Well I don't have any jutsu trained yet. So this will only be a decent fight freeform.

Orochimaru begins facing his opponent at short range, his sword of kusanagi sheathed on his waist on the left side. He waits patiently for combat to begin. For when a snake's territory is invaded, it avoids the trespasser by coiling up or retreating. It never initiates an assault. His center of gravity low, as he utilizes the snake style. Distinguished by circular movement when delivering parries and attacks, snake style employs an upright, mobile stance as opposed to the horse stance used by most other styles. This mobile stance enables quick advances and sidestepping. Since snake stylists are taught to spring from rest to full attack, they do not use preparatory stances. Snake stylists rely on rapid, alternating jabs as well as bobbing and weaving to evade counterattacks. Orochimaru focuses his breathing in to a rhythmic pattern, staring his opponent down as his body sways slightly side to side, almost as though he was attempting to hypnotize him.

o_O Nice opener....

Seeing his opponent, Ludger pulls out a kunai from the pouch that was attached behind him on the right side of his waist. Holding it in his right hand, he slips his index finger through the ring and spins it before catching it again with his right hand. It was held in a reverse grip and in front of him.
Ludger was curious about the strange movement his opponent was making and wondered what it was. He was really interested. He wanted to master kenjutsu but alas his teacher was unresponsive. He wasn't sure if he had forgotten or if he was angry about the move he performed on him followed by the taunt he made him.
He had no idea who this man standing before is nor the "mode" he took on. The only thing he was sure of was that, if he wanted to know what this man was capable of and what this form was, he would have to engage him directly.

Knees bent, Ludger springs up and attempts to slash upward with his kunai to not only launch himself into the air but also his opponent. He would make an upward diagonal cut from left to right on the man's torso. Should this first part be successful, Ludger would then follow up by twisting his body in the air, towards his right and deals two more slashes. These slashes would be horizontal and dealt across the man's chest. If this step was successful, Ludger would move on to the last step where he brings down his kunai, performing a downward slash as he lands. The last slash targets the left side of the man's chest, going down to his abdomen.

Thank you very much. :)

Orochimaru maintained his stance, he was almost coiled though it was not obvious to the opponent he merely continued to sway like a snake, his arms loose at his side. But his entire body ready to counter the moment an opportunity presented itself. Which would happen sooner than expected it seemed, watching his opponent spring forwards he followed the eye movements of the man hoping it would give away his target. It seemed to indicate from his line of sight that he was aiming for the torso with a wild slash. But he had overextended himself by diving in to the fray so recklessly and forsaking his footing entirely. Normally this situation would call for a retreat on Orochimaru's part but with his opponents footing so precarious, in what half appeared to be a jumping motion at this stage.

So a different approach would be possibly favorable. Instead of moving back, Orochimaru would make a diagonal half step towards the left stepping to the opponents side while his arm is still drawn back with the kunai, the white snake coils itself around its prey. Using his counter striking style to wrap up his opponent's arm. Wrapping up opponents arm at the elbow by rotating Orochimaru's right arm counterclockwise around his opponents arm and then grabbing onto his clothing up by the shoulder. This traps him in place potentially, leaving Orochimaru free to point the tips of his left hand in to a snake like entity, his fingers acting like a point almost as he attempts to thrust his hand in to the elbow joint of the opponent attempting to strike the exposed Ulnar nerve, when this nerve is damaged it's usually referred to as hitting the funny bone, being struck with this degree of force would likely cause the mans arm to go numb. Forcing him to drop the kunai he's holding and leaving that arm fairly useless for a few moments.

Capitalizing on this Orochimaru would slide his right leg behind the opponents left and twist his hips throwing the man to the ground with a tripping motion attempting to land him with force on the back of his head before retreating a few steps and adopting the same swaying motion as before. The throw is based on the major outer reaping throw in which you step close to the outside of your opponent's foot you push your opponent off balance to the rear corner while holding him/her close. Your other leg then sweeps the opponent's leg out from under him/her using your body as a single lever motivated by pelvic action.

With his arm restrained, Ludger had remembered the style that his partner used. Something only a beast would be capable of. Of course he couldn't replicate it, he didn't meet the conditions for it. But while he was restrained, Ludger releases his grip on his kunai, causing it to fall and land in his left hand.

He switches hand grips, holding the weapon in the standard grip and before this assassin could do more, he plunges the kunai on the right side of the man's head. He was going for the kill. He didn't know why, but he just did. There was something about this guy he was fighting. His mind started to scream with warnings, telling him to Kill. Kill. Kill! this person in his line of sight.
