Bowing respectfully beforehand, Neji soon gets into his regular Jyuken stance; his left leg is bent slightly, while his right leg is extended forward in a diagonal fashion. He lifts up his right arm as he opens his right palm. On the other side, he bends his left arm at a 90 degree angle and points his left hand, that is an open palm, towards the floor.
Watching Jack leap towards him, Neji prepares to go on the defensive. At first it would seem as if his opponent would strike him with his right hand; thus drawing some of his attention. However, out the corner of his eye, Neji spots the previously hidden hand suddenly come into sight - most likely for a surprise punch. When Jack's right palm would come forward as a feint, the Hyuga would lean his upper body to the left [to the point where his right "punch" would come near his right cheek] & uses his left palm to strike his opponent's right wrist ; and by doing so, his right arm would cross over to Jack's left side, throwing off his actual left-handed punch- though it would miss anyways since Neji had leaned out of the way.
Right when Neji would make Jack's right arm cross over [assuming he had already landed back on the floor already], he immediately shifts his left palm down to his opponent's right elbow in a swift motion and raises said elbows upward; leaving his abdomen exposed. When this happens, Neji twists his waist slightly as he drives his right knee into Jack's diaphragm, knocking his wind out. Right afterwards, the Hyuga quickly flips his opponent around and delivers a solid roundhouse kick to the back of Jack's neck/spine.
