from harm however this was very taxing. He instructs Boit to transfer chakra into him while he draws the fire to the blade, touching Boit's tail receiving his chakra. Geets wasn't finished there, because a seal on his hand the the sword activate during the process as the golden katon finishes forming on the blade giving it a badass SS aura of burning death upgrade. He would seal the fire to the blade and have the seal on his hand maintain it for him at a cost. Thanking Boit, he leaves him back at long range and walks back to mid range from Black. Perhaps the dna in that body was compelling him to allow Vegeta to power up, but it would be Black's downfall. Grasping the flaming sword with one hand, he point's at Black with his left hand and taunts him to come forth and feel his wrath..

Come then Black, teach me my place if you can!

Grasping the handle with his other hand as well now, Geets loosens his stance lowering a little and holds his son's sword in a ready stance. If Black attempted the ki sword that had pierced Vegeta before, he would be in for a huge surprise..

Description: A variant of ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’, Pyromania is a passive technique that allows the user to infuse extra chakra into a Fire based technique upon creation. The infusion will apply an effect similar to ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’ to the technique, whereby aligning the chakra of the technique to an entity the user will be capable of preventing said substance from being burned, or negatively affected by the heat of the technique. Essentially, Pyromania allows the user to produce a fire technique that does not burn indiscriminately, but rather selectively, as it is capable of filtering out the user, and other desired items from its innately destructive effects. This is highly effective as it not only allows the user to become immune to that particular technique, but unlike the original it also allows them to safeguard allies and other entities from harm upon contact with the flame. Furthermore, just as is the case for ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’, those safeguarded will become capable of interacting with the Fire technique as if it were a gas, liquid, or solid, and thus freely moving around within it without risk of asphyxiation or other adverse effects. This effect is applicable to Fire, and Fire based KG/CE, such as Lava and Scorch.

Lasts until the targeted technique is destroyed, can only be used on one technique at a time with a two turn cooldown between uses, and can be used a maximum of three times.

The user can then do a simple crescent-shaped slash at the opponent along the lines of Slicing Crimson Wave but instead launches the concentrated fiery golden chakra into a slicing wave of fire short range in length and solid enough to cut, able to hit targets Long range away. Can also be used to defend/attack from attacks of equal rank or lower with-in reason following S/W. The blade's fiery aura would reflect the strength of which jutsu was active when used. In addition, the fiery aura can be drawn onto a weapon upon creation instead of forming around the user allowing this to be created passively in the same time frame as the technique used to power this jutsu(projectile slash will still count as an active usage).

Description: This seal may only be used on weapons that are in contact with the user. This seal may also be passively applied to the users weapons or formed onto a weapon the user is holding by expending a move. Only activated when the user is utilizing a jutsu to enhance or otherwise affect said weapon, this seal (which is marked with the kanji for "bind") will activate and drain chakra from the user to fuel said jutsu , even when the user uses another jutsu. It will permanently (or for as long as the user chooses to keep paying chakra) bind the enhancement to the weapon by doing so, as it is constantly being fueled. Each turn the weapon will be able to be used as if the enhancement that was made on it was newly activated, so that they may block and attack with the weapon it was used on without breaking the freeform dodging/blocking rules.

(Fuinjutsu: Kamei no Gokuin) - Sealing Technique: Command Seal

Description: The user will have a seal that look like one of the symbols below (see spoiler) on either of their hands that will lie dormant until passively activated. The seal only works on jutsu that transform or are donned on the user's body and can only be activated whenever one of these techniques are in use. On activation of the seal, the seal become linked to any jutsu present on the user's body and serve as link between it and the user thus making the seal be the one sustaining the jutsu for as long as the seal remains un-destroyed. This does not however add any power to the jutsu in question as the jutsu can still be negated like normal. The only work of the seal is to make the jutsu remain if not destroyed though as long as the user is able to sacrifice his chakra sustaining the seal itself. The seal passively leeches 20% chakra per turn of the jutsu it is sustaining from the user, meaning if the seal is sustaining an A-rank earth armor, then the seal leeches 20% of 30 chakra per turn to keep sustaining the armor. The seal does not work on basic weapons or body armor, but can work on techniques that forms or mimics them. Works well with techniques like the hardening technique, lightning plasma ball, chakra cloak, etc. Also since the fuin is now the one sustaining the jutsu, the user now have access to use another jutsu/element if the jutsu in question restricts it beforehand. In escence this seal allows the user to keep the armor and focus on other chakras for the duration.

Note: Can only be used on S-rank and below and it doesn't extend the duration of techniques (e.g. Plasma Ball would still last only last 3 turns)

Description:
This is an advanced ability that ninjas with great chakra control can learn to use and that Bijuu possess innately. The user will release his or hers unmolded chakra onto another ninja, effectively transferring it. The technique has many uses, from restoring an allies chakra to releasing him from a Genjutsu or simply to give him more chakra to mold, allowing him to drastically boost the power of a technique. Tsunade could even use this technique, together with her Creation Rebirth technique to, in conjunction with her summon Katsuyu, heal multiple people at the same time during Pain's attack on Konohagakure. If used to power the use of a technique, the recipient of the chakra can boost one technique by adding +20 chakra to it which increases its damage by +40. To do this, the recipient must mold the technique while the user of Chakra Tenso no Jutsu is transferring chakra into him, meaning that both the transfer and the technique must be done at the same time. The transfer can only be done with direct contact between user and target and restores the targets chakra by up to 100 points per turn. The technique can even be used by ninjas with natural energy passively coursing through their chakra flows, as a medical ninja's near perfect chakra control enables them to filter the unwanted and sometimes harmful energy from entering the recipients chakra system.
Note: Only usable by bios with great chakra control (NB Medical Ninjas, Hyuuga bios, Canon Medical Ninjas). Bios seen using it in the manga can also use it.

Description: Boitatá, the most proficient of all Snakes in usage of Katon, is a personal summons of Vegeta Valentine. He is comparable in size to Aoda with bull-like horns on his head. From just behind the top of his skull is what looks like quills coming off him in a staggered pattern down his body. His tail is pointed having an ax shape to it with a spear tip in the center. The razor sharp horns as well as heavy blunt/sharp tail can be used for striking and would also carry burning damage from him always molding his Katon. Its eyes are stunning and bright, and he is very strong even by large Snake summons standards. A fierce, powerful, menacing Minister of Death whom thanks to his natural affinity to Katon and burning things, hates nature, especially the forest. He is an avid swimmer moving as fast as he can on land (Kage rank Taijutsu Master). His fangs contain a powerful snake venom, and one bite from him would not only burn someone severely but would also paralyze them as the venom quickly makes it way thru their system, taking 2 turns for total paralysis to set in, lasting for one turn.

Abilities:
- Can communicate with humans and snakes alike
- Uses Katon with no seals, and basic Ninjutsu (only Hiding with Camouflage and Chakra transfer technique)
- Cannot be harmed by B ranks and below
- Can sense with heat/scent/vibration and can also sense things thru their natural energy

- All abilities cost a move other than sensing
- Must know Snake Sage Mode to summon Boitatá
- Only those allowed by Vegeta may summon Boitatá
- Can be summoned 1x per battle and stays for 4 Turns.
- Cannot be summoned to the field if Manda is present, unless Manda was summoned by an opponent
- No summons for two turns after or at the same time
- Can only use Inorganic Reincarnation once per match.
